Got a pedicure. The whole experience was so relaxing and everyone was so sweet. Definitely helped with my depression and anxiety.

My husband and I got a couples massage as an anniversary present and it was amazing. The staff is very professional and the spa is very beautiful and relaxing. They even offered us warm neck wraps while we waited for our appointment. I look forward to coming here again.

This was my first experience with this spa. I was a little apprehensive when I first walked in as it was so clean and fresh looking. But the ladies at the desk were very welcoming and checked me in while answering my questions about the products they use verses the ones on the wall. The lady who gave me my message asked my preference on scents, pressure, preferred areas of needed care. She was wonderful. It felt the like message went on forever I was so sad when it was over but I felt sooooooo refreshed. I will be going back again soon!

I had a massage with Joy and oh my goodness it was amazing. Went back for a longer massage and they gave me someone else and it was horrific. I just wanted it to be over! It was like she had no idea what she was doing. I went for a deep tissue and it was everything but that. She even spent about 10 minutes of that hour just holding onto my feet not doing anything! Worse experience of my life.

I wasn't going to say anything but the receptionist could tell I wasn't impressed or feeling good after it and was like oh that stinks sorry. That will be 114$. I couldn't believe it. I would not recommend going here but if you do, go with Joy

I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a peaceful day. Today's world is completely chaotic to say the least and as a mom who struggles with stress, anxiety, depression, etc. it was such a gift to completely melt away for a few hours and be pampered like we all deserve to be every once and awhile. It was nice to disconnect from the world. So thank you, a simple day at work for your staff could be life changing for your client. I'll be back for sure

What a wonderful place for a relaxing spa day. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. All of their services are amazing.

Since they went gratuity-free, the massages and customer service has gone downhill. I was very disappointed in my last two massages and in how my concerns were handled. I do not recommend them.

Critical: Communication, Quality Went in for a Gel Polish Pedicure and didn't realize that only consisted of my nails clipped and filed, with gel polish for $73! WAY WAY over priced for the quality. I expected for my feet to be scrubbed and to get a light massage and or rub on my feet. Very disappointed.

I am a licensed nail technician and I rarely get pedicures for myself. I decided to treat myself to a pedicure, but I'm picky about where I will go for one. Yesterday, Kimmie, gave me the most wonderful pedicure and it exactly what I wanted. They are clean, sanitary, no televisions blaring, no cell phones, no little children screaming and running, soothing spa music being played, comfortable chairs.the whole experience was relaxing and exactly what a pedicure experience should be. It is definitely worth the price for the atmosphere, the sanitation and attention to detail. thank you!

I am a former employee, but a forever friend and fan. The new spa is gorgeous. But it's the people at Simply Blissed that make the place really special. Sandy, the owner, is one of my favorite people I've worked for. And I'm a massage therapist who has worked in 4 different states in the last 7 years with a whole load of amazing people.

And I can say that out of any place I've been Simply Blissed is the only spa I've worked at multiple times. The Eminence skin care products speak for themselves and so I'd like to speak up for the angels I've worked with at the spa. Kimmie gives the best facials, truly. Jordan knows how to make everyone laugh. Nicole has a sweet and gentle touch.

Joy is a rockstar therapist. Robin has top notch professionalism. Charlene is one of my favorite humans in Salem. Really, you can't go wrong with any service provider there. Sandy, Melissa, and Jennie are a wonderful team to work with. Salem is really lucky to have this place.

Had a couples massage with my wife. Great service, atmosphere, and friendly staff. Massage was very relaxing. Just one little gotcha. During the massage, they use hot wet towels to open pores and wipe excess oil off (just a guess). But, one towel was sour. Had the smell like it had been left in the washer too long. My wife noticed it immediately. I showered and had to wash my face twice after showering to try and get the smell out of my skin.

This tiny little house is bigger than I expected. I had a massage done and it was wonderful! I've had pedicures and manicures here as well, which I enjoyed too. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. They are a holistic spa, which means a healthier choice for your body. This spa is in a weird location, the parking is a bit weird at first, but this is the only spa that I repeatedly visit.

