A cranial massage is something you didn't know you needed until you got it. Bessie does a really great job of loosening up your scalp and getting rid of bumps in your head. It's extremely relaxing afterwards and helps loosen everything up. It cleared up my sinus and made it much easier to think clearly. I would recommend everyone trying it at least once to experience the benefits of a cranial massage with laser therapy.

Dr. Arne and Besse are incredible. I've been seeing them for 15 years now, and they have been so instrumental in keeping me healthy and performing at an elite level as an athlete. I saw them again this past Sunday for a torn ACL that has been making me collapse as well as some headaches I've been experiencing. As expected, I walked out two hours later feeling like a new person. Incredibly relaxed with my symptoms greatly improved.

I've been seeing Dr. Steve for 3 years for chiropractic, cranial adjusting and PEMF therapy. He's helped me to overcome systemic inflammation, manage an a-c separation that's wrought with scar tissue, and heal a torn meniscus for which I didn't have to get surgery. I found his care to be thorough and well informed. He took the time to discuss my concerns and options. It took time but now I am running again and I'm inflammation free. I highly recommend his services.

I have been going to Steve and Bessie for the past six months and have found that I am so much more in touch with my body. I can pinpoint my issues and talk through them with Steve and Bessie. I recently had a knee replacement and have continual changes in my posture that have affected my alignment. Each treatment has made these changes so much more manageable. From the needles to the various HOT SPOTS that have been worked through, I can say that my level of distress is Low. Great experience for me.

I have had many years of different treatments from Dr Steve for injuries from work and otherwise. Most recently I had been suffering from headaches overnight which was causing a terrible lack of sleep which was affecting all other aspects of my life. I have been going to chiropractors for over 40 years now and without a doubt doctor Steve Arne is the most skilled and experienced chiropractor I have ever worked with. Doctor Ernie works at a very high level with patients such as professional athletes and people with acute conditions. Being a chiropractor is only one of Dr Arne's many healing skills.

His knowledge of Cranial sacral, Neuro Reset Therapy, the skeletal and muscular system and overall body work is extensive. Like any good doctor, he can diagnose a great deal without any input, but he depends on his patients to communicate their concerns with him and to follow through with treatment plans in order to get maximum results. We have worked as a team to heal the numerous injuries that I have acquired over 57 years of active living. It is very likely I would be on disability and unable to work if it wasn't for Doctor Steve. I appreciate all the help that he and Bessie have given me.

I have had many chiropractors since I rolled my car and fractured my spine in 1988. I had severe whiplash that has given me bone spurs, arthritis and a lot of pain in my cervical spine. I have also had 2 blackout concussions which has given me memory issues and vertigo. The treatments I receive from Dr. Steve and Bessie have been a lifesaver! Dr. Steve has amazing skill with adjustments and his craniosacral work relieves a lot my pain. Bessie's skill with percussion, laser and QNRT has worked wonders for me.

They work very well in tandem with each other and office manager, Mai, keeps them on schedule as they tend to give a lot of extra time. I will enjoy the Arne Wellness Center for many years to come and am extremely grateful for all their help.

In 2012, I was diagnosed with end stage liver disease with the likelihood of needing a transplant. I first came to Arne Wellness Center in February of 2013 for several detox treatments. I was in constant pain and the fatigue did not allow me to live a "normal life". After working with Dr. Steve and Bessie, the pain subsided, and the fatigue improved.

With a combination of cold laser, detox treatments, craniosacral therapy, adjustments and Emotional Release Therapy, my energy returned, and my blood work improved enough that a transplant was no longer on the horizon. In three months, my mortality rate went from 3 to 5 years to indefinite. Nine years later, I am still being treated by Dr. Steve and Bessie for several issues ranging from neuropathy and plantar fasciitis and knee issues to cold laser and scar tissue massage resulting from breast cancer surgery, as well as lymphedema. With each PEMF and cold laser treatment and each adjustment, my pain is alleviated, and I am re-energized. Thank you for providing a place of wellness and healing.

If I could give Arne Wellness Center zero stars I would. This chiropractic clinic has taken thousands and thousands of dollars from my elderly and vulnerable parents, promising to help them with their memory issues. I am not a doctor, but it appears they need to see a medical doctor since the chiropractic approach has done nothing except put them in financial distress.

Their memory and cognition have been decreasing every month over the past 3 years, and have shown no sign of improvement. Arne Wellness Center has convinced them that they can restore their memory and continues providing costly, unhelpful services, costly supplements and refuse to refer them to an in-network and local chiropractor or medical doctor that can properly diagnose their medical issues and properly and safely treat them.

They are well aware that my parents cannot afford these services yet they continue to see them and take absurd amounts of money. As compromised and vulnerable adults, my parents do not know any better, and are now travelling 4 hours each way across the state to regularly get treatments at this out of network provider during COVID. They are taking out high interest unsecured loans and regularily overdrawing their bank account to pay for treatments and supplements that have only worsened their memory.

I have pleaded with Arne Wellness explaining that my parents are vulnerable adults and in serious financial trouble, begging them to please refer my parents to a closer, in-network chiropractor that accepts their insurance yet they refuse to do so. I will be reaching out to the MN State Attorney General and the MN Adult Abuse Reporting Center to have them investigated and make sure they do not take advantage of any other vulnerable or elderly adults.

The Arne Wellness Center has been so helpful with my health journey. I love coming here and getting treatment from Dr. Arne and Bessie, they are the best team to follow me through this journey. The adjustments have been helping my neck pain greatly while offering other therapies aiding in balance and cellular repair. If you are looking for a clinic that specializes in full body wellness, look no further!

Treatment of my concussion was amazing. Dr. Steve analysed my situation every single time I had a treatment. He targeted not only my concussion but a long time scar-tissue athletic injury from years ago Best Chiro care I have had over many years.

I had high hopes for their Zerona laser, but once I saw that it was simply a rotating red light circulating over different parts of your body, those hopes were deflated. I had six Zerona sessions, and I did not lose a single inch or see any results. Sadly, weight loss is just a bait to get you to come in and waste your money (a lot of it) and time so they can sell you a bunch of expensive hocus-pocus treatments under the premise that you are "not well." I cringe when I see people signing up for their Crowd Cut offers, etc., knowing they will probably buy these people's supplements and go on a diet (which is really how you lose weight with Zerona) in a last-ditch effort to lose weight.

The sad thing is that Zerona is just a placebo, and they would have achieved the same results without it (and kept their hard-earned money in their own pockets). Don't fall for it.
