Best massage of my life. My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at the spa with a half day of treatments, and all I can say is WOW - what a great time. My therapists were Yok and Tookta, and my wife's were Kay and Carre Yan. Thanks to all for your expertise and for such a great Thai massage and facial. We lived in Thailand for nearly a year and this massage was even better than the ones we had while living there.

Would recommend a massage here to anyone! Brenda did an amazing job! We went for a couples massage and my girlfriend was extremely pleased as well.

I just had the best combination massage with SEAN! He took his time helping me relax, preparing my body for the massage which was most needed! He massaged and stretched my body, checking in with me to make sure the pressure was ok. He is very professional. I highly recommend Sean, the 90 minute massage was the best massage I've ever had! I had a combination swedish/deep tissue massage today from Rachata. In reading the Spa's reviews, Rachata was mentioned to have experience dealing with injuries and sciatica. For 90 minutes, I was lying face down and from head to toe Rachata found and worked on all of my painful spots. She was amazing! At times, it was painful, but I took deep breaths and got through it.

In spite of that, I was very relaxed and felt a tremendous release in all of the areas I struggle with - lower back, hips, knees, ankles, and neck. I will be going back on a regular basis in the hope to be able to get back to a higher level of activity. Thank you, Rachata. See you soon!

I've been to The Best Day Spa twice. Once when I was six months pregnant, again one year later. Both times my expectations were exceeded, these folks really know how to make you feel welcome. I'm an extremely sensitive massage client from old injuries, scoliosis, sciatica, the works. Rachata at the Rohnert park location was so skilled at working all my trouble spots so gently! She patiently manipulated the muscles to allow them to release and was extremely good at taking cues around the sensitive spots. 10/10 recommended

Just received an absolutely amazing massage from May. I like a very firm and intense massage, and this did not disappoint. Though I am positive that whatever kind of pressure and approach you would like, she would be able to accommodate. I didn't request a specific style, but my massage Included a combination of deep tissue pressure, relaxing sweeping strokes, Thai style stretches, and hot stones.

I left feeling incredibly rejuvenated, pain-free, and refreshed. I highly recommend May! And the vibe here is very relaxing, comfortable, well-maintained, soothing, and clean.

I really enjoyed my couples massage today. My boyfriend likes light to medium pressure, and I enjoy medium to deep. I really appreciated that my therapist got my pressure points and stretched out my legs and arms. I am a teacher so I do lots of standing and walking so massages really help!

Yok was phenomenal! she gave me the 75 min aromatherapy and hot stone massage, I have never had such a complete and thorough body work experience! Already booked a return visit too! I recommend the lime scented oil!

This is the third massage I experienced with Yok. She is a massage whisperer. I injured myself over doing exercise and picking up a 35 pound 4 year old. I came in first for an hour with an additional 30 minute foot massage which I highly recommend if you experience tendinitis like I do from over walking. I'm not trying to be a 60 year old Wonder Woman anymore. I'm taking all exercise in moderation and mixing up my routine.

The second time was only an hour and I was totally in relaxation paradise. Today, I treated myself to the additional 30 minutes. I really needed self care. My husband has been multiple times with other therapists and he left relaxed and happy. The Best Day Spa is our only place to visit for spa nirvana.

Best massage of my life. I had Jiji who was not only such a sweet person, but knew exactly what to do with my shoulders. I suffer from chronic tension And recurrent muscle spasms and she worked wonders. Throughout the entire massage, I was thinking in my head when I'll be able to come back for another one. I can't recommend them highly enough. The entire ambience is so relaxing and really makes you feel at ease.

I just had a pregnancy massage (17wks) with Sonia and a facial with Tookta. Both of them were great. I really felt a lot better afterward. Sonia took her time and really seemed to care with her massage. I laid on my side vs the pregnancy pillow this time which worked out well. Tookta was also great, not only was the facial great her massage was amazing too. I will be returning again. Thank you!

Jessica was amazing! Definitely one of the best massages I've ever had and I've had a lot of massage. She did a perfect combination of Swedish and deep tissue. She got the tension out of my muscles while making it a relaxing experience. I even dozed off a couple times! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

So I get frustrated after 5 minutes he is still trying to figure out the system so I go okay figure out your system I'll call you later.then he goes yeah call me back when you have time to talk and HE hangs up on my face! What type of business is this? And how long should take to make a massage appointment for two people?

Love this place. Been going here for years. They have many therapists to choose from but im very picky and Brenda is my favorite. I have past injuries and ongoing issues. Brenda follows direction well, shes very intuitive of my needs, always conducts herself professionally, and has technique and a touch unlike any i have ever felt. I feel greatful for her healing hands. My health is so much better because of her.

Excellent experience from booking the massages to saying goodbye. They called to confirm which I really appreciate. Decor is calming and soothing. Nice colors and comfy tables. Outstanding massages for both of us - me a relaxing Swedish and him a deep tissue. Friendly service and just all around terrific. We trekked from Bay Area and will do so again! Remember to tip well.

My favorite massage therapy staff, I knew from their Santa Rosa location. Brand new spa features an additional specialty advanced styles and Eastern lower height massage table for Shiatsu or Thai, where you're treatment is not skin contact, over your clothes. The best Thai therapies also offered for Swedish integrated table style. We buy gift certificates, we can book online, for full spa amenities, can have body scrub with massage, and shower available.

I like their access for Rohnert Park on Commerce Blvd. with off street parking lot, quiet ambience, a couple's massage suite, (my partner and I have membership) and two facial rooms, (we use their spa skin products, I love shopping skin care for my husband and I.)

I have my favorite massage therapist but I can't tell you because I don't want her to be too busy for me! Ha! I am a monthly member and love it.