I had an amazing prenatal massage with Jenn! She was so kind and understanding when I was late and accommodated me. She targeted all my pregnancy pains and had the perfect amount of pressure. Easily one of the best massages I have ever had. I also like the no-pressure approach of having gratuity built into the price. I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely wonderful place. It was my first time getting a deep tissue massage and I was impressed by the entire thing. I have an injury to my hips and back and she was great about understanding the issue and adjusting to ensure I wouldn't leave in pain. It was the best I've felt in weeks! I also appreciate how easy it is to view services and schedule online.

My husband and I have come here for two years in a row for our anniversary for a couple's massage and then I was given a birth certificate for my birthday - so I have been here 3 times total. I have LOVED my experience here. We have been really impressed with booking with Sara and Brittany for our full body massages. I have asked for more of a firm massage and it was FABULOUS as I have a constant sore back from my everyday life as a stay at home mom with a newborn and toddler.

I actually recommend going firmer and then asking for softer touch if it is too much to handle. I have had a much too soft massage before and it is so unfulfilling. Very professional, down to business women giving the massages. We never felt uncomfortable at all, they made sure to help us feel as confident and refreshed as possible. Also had a facial and it smelled amazing. I will be buying gift certificates for my family members' birthday so they can enjoy this spa too!

What an amazing relaxing experience my fiance and I shared here! We had a very long and stressful month and decided to treat ourselves at the spa. BEST DECISION EVER. I will recommend Simply Bliss to all my friends and family. Well done ladies.

The services I've received over the years have been fine to exceptional. However I have two issues. 1) The turnover. I like to stick with one person and there is too much turnover here. 2)The prices! Oy. They've gone dramatically up since they went "gratuity free" (which I don't like anyway because it should be the customer's prerogative to tip and how much based on the service received).

They went from $45 for a pedi to now $68! That's a lot and makes enough of a difference that I can no longer go for services as often as I'd like to. Also, my favorite pedicurist is, once again, gone. You'd think with the prices they charge that it would keep staff loyal, but it doesn't appear so. Makes me wonder how much of that "gratuity" is going to the staff and how much is going to the business.

And one more thing. There is never enough room for pedicures, only 4 chairs. That's just not enough for summer season when demand is high. Even if you have enough staff, they have nowhere to perform the service. I'd go back again if some things changed, but right now this long time customer is disillusioned.

Beautiful spa. One of the best massages I've ever had. Parking a little tough to find, there is signage though. This spa was recommended because it's all inclusive, meaning your price (which seems steep) includes a gratuity. My mom and I came in to get the herbal poultice massage, and we were both very pleased with our experience. As a nice surprise, the poultices used during our massage were packaged for us to take home and use again (or just dunk in the bath). Staff was delightful and friendly. The spa itself is housed in an older house, which gives it a less commercial feel.

I'm very disappointed. I had come in here for a deep tissue massage and pedicure with gel polish. After the pedicurist didn't have time for what I wanted color wise, I went with a solid color. A few weeks after I went to have my toes done while of town working and as they removed the polish (which was not gel by the way) that Simply Blissed had put on, you could see my previous color under it.

She did not remove all of my color. For the price that I paid for Simply Blissed this was a huge disappointment. I will return for another massage as it was AMAZING but never again for a pedicure.

If you are looking for a serene, enjoyable and professional day spa experience, I heartily recommend Simply Blissed. I had the Totally Blissed spa package which is a 90 minute massage, 60 minute facial, 90 minute pedicure, and 60 minute manicure. The setting is lovely and quiet, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the treatments are amazing right down to movie theater reclining pedicure chairs and the hot neck wraps. Snuggly robes and slippers to wear between your treatments. Each service of this package was a delight. Not inexpensive but a wonderful experience I will sign up for again and a fabulous gift for someone special.

My husband and I enjoyed a couples massage at Simply Blissed for an hour and a half. It was very nice, clean, the price was very good and it was very relaxing. Our only wish was there was a sauna or some place to kick back after the massage. We will definitely go back again.

I just had a 60-minute deep tissue massage with Sara. I'm not used to this type of massage but my experience here has always been 5-star. Sara constantly checked with me if the pressure is too hard and she made me feel so taken care of even afterwards. I love going to this place! I'm coming back soon!

