The Bio-Mat, the Detox Foot Bath and the Q-1000 Low Level Light Laser, Sauna Steam Tent Therapy. Annie utilizes 'high-tech' tools to make your therapeutic massage & experience even more relaxing, healing and satisfying. The Bio-Mat lies on top of my massage table. It converts electricity through a computerized control panel, into Far Infrared Rays (FIR), nature's invisible light.

I had an amazing prenatal massage with Annie at 6 months pregnant and it felt so good! She has a calming presence and used pregnancy-safe essential oils, I was so relaxed after she got out my knots. A prenatal massage with Annie would make a wonderful gift for a San Luis Obispo mama-to-be at any stage in her pregnancy :

I have been to Annie Laurie's cozy massage center twice now. Once for a personal massage, and once for a couples massage! Both times were absolutely FABULOUS, and I consider myself someone who can not always enjoy massages (sadly!). At Annie Laurie's, both times, I felt I was touched with intuition, respect around my various injuries, and was surrounded with good vibes. I walked out feeling lighter, like I had more space to breathe, and be- my body felt attended to. My partner loved his deep tissue massage, we will be back! Thank you!

Annie worked wonders on my back. She took the time to ask questions to find exactly where my pain was. I have constant pain from having scoliosis. I get a lot of knots in my back and she knew exactly where they were. She also gave me so much information on how to help the pain in my every day life. I will definitely be going back.

Annie is very professional, kind and accommodating. She has great intuition about what your body needs to feel optimal and is highly skilled in all of her areas of expertise. Not only that, but she is a great educator regarding many of the products and methods that she uses. I felt amazing leaving the session! Definitely will return.

Annie makes this sixty something body feel 25 again. She is so knowledgable about the body and what it needs to be at it's best and freely shares this information with you. I have had both knees joints replaced and can't wait to see Annie after surgery, her magic hands do wonders for the pain and soreness associated with this procedure. She is the kindest most caring person I know, besides being the best massage therapist on the Central Coast. Don't take my word for it give her a call and see for yourself!

My girlfriend & I having been getting massages for more than 30 years. Annie Laurie gave me a very healing massage using all essential oils. which I loved! She geared her work to my personal health needs and suggested /shared many paths I could investigate to better improve my health. She is a wonderful compassionate Therapist and her studio was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Annie was wonderful. My husband and I went to her for a couple's massage. I had a recent car accident in September, and she was so considerate of my particular tender spots on my neck and back. She was thorough and gentle. I felt the most relaxed than I have ever felt before after the massage, I will be definitely going to her again soon
