This was my second time here. My first therapist was great, but had since left. I saw Donna for an hour and holy moly she was AMAZING. So thorough: incorporated focused breathing to really help you get that deeper stretch/muscle-relief. I love it here because they're not pushy- not trying to up-sell you. Owner Mike smiling and friendly when you come in and leave. Clean, comfortable, quiet and the massages have been top-notch so far. HIGHLY recommend.

I've been to a couple massage places in the area and this place as well as the staff are very friendly and quite professional. The quality of service for me is grand. They offer a variety of massage techniques and like the name leave you with Absolute Relief.

This is a wonderful place to escape from the stress of every day life and experience serenity in a very welcoming and professional environment. Michael has been my massage therapist of choice for over two decades. He is the absolute best therapist and now business manager also. Now that he has other massage therapists carefully selected to match his high standards of quality and professionalism, there is more flexibility in scheduling as well as personality, massage technique. Julie and Lisa are my therapists of choice as they seem to have a peaceful pace as well as the ability to listen well hence adapting their technique to the client's current needs. Don't take my word for it, just try it for yourself and you'll never want to go anywhere else.

Liz is amazing! She always asks about my tension areas and really focuses on them. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Called last minute for a 60 min massage and they were so kind and able to get me in last minute. I've had many massages, and this was by far the best I have ever had. They listened to my concerns regarding my trouble areas and I walked out feeling like a new person. You really can tell when a therapist takes their job seriously and actually cares about the client and their needs. Will definitely be back!

I loved everything about my time at Absolute Relief. My best friend and I were on a girls' getaway and decided it would be the perfect time for our first professional massages! Tabitha was a great communicator, especially for understanding it was my first time getting a professional massage. There is a COVID screening in place, and you're required to wear your mask except for when you are face down on the table (they use a pillow case so you aren't breathing into the open air). I felt safe and had a blissful time. Even booked another time with my boyfriend in a couple of weeks!

I had my first professional massage here today. The environment is very calming. Facility was very clean and Covid screening and protocol was perfect. I was comfortable with my therapist right away. She addressed all my needs and when I left I felt better than I have in at least 10 years. Thank you Lauren you are wonderful and I will see you next month!

I wasn't expecting a place in the middle of downtown to be so quiet and peaceful but my massage was so serene! Lauren was great and I loved everyone I talked to. Affordable and high quality! Covid precautions were extremely well done and the whole place was super clean. The massage itself was perfect and Lauren was super attentive and after a while I forgot she was there quite honestly. Can't wait to go back!

I came in today with sooooo many knots, tight muscles and a kickin' migraine (that I had had for two days). After my massage I was PAIN FREE for the first time in a long while. I will definitely be a returning client!

I had a couples massage with my best friend for her birthday. We saw Lauren and Mckenzie (not sure if I spelled those correctly) they made the whole experience better than we had expected. Not only were the hot stone massages AMAZING the made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend them and can't wait to go back!

Revived my first professional massage here and absolutely loved it. Left feeling relaxed and comfortable. I've never experienced a more euphoric feeling! Can't wait to return.

I booked a couples massage for my partner and I. They were highly respectful and courteous. The massage therapists were amazing and we both really enjoyed the experience and felt it was a very fair price for what we received. The one draw back I felt was that the interior seemed somewhat drab - nice decorative elements and professional tables - but the carpet looked old and the paint needs work. However, I would highly recommend thier services.

Have been having lots of muscular back pain do to a cervical issues that physical therapy is not improving. I decided to try a couple of hour long massages focused on my back. It has provided a lot of relief for me. I have seen Lauren trice and she has been great. Very professional environment and great staff. I liked it so much a bought a package of four 60 minute massages for a great price and already have my next 2 appointments booked. Also love that I can book my appointment on their website.

After needing some relief in my shoulders, I found this business from a google search. Set a chair appt for later that day and headed in. Michael was at the desk and apologized profusely for the answering service mistake and not putting me on the schedule. Michael was extremely accommodating and stated he would be able to complete the massage. Michael positive, pleasant and most of all effective with this brief chair massage. I'll be going back from now on.

OMG Bailey was amazing. I had been in discomfort for some time. She worked my pain away and was awesome. I cannot wait to go back. When I say pain I could not even sit up, so I know how great I feel today!

I've been here twice, and had massage from Lisa and Lauren. AMAZING! The studios are calming and well appointed. And Ben and Jerry's being right downstairs is a nice post-massage treat!

Had a great first experience with Julie as a massage therapist. Went in on Feb 13 for a 90 min massage, which was scheduled. She didn't show up. I haven't gotten an apology yet.still waaaaiting for it. March 1st. Still no call from them.