Go see Jenn for a therapeutic massage as fast as you possibly can! I have suffered from chronic pain for 16 years and have literally seen dozens of massage therapists. Jenn listens to me and helps with my problem areas so much. The first massage therapist that has every provided real help with my pain. I like a lot of pressure and she is able to do it and checks in constantly to see if the pressure is okay. Such a friendly, kind and genuine person. Can't recommend her enough!

Very easy to get an appointment on line. My husband had a hour and a half deep tissue massage and left there feeling like butter. He is a chef that works 70 hours a week and had an amazing experience! Warm and welcoming people. Clean and modern decor. Will be back next month! It was our first time here.

I just moved to Salem and was looking for a new pedicure spot. Luckily, I found my place on the first try! Very comfy seating and relaxing atmosphere. The online booking is very convenient. I can't wait for my next pedicure, and I will be doing a facial there too at the end of summer!

Exquisite. The staff and services surpassed my expectations. As soon as you check in it's relaxing, they offer a warm neck wrap and some water. My husband, for Mother's Day got me the $160 package- 45 min. Massage, facial, & pedicure. (Gratuity is included in that price) Holy crap was it so worth it! I'm committed to becoming a regular. Simply blissed THANK YOU, this mama needed a little me time and pampering. You delivered!

Well my boyfriend lives in Vegas and found you guys online to get me a massage. I have to say that my massage was not at all that great. I asked for deep pressure and it wasn't. Then I came in this evening to get the full pedicure with massage and when I told her she didn't have to go light she told me, "I'm not a licensed massage therapist so I'll do what I can." I was really looking forward to this after a stressful work week and instead of a massage it was more of a rub.

Hardly any pressure at all. Not a massage. And I could tell that the lady next to me was getting a much better massage with more pressure. I am really bummed out. The lay back chair was nice. Thanks for trying I guess. Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device

I was gifted a massage to Simply Blissed. Had no idea what to expect. I went online to make my appointment and chose Jenn (Jennifer). The outside of the building doesn't do justice to the inside. It is surprisingly large. When I arrived, I was offered flavored water and a neck warmer. Jennifer came out to greet me and took me to the room. There was soothing music and the table was heated. She was most accommodating and I can honestly say that I have never received a better massage!

I responded to this yelp reply with the email below 2 hours ago and have not heard back. Email isn't a good way to communicate either. I appreciate you reaching out. Email is fine but at the same time it is much easier and takes less time to be able to make a quick phone call and either get questions answered or schedule an appointment especially if I'm looking for a same-day appointment.

As stated, I still have money on a gift card I am not sure what to do with. Without the sauna I guess a massage would be the only other service I would be potentially interested in.

First off, the place is beautiful and the people are very kind and friendly. The pedicure I received was the worst pedicure I've ever seen. I have received inexpensive pedicures that were much, much better. The person who did my pedicure filed down my toes to the point where they were bleeding, the sides were cut too far in and I fear for an ingrown toenail, and the polish situation was insane.

I was told that it would take 12 to 24 hours to dry my toes and that I should not wear covered shoes at all. Two days later I put on a pair of sandals and actually got a crease in my nail polish due to the still Not completely dried polish. I was really hesitant to give this negative of a review but I felt that was important to share what happened so that others would not have this occur to them.

My wife made an appointment online at another nail salon to have her nail color changed. We live in California and are in Salem for my sisters wedding and made an appointment for her about a week in advance. My wife showed up to the the appointment early and was immediately turned away because she had gel and they double booked the appointment time.

Instead of being helpful and coming up with a solution, they told her they did not have time and would not even help in recommending a new place for her. We drove around trying to find another place that would be able to take her and found Simply Blissed. They welcomed my wife with open arms and were extremely nice and accommodating even without an appointment. My wife couldn't be happier with Simply Blissed and will definitely be back if we find ourselves in Salem again!

I came here based on Yelp reviews + the fact that this spa used greener products on their clients. I had an appointment for a gel polish manicure with Malinda & was beyond satisfied with the service I received. She was amazing, she took her time, and even went out of her way to try something new to make my nails look even better! (Mermaid nails-- apparently it's the new trend right now!) I'll definitely be going back & I can't wait! If you're looking for a spa to go to, I definitely recommend Simply Blissed.
