I have been using the nurse Jwon. She is kind and perceptive. She has done a great job in recommending and implementing beautiful changes in my face and skin.

I have gotten a wide variety of non surgical procedures and have been happy with every outcome besides cool sculpting which doesn't work for everyone but the stuff is amazing! Thought it was going to be a little weird getting my Full Brazilian waxed front to back but their advanced machine is so quick and the technician makes it very comfortable

I've been a client of Vibrance medical spa for a decade now. It is by far the best medical spa in our area! Dr. Freed and his nurses and clinicians are all wonderful. My favorite nurse is MINDY! Two years ago, I started seeing nurse Mindy! I've never been so comfortable or happier with my results! She is very knowledgeable and talented! I trust her and I appreciate how she cares for me and makes suggestions for treatment. Nurse Mindy has a kind bedside manner that will put you at ease no matter what procedure you're having done!

I highly recommend nurse Mindy she has a great deal of knowledge, explains procedures very thoroughly taking her time and making sure her performance is perfect. What a magical spa! The staff is friendly & kind, Dr. Freed is a professional (magician!) and the spa itself is like walking into a fancy wonderland! Coming from the Bay Area, I was worried it would take me a while to find such a place but I DID! And gees am I thankful! Prices are reasonable considering the results. So many options to chose from so be careful, you can easily get carried away!;).

And not a bad place to be if you do! You will not be disappointed if you visit Alexis (Lexy) for botox (she's another magician in the office!). Been looking for a medi spa that could hold its own against what I was used to in the Bay Area (you could be crazy picky as there are so many spas) but in Auburn not so many choices, but thankfully there is Vibrance and only need one! Beautiful office, staff, quality products and treatments.

I had coolsculpting done over a year ago now - I was told my results would keep getting better for up to a year. I had two rounds done on my lower abs, one upper abs, and one mid back (think bra bulge). I was told I was a prime candidate and I would see an immense difference, and unfortunately the biggest difference I've seen is an extra 10 lbs which I gained quickly after (at my follow up appointments, I continuously gained weight even with a solid exercise routine and pretty decent diet overall), and a little less curves.

Because there was a slight physical difference (the curve gone gave me less of the "hour glass" shape but did look like some was taken away overall), they claimed it made a difference so they refused a refund of any kind (though my satisfaction was "guaranteed") or any credit to try to fix it with additional rounds. I'm still, after a year, so disappointed that I paid so much money for this result.

I've been meaning to post my review for a while, finally getting to it. I had a facial by Marci earlier this year. It was fabulous! I could tell she was very knowledgeable about skin and skincare. She was gentle while thorough and my skin immediately looked and felt better. I have had 2 more facials since and now I'm hooked!

CoolSculpting great experience! I had 2 sessions at Vibrance Spa (Aug & Dec2019) for my abdomen (4 cycles each time). Brianna was my CoolSculpting specialist. She did a great job as evidenced by my before and after pictures. She explains each step. She's very professional, detailed and has a warm way about her. It was actually a very relaxing experience. No pain, no downtime. The price was great too. PS I'm 70

I love this place. They do EVERYTHING right! From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted by the sweetest young women. They make you feel so welcome.like family. Making yourself beautiful may not be cheap ladies but their prices are competitive with any other spa of their kind anywhere. They will work to give you any and all discounts available and they will be very honest with you. They NEVER oversell their products. The technicians and staff are better than any anywhere! Try them! You will love them.

I had a massage this afternoon with Susan, and holy night! It was absolutely amazing! She was the sweetest woman, and strong enough for my liking! I would totally recommend this beautiful spa to anyone!

A little pricey but they know there stuff. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. My skin has been looking a lot better and now I wear sunscreen everyday to keep the results. I love the products they use I usually end up buying everything they recommend. A good place to feel pampered.

I absolutely love Vibrance Medical Spa and would highly recommended them to anyone looking for facials, botox and other cosmetic services. I have been getting regular facials from Barbara for almost a year (before that a gal named Hillary who has since moved) and my skin has never looked better! I struggle with acne, melsama and scarring. Barbara recommended the Obagi Nu-Derm System in conjunction with diamondtome facials/peels.

I am SO thankful for her recommendations and care - my skin looks a thousand times better! Barbara is the BEST and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin. I always look forward to seeing her and the results she delivers time and time again! In addition to wonderful facials and medical grade skin care, I have seen Jackie several times for botox.

I was SO nervous when getting my first injection, but Jackie was quick and it was virtually painless. My results were exactly what I wanted! I would highly recommend her for injectables! I also really love the gals at the front desk - Nicole and Lizzy - both so sweet and knowledgeable. I love how they always remember my name : ) Again - this place is wonderful.
