We are therapist owned and run, and pride ourselves on taking exceptional care of our clients and our staff. Mountain Sun opened in October of 2004 and specializes in therapeutic massage, professional facial treatments, body wraps, and waxing services personalized to your needs in a soothing, friendly environment.
One of our exceptional therapists will craft the perfect massage for you, using a customized blend of modalities anchored in Swedish and Deep Tissue. Techniques may include myofascial release, lomi lomi, cupping, trigger point, and stretching. This is a perfect choice for both treatment / injury and those who just want to relax.
We are therapist owned and run, and have built Mountain Sun into a warm, professional, client-centered spa. We believe that therapists do their best work when they feel supported and taken care of. Mountain Sun is a cozy, intimate workspace, and is a good fit for those who are organized, peaceful, and experienced in their field.
Yeondo looks forward to coming to work each day and loves providing a welcoming place for clients and therapists alike. She graduated from Brenneke School of Massage in 2007, and enjoys getting to know each client so she can tailor her approach to help them achieve their unique bodywork goals. Her background in ballet and her desire to help people find more freedom of movement led her to become certified in Thai Yoga massage, although she also loves doing table massages.Her work draws on extensive experience and each session is a blend of modalities, including Swedish/Deep Tissue, lomi lomi, warm bamboo, myofascial and positional release, and other injury rehabilitation techniques.

Mountain Sun has always been my favorite massage parlor. Whereas I might find one or two faults with other parlors, out of all the other ones I've been to, I really feel these guys just do everything right. I'm glad I trusted the perfect 5 star review status on google, they deserve it. And the massage therapist Jeremiah is my favorite. After trying nearly every therapist at Mountain Sun, I feel Jeremiah is the perfect fit for everything I need and want out of a massage. I never had such a perfect match of a massage therapist before!

Amazing place for a great clinical massage or relaxation. I have had a continual bicep injury and Lisa spent time with the specific area. Her technics have decreased the pain and increased my mobility. More over, I come in when I need to without a " treatment plan". Very relaxed and very nice people. Highly recommend. Need to book in advance as they don't take walk ins.

I have been seeing Jeremiah for weekly massages for over 2 years. I was involved in few auto accidents. He is an amazing massage therapist. I asked for deep tissue work because I have had many soft tissue injuries. He has really helped me with getting relief, healing and feeling much better. I appreciate his broad knowledge of different techniques to address tension and problem areas. They are very professional as well. I have been very happy with my experience and the healing benefits from my massages.

I have been going to see Jeremiah and Yeondo for massage regularly for the past several years. They are both excellent massage therapists. I have had prenatal massage (they helped me through debilitating back pain during both my pregnancies), cupping, deep tissue, and Thai massage.all wonderful! Love this spa! I can't recommend them enough!

A massage is a gift I have been giving myself every month for the last 25 years. When my job took me to EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, about 10+ years ago, I started going to Mt. Sun and all I can say it is OVER THE TOP! Yeondo is my primary therapist now, but honestly, they're all great! Additionally, I've had facials (and given facials as gifts to friends) and Renee is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Mt. Sun Massage and Skin Care. I promise, you WON'T be disappointed! This was my very first massage, a gift. I was nervous at first and was not sure but it was wonderful! Days later realizing how good i felt was amazing! Really so relaxing I didn't realize how much I needed that until after. Would do it again in a heart beat and just might do so. I recommend Mountain Sun Massage and skin care, Lisa did such a great job!

Definitely one of the very best massage center in Seattle. The easy-to-use online scheduling is very convenient with my flexible schedule. It's within an easy drive from the freeway, and parking is plentiful. The treatment rooms are spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. Therapists are excellent, friendly, very knowledgeable, and will customize your massage to your problem areas with different techniques and pressure.
After several sessions, my knee pain has went away, and my lower back pain and shoulder tightness from taking care of my toddler always goes away after a perfect session with Carmen, who also gives good tips on stretching and exercise to help with my problem areas. Very highly recommended.
