Winning Image Salon & Day Spa

My husband gave me a gift card so I scheduled to have my nails done. I've done acrylics for years and I can safely say this is the worst set I've ever had. I feel bad leaving a bad review because everyone was so nice there and my nails looked good the day of. However, it's only been 5 days and they are lifting and chipping. It already looks like they need to be filled and there's no way they'll last two weeks. For $55 they should last 2+ weeks.

Awesome experience got my hair cut and colored by Grace and she did a wonderful job. My hair turned out beautiful and Grace is very friendly. Also, the salon is very clean.

Go to Tommy for all your nail needs! He truly is an artist and offers silk to protect your nail bed. Cannot go to anyone else because he is so good! Also go to Daksha for threading she is a wizard with it and also offers facials!

Just. No. It's been a few days or so I'm just not liking it. The salon is priced as if it were high end and it's the exact opposite. Besides being coughed on the entire time by the stylist, and biting nails then touching my hair, the towels she used to dry my hair smelled so bad, like urine. They were old and tathered and were probably used on dogs.

There was like no pride in doing hair, just washed it out and shook her hand through my hair to blow dry. No style, didn't even touch up the frizzy mess she made with serum or anything. Never had buyers remorse with a salon before until now. I watched another guest walk out with semi damp hair too. I tried to make conversation and have a good time but she was not interested in even pretending to enjoy doing hair.

Anna did the most amazing job on my perm makeup. She was detailed, gentle, well equipped with the latest technology and technique. She customized my brow to perfection. Best choice ever!

Ariel was stylist and she was awesome! She took the time to listen and understand what I wanted and my hair came out perfect! Highly recommend her if you have curly hair!

My bf had his appointment today. They were very professional, though I felt like one of the receptionist there was not so big about customer service. Maybe she was busy and was in "busy mode". I got my bf a spa day for him and asked for a facial and haircut with beard trim. They did a great job with the services but my bf said they were really rough during his facial.

I wish he has spoken up, but he didn't want to be rude. It would have been nice for the lady to express to him that he would ask for lighter pressure or that it was okay for him to correct anything thay made him feel uncomfortable. I was hoping this experience would make him feel more comfortable with getting facials on a semi regular basis, but he said he would never have one again :/ his hair looked and felt amazing though!

I am so happy with my experience at winning image my hair looks amazing and the staff treated me like family! Life gets tough but I deserve to look and feel good. They could not have done a more beautiful job. My hair is also very stuborn but they got the yellow and brass out. Check out my hair yall!

I get a very unique color done, and I only trust this place to do it. They use top of the line products for really reasonable prices, and the staff is like family. If you have an interest in unusual colorings, fun styles, events, or just a trim, definitely check it out. For those interested, my stylist is Rae, who is fabulous and incomparable with colors.