I had an awesome massage with Julie yesterday. She has her own unique interpretation of Lomi Lomi. It's not exactly the same as what I've had elsewhere for Lomi Lomi, but what she does with that is fabulous. I like the studio as well - friendly enthusiastic people, and the tables and the air temperature are wonderfully warm. Don't be deterred by the dark and dingy entryway and hallway - once you're thru their door into their studio, things are great.

Online booking was easy and Micheal called to confirm the same day. We had a couples massage with lisa and julie and they were great! They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The pressure was perfect, though she didn't ask how i typically like it. The atmosphere is lacking and we had to walk by other offices to get to the couples room. 4 stars for the staller bodywork!

Absolute Relief are good people. The place is located on the second floor of an older building in downtown Manchester (you'll likely be parking on the street). The office is clean, warm, and relaxing with soft music and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. I tend to be introverted when dealing with strangers, or people I don't know that well, so trying to maintain a conversation during stuff like this is not very relaxing to me. Luckily, each of the therapists I have seen at Absolute Relief have been more than accommodating in allowing me to lie there and silently enjoy the massage.

I deeply appreciate that. The owner, Michael, seems to have a real eye for employing talented therapists and their rates are very reasonable. I have coming monthly for a while now and I always feel amazing by the time I leave. A session with Absolute Relief is worth every penny.

Absolute Relief is by FAR the best place around. Clean, professional atmosphere with talented and knowledgeable staff. Unlike many of the other spas in the area, they do not try to sell you anything, but they do have items there for sale if you are interested. I have been a regular customer (1-3 times per month) for about a year now and I can honestly say that every single visit has been 5-star worthy.

I've been going here for years. They are fabulous! Professional people who are happy to chat or not, depending on your preference. The atmosphere is super relaxing, and you really get the feeling that your comfort is the only thing that matters to them. All that aside, though, they are super talented! I always walk out of there feeling like a new woman.

I sit at a desk all day, and tend to carry everything (purse, backpack, etc.) on my left shoulder, so my back is usually a knotted mess when I go in there. When I come out, it's exponentially better. I usually see Lisa, but everyone there is fantastic. Pure talent all over the place. I recommend them to everyone I know, and I recommend them to you, fine user of the Internet. Treat yourself right and book an appointment! They have gift cards, too, so share the love!

I woke up with a pinched nerve this morning after staying in a hotel. Found absolute relief on Google and called. Lisa was able to get me in and she did a fantastic job. Great conversationalist, and used just the right amount of pressure. When I went, I was unable to put my arms over my head or take a deep breath. I feel so much better now that I can breath and have full range of motion that I booked for tomorrow too.

It's rare to find a business that packs so much talent under one roof. I have never been disappointed when coming here, as all three of the therapists (Mike also massages, but I have not had a session and can't review him) I have tried, though widely differing in their techniques, are among the best available in the area. Tabitha is one of the sweetest people you could meet and has a knack for making a client comfortable.

She is responsive and fun and tailors her approach to your needs. I have found that she is excellent with both with pain issues and with techniques that require a combination of strength and smooth flow. Both relaxing and refreshing! Lisa brings solid reflexology methods to the table and is great at pinpointing trouble spots. I feel like I learn something new about my muscles and tissues when I book with her.

She is easy to talk to and will adjust to your preferences as needed. Lisa was great when I had a major pull. Julie offers a very creative, holistic approach and gives a massage like nothing I'd ever felt. She has a range of techniques like Lomi Lomi, and works with long sweeping strokes using hands and whole limbs. The experience is uniquely relaxing and wonderful without sacrificing work on pain issues. And i have to admit, it is very addicting! Bottom line: you can't go wrong here. Mike, the owner, knows how to spot the real artists in this field.

I have been coming here for over 2 years and Tabitha is the best therapist around. Michael the owner and Lisa are very kind people as well. The whole place is clean and convenient to get to right on Elm St. They are professional, courteous, know what they're doing and most important genuinely care about helping you feel better as opposed to the corporate places that want to sell you the world. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent massage, Lisa listened carefully, asked the right questions and customized the pressure and technique to match what my body needed. lot's of valuable instruction re: stretching techniques and general wellness tips. I met all the staff and they were warm, friendly and easy to be around. Made an appointment for my wife as soon as I was done.

I was in Manchester on business when I tried this place. Usually when I call somewhere I get a voicemail prompt, but this place answered and got me in the SAME DAY which I really appreciated. I saw the guy because I wanted someone strong, and he was great. One of the best massages I've had.
