I had been floundering with a bad sprained ankle for weeks without much progress with healing. Then Jeffrey worked with me on both soft tissue and acupuncture. He clearly explained to me the important "whys" behind each of the techniques and therapies he was using, which helped me understand how important my role was in my own healing. 3 treatments into my therapy and my ankle has made significant progress. Highly recommend Jeffery and this therapy modality for sports injuries.
