This was the best massage I've ever had. Carissa was attentive and just a joy to be around. Her space is clean, relaxing, and beautiful. I feel calmer and lighter than ever. This was my first reiki experience and will definitely be back.

Carissa is an amazing healer and teacher! A few months ago I received a massage & reiki session from her. It was absolutely amazing and I knew right away I'd finally found the person I wanted to learn reiki from. She taught me over an 8 week period. Carissa Harris is an exceptional masseuse and a talented Reiki practitioner. When I first started working with her I was only interested in massage, but I now understand the added value of her Reiki services. During a particularly challenging time for me, she included a complimentary Reiki session with my massage and it profoundly changed my attitude.

I left that session feeling such peace and tranquility. When the pandemic closed her offices, she offered wellness packages that included a virtual Reiki session. The virtual session helped me to realize where some of my stress and pain was originating and helped me release those emotions that were manifesting as physical pain. She understands the connection between mind and body and helps her clients to be more aware of their own actions and behaviors that are stimulating pain and discomfort in the rest of their body. If you have an opportunity to work with Carissa in person or virtually, I highly recommend her services.

Carissa is an an amazing person! I saw her about 2 weeks ago and have felt so grounded and inspired since my appointment. Like a weight lifted and a layer shed! She is super sweet and truly understands how we carry our life experience in our body, she genuinely cares about what you are going through in life and holds space for it. She included several thoughtful reflections and bits of guidance throughout my massage/reiki session.

I loved so much that this was deeper and tuned in than sessions I've had with other practitioners. She intuitively went right to where my body needed rather than it feeling like a standard routine. I had also fallen down some stairs a few weeks prior and really needed someone to work out the resulting knots and stiffness, she got me in asap and really helped relieve the tension.

I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a gentle, insightful guide, a relieving massage, or an energetic realignment/clearing - she is wonderfully gifted in all of her offerings!

Carissa is extremely intuitive! After a short chat about my current concerns/pains she honed in on the exact areas that needed attention. I moved so much better later that day, it was a relief! This was my first visit, and I am picky about who I go to about bodywork but I will definitely go back.
