I'm from out of town, but have visited twice and got a 60-minute massage from Giuseppe both times. He is informative, definitely took care of my knots and creaks, and went the extra mile to show me a few stretches for my IT band since I'm a dancer and dance teacher with a bit of wear and tear. The facility is clean, comfortable, and I highly recommend Blackstone Massage Therapy Center.

Let me begin by saying that I had a adverse reaction to the vax in August. through countless Dr Appts and tests, it was confirmed the vax reactivated Epstein Barr Syndrome. I went from an active person to having severe pain in my muscles daily. My mobility and flexibility were gone. Angie literally is a miracle. After several medical massages and muscle stretches, I went from a 8-10 pain level to a big fat 0! she instinctively knows the target areas to work on.

She's incredibly educated on the entire muscle system and educates you as she works her magic! I've been recommending many people to Angie! I went from one Dr telling me I needed surgery to living without pain! This is all thanks to Angie T from Blackstone Massage! Thank you Angie for giving me my life back! I highly recommend Angie!

Best massage I've EVER had! Absolutely incredible! Chris is the most talented massage therapist. He is also extremely intuitive and cares about making you feel good mind, body and soul. Cannot say enough wonderful things and cannot thank him enough!

Safe and professional. I am a massage client of the owner, Chris. I am also a licensed massage therapist. I started seeing Chris for massage last year and feel like I have finally found the massage therapist for me. We of course had to take a break from our treatments during the state shut down but have since returned. I feel comfortable and confident in Chris's handling of the pandemic (especially as I know first hand what is required of us).

He fully understands and adheres to protocols and requirements. His space is clean and safe, and his professionalism is unfaltering. I am so grateful for the work and space he provides. Chris's work is skilled and caring, and always so helpful.

Covid 19 Alert: The owner of this Blackstone Massage Therapy location performed services even though he was aware that he was in direct contact with a Covid case and a test was underway. He did not cancel his clients' appointments and performed services as if nothing had happened. As a result, a few days later, people got contacted by Rhode Island Health saying that they had been in direct contact with a Covid19 case.

The owner chose to stay silnt about it. On the other hand, Christopher is offering services despite not having finished his 14 days Quarantine. Christopher claims that his quarantine had started earlier, but this means that he had been booking clients despite his awareness that he had to be in quarantine. Because of many contradictory excuses Christopher has given, the only possible conclusions are that either Christopher 1) took a Covid test prior to his clients appointments and performed services as if nothing had happened 2) Christopher realized he has to quarantine but decided to book clients anyways before the 14 day period had elapsed, violating Covid-19 Business Regulations Policy.

This is extremely wrong given there are many immuno-compromised people in Rhode Island and that the Rhode Island health department and the healthcare sector has been working tremendously hard to contain this pandemic. Just as he has a family, people have their families and some even have those that we as a society must help - elders, toddlers, and those with weaker immune systems. A moral judgement on his part could have prevented pain and suffering.

I've been getting massages for about ten years now and this was definitely one of my top favorites! Chris was able to fit me in on short notice, and I loved it so much that I had to book a couples massage for me and my boyfriend! My muscles were super sore going in, but leaving I felt like I had a brand new body! The music was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend!

I went to Chris for prenatal massages (which were great!) and just went back recently. I felt very safe regarding Covid precautions - the space is very private, clean, and inviting - much prettier than the photo on Google Maps. Highly recommended!

Thanks to Christopher and Becky for treating my wife and I to great 90 minute massages. We were well taken care of, the office is great, and of course the massages were 5 star. Thanks again for a wonderful visit! We will be back.

Chris is an absolute master at his craft! After struggling with lower back pain, hip pain and sciatica issues for nearly 20 years I finally have relief thanks to Chris. I made an appointment after my back went out a couple of weeks ago. The pain was crippling and I was barely able to walk or stand for more than 15 minutes. Upon meeting Chris we had a nice conversation discussing what was going on with my back, he then examined my posture and let me know exactly what was wrong.

He laid out a plan of attack and away we went. After the second visit I was able to finally put a shoe on by myself and after the third I felt better than I have in years. Chris also provided a physical stretching routine and ways for me to perfect my posture in between sessions. This has been a life changing experience and I look forward to many years without back pain and many more massages! Would highly recommend!
