Great experience. Cindy talked me through the process and what to I should expect, as well as great information on the digestive system. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She also made an awkward situation very professional and informative. The the environment was clean and relaxing.

What I do not appreciate is the lack of communication and how when I wanted to schedule an appointment, it was mentioned that Spring Break was near. I do live 20 minutes away from the area. I think it is very unprofessional to not effectively communicate with a potential client. I did not receive a follow up call to schedule an appointment. I ended up going somewhere and paid less than what was quoted to me with more services. I would not recommend any to this clinic.
