My face needed professional attention, especially due to aging as well after these past 3 years. On my first visit I experienced a spa like serene place where I was pampered, and had my issues addressed with expertise and knowledge beyond what I have experienced with past facials. I received advice, and what products were suitable for me with a home care plan. My face had a deep cleaning which improved my skin remarkably, unbelievably the best. Thank you Jody, your place is just marvelous!

My first visit was great. Jody explained things as we went yet still gave me quiet time to relax. Afterward she gave me a detailed break down of my skin and recommended a treatment/skin care plan. I came away feeling better, looking better and better educated about how to care for my skin. I'm looking forward to next month's appointment.

Jodi is a consummate professional. She takes time to explain to me what she's doing and why she's doing it. Helps someone like me that has no background and skin care understand it. She is the best at what she does and I highly recommend her!

Jody is very knowledgeable on her products - I love how she breaks everything down to the science. She has made my skin glow and has diminished my hyperpigmentation considerably in 6 months. She knows her stuff! I highly recommend her skin care services! You won't be disappointed. :

Pros: Jodi is very knowledgable on skincare. This spa is more clinical than a regular spa. I saw great improvement in my skin. Cons: For the price, the quality of service and level of professionalism should have been much better. She was late to every appointment-often thirty minutes+. Or she would let me know she is behind after I had already left for my appointment.

The two times she was on time she was on the phone/Facetime. Due to the inconvenience, I stopped going to services even with significant amount of money within a prepaid package because it is not worth the hassle for me given how much I value my time. Maybe if I communicated this to her, she would help resolve the issue and refund me, but given the reviews and previous experience with her service, I don't see her being particularly helpful in righting the situation. Overall, not worth the price you pay, but she is a skincare expert, so you could have better results. However, I would not recommend to a friend. Attached photos with her response to my review. I feel three stars is fair because the skincare is excellent and the service is poor. Her email is my point regarding her lack of professionalism.

I came to skin Clinique looking for help with hormonal acne and hyperpigmentation. I am so glad I came to Jody. For the past year I had been struggling with hormonal acne, and tried so many products with only temporary relief, and lots of money spent. Before our initial appointment, she took the time to address my concerns, and asking questions about my lifestyle, and factors that may be affecting my skin, spending a good 20-30 minutes on the phone with me.

At my first appointment Jody was very attentive to my concerns of my sensitive skin, and possible allergic reactions. She explained to me in depth what she would be doing, and also recommended a skin care regimen that would help me on the journey to clearer skin. The shop is very clean, smells nice and peaceful music played during my facial. The regimen made a huge difference in my skin, and after use of the products for 3 weeks, I followed up with a peel.

That experience was just as wonderful as the first. I left with an understanding of the process post peel, and how to properly care for my skin. Jody is very knowledgeable on skin, and explains things thoroughly, all while addressing concerns. Following my first appointment, I had some questions and she emailed me back promptly addressing my concerns. I look forward to continue seeing Jody for my skin care.

I was referred to the The Skin Clinique and went over to see about an appointment. Jody, the owner, was there and promptly got me in for later that day. I had a face waxing done and it was painless and my skin felt great afterwards! Going back for a facial soon and looking forward to it. Very relaxing atmosphere! Call her, you will love it!

Jody has changed my skin tremendously, decreasing redness, acne, large pores and uneven skin tone. I have an amazing experience every time I go in. She is a master of her trade. Highly recommend her.

This is hands down the best spa! I drive from Healdsburg just to get a treatments from the Skin Clinique. This spa offers everything you could need and more! My skin was a mess before I started working with the Skin Clinique. Now I get many compliments on my skin and many people are shocked to find out my age! Jody, the owner is not an Esthetician, she is so much more. Honestly it hurts me to write this. as she might become too busy to see me but the truth is the truth! The Skin Clinique is the best kept secret!

Wow, Jody keeps harassing me with emails demanding to take my review out. I received accusatory email about an update to my original post that I have never made. It has been 6 years! I did not go to her page within this time at all. To me what's done is done.

Loved her salon Jody makes you feel very comfortable in her fabulous salon There is a glow on your skin for days after your facial. Very professional and has great line of products. I really don't like spending time on my skin, but I have adult acne and work in the sun. Jody showed me the best products for my skin along with acne treatments and now my skin is clear and has never looked better.

If you are looking for serious skin care and a relaxing atmosphere look no further. I've been a client of Jody's for over 6 years and could not be happier with my skin. As my skin has changed my treatments and products have changed too. That's what is so great about her, she does an analyst of your skin care needs at each visit. I love that Jody always takes the time to educate me on my skin care too. I'm currently receiving timeless peel treatments for my brown spots. I can already see results after a few visits!

I must say the owner is obnoxious and accepts no responsibly for her actions. I read her response so defensive and wrong how unprofessional! I was not impressed with her nor her results buyer beware!

I started regularly (once a month) going to Jody at the beginning of 2008 and have experienced a very wide range of all her treatments over time (bikini wax, facials, peels, microdermabrasian, cleanse regiments, brow wax, the list goes on). I am regularly asked about my skin regiment and have referred several friends to her as well. I feel respected by Jody because she is completely honest with me about my health and needs, and also in-tune with them-enabling her to customize each visit-unlike other day spas who try to soften you up w/ fake smiles and no results.

She is the professional who knows what she is doing and stays on top of the latest skin care research and products. I briefly lived out of state and would make a point to fly back for appointments with Jodi! She is always mindful of my wallet size. If you are serious about having healthy skin from the inside-out, go to the skin clinique!

The first and only time I went to get a facial I was left waiting 45 minutes on a Saturday. The facial was ok. I later received a gift certificate for a European Facial from my Father, apparently i didn't get there quick enough. They are refusing to honor it even though on the line that says expiration there is no date so I assumed It should be honored even if it has been a year. On my two occasions to be a patron I have had a bad experience and would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointing on both occasions
