Not forthcoming with cancellation policy or accommodations. I am from out of town, I google searched eyebrow waxing near me. This location was the closest eyebrow waxing by me. I started to drive there, stopped at a gate and thought this possibly requires an appointment. Called the spa at 1:00pm and asked for an appointment, just for an eyebrow wax. Receptionist said I could come at 3:15pm that day.
I received a text at 1:10pm confirming my appointment t and said to call the number listed for appointment needs. Also, this message did not have a cancellation warning. While waiting for my waxing appointment I met my family for lunch next to an eyebrow waxing location that accepted walk-ins- so I decided to get my eyebrows waxed there to save time and from having to use the car again.
I then called to cancel my appointment 1 hour in advance. They THEN informed me that they had a 4 hour cancellation policy and that I would be charged half of the eyebrow wax and full gratuity. I had not even had the appointment for 2 hours so I wouldn't have been able to adhere to the 4 hour requirement. If they would have informed me of this policy while making the appointment I wouldn't have done it elsewhere. And, I probably wouldn't have made the appointment to begin with. Shady business.
And uncommunicative. I feel if they do not disclose this information to you they shouldn't be able to charge you. Also, I did not go on their website. I used google maps and the listed phone number to call. This information was not listed on google maps or on any of the conversations I had via verbal, or text.

Lovely facility with nice options for relaxing. Staff was friendly and attentive. My friend and I got the package that included a pedicure - I knocked a star off because of that pedicure. It was supposed to last 45 minutes and at best it was 20. We were rushed to go sit in a different room for our nails to dry. My polish got messed up and I had to go back and get it fixed. Not a big deal, but at this price tag you kind of expect a certain quality and that experience missed the mark.

Massage: 10/10 Facial: 10/10 Mani/Pedi: unfortunately I do not recommend. I was told the nail technician does not soak nails for cuticles during a manicure. I was okay with that as in my mind- she's the pro. I knew I had really bad cuticles from lack of self care and not staying hydrated. However, my nail wounds speak for themselves. If the cuticles had time to soften, I believe that my nail beds wouldn't have bled and the cuticle would be gone instead of still being there.
I noticed an air bubble in my polish and when I popped it, it was a pool of blood from my cuticle. My pedicure was the same experience when the technician scrubbed my toe until the point I had sores. I took my nail polish off this morning (we were at the salon yesterday) and while the color was lovely, the polish was everywhere. My moms technician Antonia did a fabulous job on her mani/pedi. Sadly, I got the short end of the stick. My technician had a great personality and was very friendly- but just hit a miss with the service.

I was gifted a spa package for Christmas including a massage, facial, body polish and mani/pedi. The massage and body polish were great and I would recommend. I told the lady doing my facial that I had the spa package and she did a facial that was more than what my package included requiring me to pay and additional $290 on top of my $500 package.
I also had this manicure done 3 days ago and as you can see in the photo, the color is changing and my pinky has divets in it. Overall, I would not recommend this spa for anything but a massage or body polish.

As a business owner and the mother of three young children I rarely get time to myself. My sister and I booked a spa treatment while we were in town on family vacation and I had been looking forward to it for weeks. It started off very nice; however, when it came time for our noon massages my sister was called back and I was left waiting. No big deal and I just assumed they were running behind.
At about 12:35 I went to the concierge to make sure my massage was on their books. My masseuse came out and said she had to run to the front desk. She then calls for me and as we are walking back to the room she tells me that I no longer get the 80 min massage that I had scheduled because she had read my appointment time wrong and that I would get a 50 min massage.
But don't worry the front desk would only charge me for 50 minutes. I was frustrated and it's very hard to relax for your massage when you're feeling upset. My massage ended up being about 40 min (we walked in at 12:40 and I was dismissed 1:22). Upon checking out- no concessions were made for their mistake other than I had to ask for the 10% discount for the two treatments booked that is already given on Thursdays to everyone. Overall it was not the experience I was hoping for and left me very disappointed.
