Amanda M. is the best! Great consultations & conversations! Been going to her 8+ years after her fitting me in for a locks for love haircut. Love how she works through finding styles, colors etc for my hair that I love. She listens to your likes and dislikes, doesn't just do what she wants, but will tell you if you're wanting something which wouldn't work on your hair.

If you have curly hair ask for Sarah! I'm so cautious about getting my hair cut and always put it off because people tend to cut my curly hair wrong, she did exactly what I wanted and for the first time in a while I walked out of the salon feeling good and not like I just made a huge mistake. Everyone is really nice and down to earth. Will definitely be back! :

I've been to Bella twice for my hair color/cut after recently moving to Washington Co. and not having any idea on quality salons in the area. My husband and I recently moved to MD (within the last two years) and I was longing for someone who really "understood" what I wanted like my old stylist (who was also a good friend of mine). As a woman who was also 4 weeks postpartum, I was longing for someone to fix me up and make me feel human again.

Or at least a connection, or maybe both. I was looking forward to my hair appointment all week, looking at images and curating ideas for what I'd like my stylist to do with my hair. I was disappointed immediately after my stylist introduced herself and said nothing more until I sat down and she dressed me. I showed her images and she immediately had to consult with someone else.

I asked for her advice (what would look good on me?!) and she never offered. While she was working she was silent. I was longing for conversation so I told her I just had a baby. Still not much by way of conversation. She did her work, had someone else rinse me, and when I saw my hair I was horrified. I feigned that I was happy but really I just wanted to cry.

It wasn't at all what I was wanting. I left the salon feeling sad and not understood, having spent a lot of money on a hair job I was not happy with, feeling even worse than when I walked in. I got home and sobbed to my husband. I didn't expect my stylist to know exactly how I was feeling but a little more conversation would have gone a long way. I never had my phone out and wasn't distracted at all, we just sat in silence.

I felt like I was at the deli and my number was called. A little human connection would have gone a long way. My rating is for my stylist, as everyone else in the salon was nice. The gentleman who shampooed me was awesome! Front desk staff were very kind.

This salon is so welcoming and bright, I loved my time there! I got my eyebrows shaped and I'm very happy with them. I also had my haircut by Sarah and just did an incredible job! I will definitely be going back! Service: Haircut

Went to get my hair done for the first time in 3-4 years, was very nervous going to a place I've never been before, Amy did my highlights and trim. She did a fantastic job and was very nice. Highly recommend. And Just wanted to give a shout out to the front desk lady (Jo I believe her name was) the phone was ringing off the hook and with each answer she was so nice and pleasant, just as I sitting in the waiting room listening to her make appointments she did a awesome display of customer service.

I have been looking for quite awhile for an experienced stylist to give my hair the proper attention that it needs. Amy exceeded all my expectations for the final results of my hair. I showed her a picture and she went right work. She was polite, prompt, professional, and amazing. I will be going back and will definitely recommend her to anyone.

My daughter absolutely loves coming here and loves Stephanie. She always does a wonderful job on myself and my daughter. My only complaint would be the price. The last time we came she got a lot of hair cut off, with a full wash, blow dry and style for $26. We went in for a small trim of dead ends took about 5 mins and price was the same $26 and she's 9.
