Paso Robles Hot Spring & Spa

Found this place for a spa day on our vacation. When I called about making appointments the receptionist was very nice and helpful with scheduling and providing information. The area is a bit tucked back but in a lovely area. When we arrived the staff was pleasant and helpful. We were provided with robes, towels, and slippers. Once we changed we were able to use the mineral hot tub prior to our services.

I wish I could remember the names of the staff who worked with us but unfortunately I can't. The woman who did the 16 year old's facial was reported to be amazing and very nice. The massage for the adults was amazing and actually relieved a lot of tension and relaxed the muscles. As a bigger person I have always been extremely hesitant to go to a spa let alone getting a massage but for me I did not feel any judgement and felt comfortable while I was there. Would love to visit this place again!

Had a couples massage at 9am it was great, went to the mineral spa afterwards and that was great aswell top notch spa.

My husband and I are fans of the couples massage + semi-private hot tub package. We've done it twice so far, and will be sure to book it again the next time we are in town. Both times, we've found the massage therapists to be incredibly friendly, as well as skilled in the art of melting away our stress for a blissful hour. Can't wait to do it again soon!

I would like to give this place 5-stars because I really do enjoy going there. The reason I didn't is because this young man always answers the phone and tells me they are all booked up. Its rare to actually get a booking. I have a hard time believing they are that full all the time. They open at 9:00 am and I called at 9:15 am for a two hour soak and was told they are full.

If I was a manager I would trust, but verify that the facility truly is running at capacity. If this young man can truly sale the place out within 15 minutes of opening than he is a super star who is deserving of a raise, and it's time to add some additional hot tubs.

This was the only place I could find within a reasonable distance of San Francisco that offered private mineral hot springs soaks (with wine!), hot stone massages, and facials. And it was heavenly! I did the Make A Day Of It package. Highly recommended! I'm already planning my return trip.

My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our 6yr anniversary and it was awesome! Friendly staff and quick service. We got the Winemakers Couples Package and it's such a good deal. Shoutout to my masseuse Laura, she was amazing! The only thing I'd mention is to bring your own big bag to carry your belongings in since they are remodeling at the moment and you can't use the lockers.

It was supposed to be a happy trip to celebrate the beginning of 2022, but it was ruined and my wife ended up being injured by the broken tub (outdoor No. 16). The way of how the business owner and their associated staffs handled this incident was disgraceful and ridiculous. First of all, the incident happened around 2pm on Jan 2, 2022. When I reported my wife was injured by the crack of the tub, the on-duty manager Jenna Yingvez did not come to care for the wounds, but just said she felt sorry and will make a refund.

We even had to ask for First Aid by ourselves, and the staffs acted as if it wasn't a big deal (because they didn't see it bleeding). Secondly, the staff insisted to keep the broken tub open for business, even though we have reminded the crack in the tub might also cause injury to other customers, and should take this seriously. Jenna also refused us to drain the tub and let us take a photo of the crack, but instead told us there's a upcoming reservation for tub No. 16 at 3pm, and they need the broken tub for the rest of the day to run the business.

Last but not the least, the staffs kept lying. Jenna promised to send us the photo of the drained No. 16 tub after business hours, and will report the incident to their manager - Stephanie Roberts. However, it's been over 24 hours that no one reached out to us, so we had to call by ourselves for follow-up. The staff who answered the phone told us the manager has not shown up yet, while Jenna told us it was the manager who has taken the photo early next morning. Jenna also claimed she doesn't have the access to the incident files (including the photos), so she couldn't do anything. However, when we insisted that she could help to take the photos since she claimed the tub No. 16 was closed the next day, she then said she actually had the photos, but it was the manager who told her to stay out of this.

I was even told that the manager might not likely respond to us within the next 7 days, nor will Jenna inform the manager that we tried to contact her, since the manager was out of town for vacation with her family. Until now, no one had contacted us. This entire thing was ridiculous and unacceptable.

The winemakers massage for couples was a perfect date night activity. My Massage therapist did a wonderful job. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I would definitely reccomend for a date night or any special occasion. Overall good experience and I plan to go back.

Our experience was so beautiful and perfect! We just did the mineral soak but I wish I had gotten one of the packages with cheese or chocolate or their spa packages! My skin feels so smooth and nice! Definitely will be back!
