Ii have been for haircut, massage, and pedicure. Rossllie also let me try UV therapy. Every one was professional and courteous. I'll be going there again.

These folks are amazing they work so hard to provide excellent customer service and with the affordable prices I'm not sure how they stay afloat, I'm talking 75% off the typical price of a Brazilian blowout! The spa is clean and calming and well located easy to find and I could tell from the moment I walked in that their number one priority was my satisfaction, and that's something you don't see that much anymore. I will definitely be returning! :-

Wow, . just wow I have my wish orders delivered here. not only did I wait 15min for someone to acknowledge me but she turned me away! WTH Don't accept them if you're unable to deliver. last time I make that mistake.rude and unprofessional

Really bad experience getting my hair weave. Customer service is extremely poor. The older women is very bossy, rude, and demanding. Poor attitude towards customers. Wouldn't recommend this salon until improved standards are meant.

So I can't review the hair cut because I didn't get one.but am glad I didn't. I actually popped in to get a gift card for my moms birthday and was greeted by a older black women from the back of the store. I said I wanted to buy a gift card after she asked "how can I help you" and she told me to "sit and wait for 20min or come back tomorrow. lol why would I do that? So I went to Old World Salon and bought a gift card there. lol some people are so rude.

Very unprofessional owner Rosalie and another employee who is white, fat and short claiming to be the unhelpful good for nothing manager. You can tell the employees are treated poorly and if you go more than once, you will never find the same person working. They quit a lot. Rosalie is extremely rude, controlling, and mean. I bought a groupon which did NOT state that the price was depending on length of hair.

I bought a package, arrived, I told Rosalie what I was there for, she took me in, I showed the groupon and AFTER she started washing my hair, she said it was too long and she'd charge $50 more! My hair is barely below my shoulder. I said I had already paid and that the groupon said NOTHING about length. Both the owner and her snarky little manager said I could pay or leave!

I called groupon, submitted a complaint, got my money back then I left. I left with my hair all wet and half washed. I was going to a special event the next day. Had to drive from salon to salon to see who could finish out my hair. I will NEVER go there again. Stupid owner. A couple of days later I checked groupon and they had added a tiny little note saying there may be a fee for long hair. Please.

Went for the first time today and let me tell you, Emily Dominguez was wonderful! She cut, shampooed and styled my hair. She took her time and care for my hair! And she was very friendly! Even almost fell asleep I was so comfortable! Will definitely be back!

Great service, very cordial welcoming. They take their time to make sure they are doing their best. I came with my mom and myself and they did great in timing. Also, shout out to Emily! She is terrific on pedicures and manicures

Amazing location to pick up my WISH orders! The employee's that work there are the best always welcoming and very helpful! I am treated like a part of the family there! If it where not for the ladies working there, I would not be able to get away from my exhausting world. Ladies I am very great full for everything you doing please do not change it for anything in the world! Keep up the excellent work! You are very much appreciated.

Just. Love. Rosalee! I moved 40 miles away 3 years ago and have tried to find someone located near me that does as good as Rosalee.and forget it! It aint worth it no more. I will drive the 40 miles! She is amazing.she knows how to color hair so that it looks natural when it grows in and not obvious! Always leave smiling and styling - looking fresh!

I went to pick up an order from Wish of which I did not have the option to ship to home. The hispanic lady at the front desk was insisting that I sign in and I told her I did not want to since they were not providing me any service and I was simply picking up items ordered that I already paid for. Fortunately another worker came and assisted me without any further issues. I will not go there for any spa treatment, poor customer service if this is who you have representing you front desk, first point of contact.

My hairstyles was Emily, she is a great listener in how I wanted my hair cut. she made sure I really wanted the cut I wanted since I went from super long hair to short hair. she explained to me how to style my hair once I am at home. I will for sure go back to her. thank you again Emily

Honestly, I went in for a "birthday spa day" (They called me when they realized I had a birthday last month and offered me 50% off) I went there only one time for a groupon manicure years ago. I went. My "massage" on my foot during the pedicure part was LEGIT 30 seconds. ( I timed the second foot as I was shocked she was moving on from my first foot already) Was never asked even what style of pedi I wanted.

I sat there with the dyer on my toes after she painted them and didn't realize until I got home there was already a chunk missing out of my toe and on some of my toes it isn't even painted to the edge. I paid $22 for a pedi (that is the half price offer and I am assuming that is the "spa pedi" (Full price of that was $45) but like I said I was never told what I paid for nor did I get to pick.).

I can/have get a pedi down the street from my house for $25 and I have received better service from that-and that is the full price for one. I will never be back. For the service I got, it was NOT worth the money. DISCLAIMER: The person who did it was nice. She did talk to me and was very kind. I had nothing wrong with the person who did it. Just the Quality of what I paid for.

After talking to the owner today about my pedicure I just wanted to revise my earlier review they are going to take care of my pedicure for me. I'm sure they'll do a better job the next time. I'm all about second chances! Thanks Roslie
