My wife and I have come here 3 or 4 times in the past year. The treatment is always extremely professional, and boosts our mood. The shoulder and neck massage they do is very relaxing. A little expensive, but you get what you pay for!

I have been going here for 3 years, about once a month/ once every other month. Silla usually does my skin - this is the only thing that has ever worked for me. I've always struggled with break outs. I get the microdermabrasion facial and it's a miracle worker. I always leave feeling like my skin is brand new. My skin has cleared up SO much since coming here - i never write reviews for anything but felt the need to have to give this a 5 star!

This was my first time getting a facial and the service was amazing. I had everything explained step by step and my experience unforgettable. I have already made my appointment for a second visit . Definitely recommend it!

Every time I have called in over the last 4 years, the woman who answers the phone is rude, combative, defensive and argumentative. When confirming the appointment, they sent me many personal messages, rather than 1 professional text which scared me away. As an introvert, I have finally gathered the courage to go in tomorrow. I will update my review once I receive the service. So far, the customer care is substandard. I expect her to read this and be mean to me tomorrow. Ill let you know what happens.

Shes highly attuned to her customers needs and it pleases her to make her guests comfortable. Shes a terrific technician. She ensured the room was warm, the table and sheets were clean and comfortable, the face rest was properly aligned, my personal belongings were properly stored and facilitated ambient lighting. Her hand patterns were evenly distributed, fluid and knowledgeable in varying pressure and techniques based on which chemicals and procedure were being used.

She was well paced, deliberate and able to accommodate unexpected add-ons with ease. My skin is on its way to hydration and rest. I will be going back this month. The woman who owns the business also operates it. Due to her commanding attention, its apparent shes capable of running a fast paced and high traffic facility. However, this facility is small and slower paced. Shes can be an overpowering experience when you first engage her, especially if its only over the phone.

If you can get passed the intimating element of her personality, she channels this energy into technical skill to your benefit. Also, there's an older woman who cleans - quiet and absolutely darling. She has a warm smile that felt welcoming even as I left the building. If she waves, wave back. :

Got a same day appointment for extraction/facial. Very soothing and very nice lady. She advised me on nourishing my eyes and skin and gave me cream to go home with. Nice experience.

Been there multiple times but seems like a hit or miss. Usually get a hydrating facial for $125. This time it seemed like a rushed experience and the facial massage lasted 2 min. So just paid $125 for a extraction and peel. The shoulder and neck massage was also not up to the mark. The more senior owner seems to be more consistent.

I had a facial here today. I think the products were good and the spa is nice but it was one of the roughest facials I have ever had. I remembered thinking to myself I could have just gone through the car wash with the convertible top down and pretty much had the same effect. Instead of a nice relaxing facial with fluid motions it was harsh scrubbing with some face slapping and extreme pressure on pressure points.

There was no music playing to relax to, just the sounds of drawers opening and slamming closed, crinkly packaging and her walking in and out of the room. The best part was the neck and shoulder massage and the hot towels. The hot towels smelled lovely, like essential oils, but they were always far too hot (and I like the towels much warmer than most).

She was also really rough when using the towel to remove product. She needs to learn a more gentle soothing touch. It's been about 6 hours since my facial and my face still feels raw, similar to a bad wind burn/sunburn.

The best facial experience in the area so far. Great ambiance with proper spa feel, staff is knowledgeable, attentive and thorough, they use good products and neck and arm massage was a cherry on top. Will be back!

One of my best facial experiences ever! The spa is really clean, tranquil and comfortable. The owner is knowledgeable and skillful. I can totally see the change on my face after the treatment. The price is amazing and they didn't push you to buy products.

I've visited this spa quite a few times already. I would say that Silla is a very knowledgeable person. She has accommodated me on short notice as well and each time I visit, I leave very relaxed and my face feels CLEAN! I even took my wife here when she was visiting the US and she loved the attention she got. She loved the facials but unfortunately she thought the products used were far too heavy for her.

As far as I am concerned, though the price is on the higher side, the products used are of high quality which means they actually work a lot better than what you get from department stores. If your looking around for a good facial and a relaxing experience at the same time, then give Paradise a try. I am sure you will love it.

Omg. This place. I got full legs, full arms, chin and eyebrow waxing done. I also got the papaya peel mask. So, so amazing. I was in heaven. I fell asleep during the facial. This was the least painful waxing and facial experience I've ever had. My sister and I were both treated really well by the ladies at the spa. We were originally scheduled for two facials and waxing just for me but they accommodated us last minute when my sister decided she wanted to go to wax too. Everything smelled so good.

One word-Great Quality Facial. I came in on a recommendation of my boss. My appointment started on time. I liked the serenity and privacy of this place and gladly, they use Yonka line, that are all natural and smell heavenly. The esthetician kindly took the time to ask about my skincare concerns and was very attentive to detail and resolved my skin problem that I was currently dealing with. It is so worth it to take care of your skin, and I couldn't be happier with the result and experience. I shall be back asap!
