To create a space and experience for my clients that is relaxing, nurturing and healing while addressing various needs. Your goal may be to destress, treat yourself, maintain a health regimen or for so many of you - alleviate & manage pain. My promise is to listen to your objective for the treatment and work with you to achieve the best outcome.
When you just need to stop and take care of yourself, this massage is perfect to take you away and leave you feeling like a new person with a new perspective. Specific issues can be addressed with deep tissue techniques such as areas of chronic tension, pain and injury. Or, for those of you who just prefer a stronger, deeper touch, this one's for you.
Whether this is your first time trying massage or just your first time trying me, I will answer any questions you may have and walk you through the process before you even get on the table. Please rest assured you will be in an environment that is private, safe and comfortable because my intent is for you to be in a frame of mind that allows your full trust and relaxation.

I suffer from a number of physical issues do to past injuries that I have found can be helped by massage therapy. The therapist I used previously moved away a number of years ago and as a result I let it go by the wayside. I recently decided to reincorporate massage into my wellness program and was very lucky to find Rachelle at NH Massage therapy. Rachelle helped me to feel comfortable right away(so important).

I've been a LMT for 20 years, and have a business in Plymouth, NH as well as working as a contractor at a number of establishments, and was needing a massage ASAP. Looking online and not knowing who you are going to can be a crap shoot sometimes. But I was ever so pleased with the 90 minute deep tissue massage I got from Rachelle today. Started off very relaxing, then she got into the areas that needed work, and she addressed the things I requested. Thanks for the great massage
