Salon Premiere

I bought a groupon, had no problem making an appointment, but Irina was all up in my business, discussing medications with me that were decisions between me and my doctor, and made antisemitic comments. I usually leave a facial so relaxed, I was really tense after this one. My skin looks great, but I will not be going back.

I have been going to Irina every couple of months for a facial, and always leave with my skin feeling fantastic. She does such a nice and thorough job, using products that have beneficial ingredients, and her massage is so relaxing. She always has great advice and things I can focus on to improve my skin too. It's the best "treat yourself" time for a decent price compared to the corporate salons.

I purchased a groupon. It was hard to get in because she was 3 weeks out. I was frustrated, because I am a last minute person. Finally I scheduled an appt. I was more than happy with her service. She told me a lot about my skin and what I should be doing. Yes, she was honest about my skin, so honest that I laughed. I scheduled another time for a facial and will be going back.

I love Irina's Facials. They're relaxing and they really focus on purifying and rejuvenating your skin. Irina is very sweet and will give you honest and valuable input. I read some of the reviews here and I don't think they're fair. I would ignore the reviews and get your own experience. This is a top notch facial. pure, organic products, and my skin always looks and feels beautiful after each facial. I will always go to Irina.

All I can say is if you want to be traumatized by vulgar Russian-style homophobia, fear mongering conversation and you would also like to have a broken toenail ripped off without any warning and then have it covered in a stinging base coat, this place is for you. I ended up opting out of the manicure I was supposed to get after the owner went on an insane anti-gay tirade.

This is a liberal city. And I happen to have a best lifelong friend who is gay. Perhaps keep your mean-spirited viewpoints to yourself. There is NO way I will come back in for that facial she tried to sell me on at the end of my appointment by rudely telling me I have clogged pores. I don't know how you reach her advanced age without having a shred of social decorum or self-awareness. Oh, and she also gave me a really crappy pedicure.

I noticed the nail polish was uneven when I got home. No wonder the place was completely empty. It is beyond my understanding how she manages to keep a business open at all. Natural ingredients and a toxic mentality.

I hesitate to give a single star as service I received was awful. Some may call it dry humor from Irina, however, I call it rude, disrespectful and a total lack of customer service. I don't care how 'great' you are at what others say you do, it is not worth ever going back. In my case, I received a mediocre facial and have since found an awesome spa with great service.

Best hair cut I've ever had in Minnesota, great skill, attention to detail, and the result is exactly as I envisioned it for myself!

I have had two facials with Irina. My gift certificate was about to expire when I called to schedule recently, but she let me make an appointment after the expiration date. Then she honored it even though I forgot to bring the darned certificate with me. I appreciated that she treated me so generously in my disorganization. I agree with other reviewers who say that Irina does not have a sunshine-and-rainbows persona. That's fine with me, because she's kind and funny and really good at what she does.

I haven't spent much time at Salon Premiere, but I can feel the care in how she works. Irina also knows good products; you can trust her recommendations. I have looked for years for a good moisturizer. When I got a facial last year, Irina sold me the best product I have ever used, and explained why it would work. "You have small pores, so you need a moisturizer that isn't too thick.

This one will penetrate and hydrate your skin." She was so right. I look forward to going back and getting to know more of Irina's sense of humor and other talents. You should too!

Unfortunately, I hastily got a groupon without reading the review. I absolutely agree with the previous reviewer - it is not easy to secure an appointment - the number is always redirected to voicemail which makes it difficult to make any changes to our appointment. I was a little skeptical after reading all the reviews, but was not prepared for such a bad experience - its almost like interacting with Red from OITNB. Thank you for the refund groupon!

Terrible experience. never answered the phone/ return calls. very rude service. if you purchased by the groupon- no windows for the next few weeks. highly not recommended
