Ciera performed a miracle on my hair! I had been box coloring it red for about two years (every 6-8 weeks) and was ready (and needed) to stop. Without hesitation, Ciera was able to get me and work her magic! My hair is now beautiful, healthy and happy! Thank you SO much, Ciera for all of your hard work. My hair has never looked better. I cannot wait to come back! You truly are the best!

The absolute best spa in Virginia! Laura is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and her passion/love is evident. I've had eyelash extensions done by numerous estheticians and none came close to the skill or retention that Laura has completely mastered. Her expertise is truly unparalleled! I've also had the pleasure of having a facial and it was divine! You may not get in right away but I promise she is worth the wait!

I had an awesome experience at Holladay Spa! Laura did my lash extensions and not only are they truly amazing but, I fell asleep while she was doing them. That's how light of a touch she has and how relaxing the environment was. I also got my hair done by Ciera both cut and color and it's a breath of fresh air! I have been getting compliments all week! Ciera also fit my husband in for a haircut and he was very pleased as well. Give them a call, everyone I have met there has been super pleasant and helpful

Wonderful experience for me and my family. We are so excited the Ciera has joined the team here. I've been seeing her for over 10 years-she's been my hair's color queen, absolutely perfecting my highlights early on and consistently evolving as my hair changes with age, hormones, babies, and the like. She's also fantastic with kids. Gentle and welcoming for first timers! The staff and space at Holladay are lovely too. It's so bright and fresh!

Ciera has been styling and coloring, highlighting my hair for many years. Ciera is great with color and low lighting or highlighting. She always does a perfect job and I receive many compliments. I love that Ciera really listens to me and makes great suggestions for certain cuts and colors that I want to try. I am excited that she joined the staff at Holladay Spa. It's a lovely space and everyone is so kind. It's a great atmosphere and location. Be sure to see Ciera!

Ciera is a wonderful hair stylist and really knows what she's doing! I have problem hair--fine, thin, and graying. Blah! But somehow Ciera makes it look good. At one appointment she greeted me with the comment, "I've been thinking about your hair. What do you think about.?" and went on to describe her idea. Believe me, NO HAIR STYLIST has ever said those words to me before!

Other positives about Ciera are that she is on-time, quick but thorough, and personable. I love seeing her every six weeks. The Spa itself is pristine clean and very modern, a nice relaxing setting for service. Ciera will do a great job for you!

My 4.5 y/o and I visited Holladay Spa for haircuts with Ciera on 2/15/22. We've been going to Ciera for a while and are ALWAYS very happy with our results. I had one of the best facials I've ever had here. Laura experienced some staffing issues and was so gracious to do my facial herself and charge me the less experienced esthetician's rate. She took her time, made me feel comfortable, and explained what she recommended for my skin in a very respectful, non pushy way. The product she recommended was extremely reasonably priced which is also rare for a spa and I was impressed. Will be going back!

I've been going to Holladay Spa for several years now and cannot express how grateful I am for them. They are such a beautiful group of professionals, the place is clean and stylish and the people are so comforting and great at what they do. I have also enjoyed the products I've purchased there. So, great service by Laura, Bailey and Sophia who did my permanent makeup application for eyebrows.

I am asked all the time who did them. They turned out fabulous and even had a friend want to use her but she lives in Texas and there's a follow-up visit required. You'll have a great experience at Holladay Spa. I also had a massage by Laura and I'm a former massage therapist, so I would not recommend if it wasn't a great massage! Jennifer V.

I got a lash lift, tint, and brow wax, and Bailey did an INCREDIBLE job. She absolutely killed it and provided the most calming, relaxing environment. It is so clear she has dedicated so much to her skills, and it shows! This is the first time I've ever had my lashes done and it was amazing, I love them. Go see her!

I LOVE my lashes! It's always such a relaxing experience to go in and have them done. Laura is amazing! I want to preface by saying that my lashes usually lasts be three weeks and I could honestly last longer if I wanted to. However, one random time, my lashes fell out pretty quickly on one of my eyes. Laura made time to stay after her hours and fix my lashes for me. FOR FREE! She has made my life such a breeze with getting ready in the morning and I make her a regular visit in my life!

Friendly and professional staff. Had a slight problem with eyelash extensions and Laura was super quick in getting me in the next day to resolve the problem! She did and my eyelashes are fabulous! I highly recommend this salon

Just got my very first wax here, and I cannot say how bad it was NOT! I had so much anxiety about it, but Laura was super sweet, super accommodating and finished it up very quickly! I was in and out within 25 minutes. Not to mention she really pays attention and gets every hair gone. The salon is super cute, too. I definitely want to try more of their services!

Eyelash extensions are done perfectly at Holladay Spa! Laura is so sweet and does a very thorough job every time! I've been coming here regularly for a semester now and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of trying eyelash extensions. The space is brand new and very well decorated / kept. Laura is exceptionally skilled, her salon is extraordinarily clean, and she is just soooo relaxed and easy to talk to (or not, if you feel like zoning out)! She always seems to be on schedule-- I've never had to wait more than a minute to begin an appointment.

Laura is the best! I've seen her for massages, facials, and waxes. No matter what service you get, she is the best! Even the painful procedures, like waxes or extractions during facials, she manages to make them feel less painful and relaxing.

Laura is a great therapist and a good person. I had a Brazilian wax last week, She was excellent, efficient and professional. She was not embarrassed in any way to perform a male wax. She immediately put me at ease. Her prices are moderate and it was a good experience and fairly minimally pain free with the type of wax she used. I recommend her highly.

Laura was super awesome! I got a Brazilian for the the first time and even though it was painful the hard wax they used was not as bad as the bikini wax I once got. Laura who did it was super awesome! She was the best! Go here! They are moving locations but still worth it!

I love Laura. She's amazing! I went to her for my first Brazilian after reading these reviews and they were all accurate! She's easy going, down to earth, and really helps you relax. She understands the nerves, and is good at talking you through it and providing distraction. Just recently received my second Swedish massage from her as well and loved it! She can do now wrong haha. I'd trust her with all the services that she provides.

Highly recommend! Had a great experience here with a Brazilian wax by Laura. She is very good at what she does and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Pricing is also fairly inexpensive compared to other places in the area.

I live in L.A. now and always schedule my appointments with Laura when I go home to Charlottesville. She's so good at what she does and super friendly. Such a stellar business owner.

I scheduled my first appointment with their online system. When I show up for the appointment, the front desk worker tells me that the person is out of town, and the system has been automatically booking people for a few weeks in the future. What?! That was not at all clear when using their online system, where I clearly checked the date on a calendar for an appointment, selected a time and received an affirmative confirmation that the date/time selected would work. The front desk worker was also pretty condescending and unfriendly. There are so many salons to choose from - I won't be back!

After a number of average and sub-par waxes around Charlottesville, I found one of the best waxes I've ever had. Laura is incredible, and both my eyebrow and Brazilian waxes were quick, easy, and as painless as a wax can be! I was thrilled to find someone who was beyond proficient with hard wax, and won't be going to anyone else whilst I am in Charlottesville!
