Saybrook Point Inn & Spa-Spa Services

I chose the resort as a spa getaway with my adult daughters. We all loved the room, overlooking the marina, the staff were friendly, helpful and always accommodating. We decided that this was going to be a biannual getaway for us! The spa treatments were so relaxing and the restaurant was delicious! This is an amazing resort and you should look no further for a perfect getaway!

We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel booking sites suggest it is a 3-star hotel, but it felt much more like a 5-star hotel to me. The staff was extremely friendly, but not pushy like some of the high-end hotels. Food was quite good and the rooms were spacious with great marina / water views. It is kind of pricey on the weekend, but the mid-week rates seem like a steal for what you get.

Close to the beach. Great for a short getaway.felt like staying at a European waterfront hotel. Highly recommend. The spa is also quite nice with a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and two heated pools. We swam at night and had the pool almost entirely to ourselves.

My wife and I were treated like royalty. The staff was wonderful and professional. Our room (Tall Tails Guest House Room 730) was top notch. Well appointed, Clean, like new! Fresh Salt Restaurant food was fantastic! We highly recommend this little piece of heaven.

The spa is amazing, totally worth every penny. I recently came in with my mom to get a massage and facial and had an amazing experience. For my first time walking into a hotel-spa I was impressed. Agu and Abigail were friendly, professional and very accommodating, I had to leave them a good review! I'm definitely going to come back again and bring some friends and family, I would easily recommend this place if you've got the money and are looking for a luxury experience! :

This resort was absolutely amazing. The staff was helpful and courteous. The spa was just what the doctor ordered if you need peace in your crazy life. The restaurant was every bit of incredible. Front their fine dining to their next level Sunday Brunch. It's a must try if you're looking to spoil yourself or somebody close to you.

Front desk staff was amazing! Room was perfect. Super clean and well kept. Massages were great spa amenities were super nice. Pool, steam room, etc were very clean and well kept. Fresh salt restaurant was awesome! Overall great great place will definitely come back.

Fabulous experience at this resort and spa. The rooms are generously sized and our fireplace and balcony were wonderful! The staff is where this place really shines though. They were all great and so helpful. Vincent was exceptionally helpful and really brightened our stay. The spa is also great! Amber gave a phenomenal massage and made me feel very comfortable. Agu was very friendly and did a great job on my nails. Highly recommend this hotel and spa!

This resort is so charming and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! It has great views! We stayed for one night. The room was clean and everything was very comfortable. The salt water pool is nice (we also used the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna). Everything was perfect and very relaxing. We only had breakfast at the restaurant but next time plan to have dinner there too. Looking forward to returning!

Beautiful resort. Service is where it needs to improve. Especially for the price you are paying. Spoke to the front desk in person to request a fire be started in our room. Because it is hotel policy that employees start it. Front desk told us that it would be about 10min. Said that was fine. Called down to the front desk 25 min later, just asking for an update. Said they are very busy.

I said that was fine. Then called again after 45min. Again, "we are very busy." I said, "that's fine just wish you didn't tell us 10min. We have been waiting to relax before having someone enter our room." I was told, "I never told you 10 min Sir." I confirmed with my partner that yes, he did tell us a 10min. But now he was arguing that fact with me. 5min later someone showed up with a duraflame log & a lighter. Lite the fake log in the fireplace. It didn't even stay lite for long. Awful service. And you should NEVER argue with a guest. Will not be returning there.

Stayed for one night recently. The property is very well maintained, staff is very attentive and our stay could not have been better. we would love to come back and stay longer. The restaurant 'fresh salt' is very good too. I think one thing that pops out no matter where you are in the resort: all employees are smiling and making you feel welcome. have already recommended to many friends.
