I get my nails done here by Megan and she is such a fantastic tech! Her work is beautiful and she's such a lovely person overall. I can't wait to go back for my next nail appointment and to get my haircut in a few weeks

I went in to get a consult on eyelas extensions yesterday. I was 4 minutes late, ,,s o first she told me she couldnt do my lashes.? I sat down for a consult and wAs treated so rudely I couldnt believe it! Obviously this PERSON AND THIS SALON DONT WANT ANY NEW BUSINESS? WOW! I sold beauty products for 5 years in this town and Albany, .,,a nd had never experienced such rudeness anywhere.

I will never step foot in this salon again and suggest you dont call them either. The saddest part is that I know this Salon is hurting for business. Very Disappointing for sure! GOOD LUCK THE HAVEN!

I saw Kim for a Gel Mani/Pedi, she was so nice and personable. She was quick, gentle and efficient with getting rid of my horribly overgrown cuticles. The foot massage was to die for. She truly cares about her clients and their experience. I am happy to say I finally found my nail person!

Kelsey saved my hair! I came to her after another stylist over bleached my hair and I lost more than half of it. After my first appointment with Kelsey I walked out with a better cut & color & after my second appointment, I left with extensions that I'm in love with, feeling 110% more confident. 10/10 recommend. The salon is super cute too!
