In Spa Rations

My daughter and I had a great spa day here. I had the mini facial and my daughter had a custom massage from Ashly. Both of our treatments were wonderful. My daughter really appreciated all that Ashly did for her and things she can do to help alleviate the tightness in her lower body between massages. Such a lovely place with caring great staff. We'll be back for sure

Critical: Quality, Value I loved the staff that did my nail so this isn't a bad review on her it was more of the color selection of nail polish. I had to settle for what they had. It was not worth $50. I'm sure they have other great service but if your going for a pedicure, I recommend going somewhere else. Service: Pedicures

I went to the salon again because of my great experience I had my first time. I took my 5 year old to get a haircut with Xotchil and she was not welcoming. My daughter was throwing a fit and Xotchil was giving us looks like we were crazy. The other stylists and clients were more friendly and understanding than she was. If she doesn't have patience then she shouldn't cut kids hair.

Having just moved to Orcutt, I was nervous about starting over with a new hair stylist. After checking out many salons on their websites, I saw that this one had photos of ladies with purple streaks in their hair, which is me. I really hit the jackpot with XO. She did a fantastic job! I was so relieved and thrilled with the result. She takes her time and does a beautiful job of the purple streaks and some blonde highlights. Her precision shows in the perfect hair cut and excellent placement of all the color. I highly recommend her!

My daughter gave me a gift certificate for facial services, so I was excited to treat myself to a little pampering. The esthetician was cold and I didn't feel pampered at all. She didn't ask me about my skin until after she had already started her treatment, and I mentioned that I have sensitive skin (the service I requested was advertised as being good for sensitive skin).

Let me mention, I have been there before, many times, and received services from Rene. She is awesome and gentle. This woman was not. The next day My skin was irritated, red and bumpy. I called and all I was told was to use a moisturizer. Thanks! The esthetician didn't even care enough to talk to me personally, I spoke with the receptionist. Never again. I think the woman's name is Janell? If you go here for facial services, don't see her. Be warned.

Paige is wonderful! She listens to what you want and she has always delivered. She helped me recover from a very bad haircut that I had previously received at another salon by making it bearable until it grew out. I would highly recommend her.
