I showed up for an appointment to get a car stereo installed and wasn't told until 3O minutes after my appointment that it hadn't been delivered. I was told that I would get a call later in the day when it was delivered. I went home and spent the next several hours being routed and re-routed through the central call center trying get a more definitive time.

No one could tell me when I could reschedule since no one seemed to know how to track my stereo. I ended up driving back to Best Buy, since I couldn't be connected to the actual store. The person at the store was lovely to work with but he couldn't help either. I cancelled the order and am going elsewhere.

I decided to buy a Quest 2 a couple weeks ago. The employees were kind and helped me right away. When I opened the box, I noticed there was physical damage and the headband had dirt on it. I took it back to the store and they had no problem switching it out.

The store has certainly improved. A good choice of stock and a really friendly and helpful employee (Josh) who helped us get what we needed. Kudos!

We just purchased: Bosch - 100 Series 24 Front Control Tall Tub Built-In Dishwasher with Stainless-Steel Tub - Black Model: SHE3AR76UC SKU: 2683398 The price was great and they included an upgraded junction box that looks like a pro installed it. There was an issue with their delivery truck. Nathanael Roberts (Home Services Ast Mgr) rented a truck the next day to deliver our new dish washer. Then he single handedly carried it all the way into our kitchen - Excellent Service well above and beyond. I'll be buying more products from BestBuy

I am a big fan of Best Buy each time I go in plenty of helpful people prices are on par and in many instances better than Costco for electronic items I need more options across the board. Most recently shopped at the Bend Oregon location looking for a specific phone that showed two in inventory, took them a moment to find it but they did and were apologetic about the delay. I live in the California Bay Area usually shop at the San Carlos location, nice to get consistent service in multiple states.

Online order pickup was a breeze. While fumbling for my email, the rep just looked it up by phone number. I was inand or of the store in well under 5 minutes. Like 2 or 3. Was in a week earlier dream browsing and most of the staff was helpful without being overbearing. It was nice and refreshing.

Great staff. Helped me out my new screen protector on the new phone. Charged $8 to do it. Would be nice if they did it for free since I purchased the protector from them.

My Daughter called the Bend Best Buy & ordered a 58 Insignia TV & Wall Motion Mount for me over the phone from CA. The Associates were VERY helpful to us both & upon picking it up in Bend, I didn't even have to get out of the vehicle! They brought them out & loaded them up! The process was efficient, easy & pleasant! Five months ago, I stopped in & bought my Dell Laptop there!

The Sales Associate was professional, friendly & very patient in explaining things to me which was very helpful! I will continue doing business with them & highly recommend them to others!

Currently on hold for 22 minutes so far and just got hung up on. We got a dishwasher there and when we got it home and opened the box it looked like it had been thrown off the back of a semi truck. Should have known from the dent in the top corner of the box but, hey, I figure they package them well for travel. Every time I call I end up on hold for forever and now they hung up on me. I would not recommend this Best Buy at all.

This is a classic best buy with a clean store and good website. You don't go here for expert advice. They have lots of items in stock and the website is pretty good. Lots of new products and some demos too. Staff was nice. Prices competitive if you want it now. Overall okay place to check out the latest electronic gear then buy elsewhere.
