Staff was very attentive to my needs and gave me a nice healthy cut and cute blow out :3 I had a level four stylist cut my hair. her name escapes me tho. I believe these stylists are a master of their craft and very sweet. I also recommend Julie for facials and waxing! She is very knowledgeable about skin and suggestions on vitamins and skincare at home: I have a hormone imbalance and she gave great advice for my acne and my skin is looking clearer and healing already! Looking forward to my future appointments

I came here for a facial; my girlfriend set it up from me because I had some skin damage and it felt amazing! Julie was great and I plan to even go get my hair cut there now seeing all the great reviews with them! Definitely a great place, ans great environment. Service: Skin treatments

Madii at 22 changes has been doing my hair for about 6 months now. She has made every single one of my hair goals come true! She took me from my box dyed hair to a beautiful red, then after a few months she got me to a beautiful mushroom brown. Wonderful service! I've never been disappointed when going to her! Do not go to this salon, I went there for a touch up on some money pieces and got my hair done by Gabriel, there staff completely damaged fryed and turned my hair yellow. I called the salon and the manager/ owner assured me they would fix the damage and Kelleigh offered to give me free blowouts / treatment for a year. Upon asking for that offer in writing and the salon stating they would provide me with that in writing, they later refused. stating "they did not have to" and would not.

I am now having to take legal action to get the damages corrected. Again do not go to this salon, they clearly do not know how to do hair, or anything about customer service and making something right. Just giving someone "products" is not enough when the customer came in for something very simple, and your staff completely damaged and fryed someone's hair off. Do better

I found this salon just down the street from me and it's honestly wonderful. Everyone is so nice! Cayla cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and Julie is an amazing with skin care. Disappointed. I had an appointment at 7pm and verified I would be there the day before my appointment. I come in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time to watch Cayla start frosting a client's hair. 12 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I'm informed Cayla was running late but should be done soon. I can see she wouldn't be not soon and I was asked if I would like to reschedule my appointment.

Why would you start on a client knowing you won't be finished by your next appointment scheduled? My time is valuable to me and I scheduled that particular time for a reason. Just plain poor business practice in my opinion. Very disappointed.

Stylist: Gabriel I recently had Gabriel do my hair, she was flexible with my complicated schedule and incredibly easy to communicate with. She helped me make decisions that would suit my hair and my lifestyle. I have never been more pleased with a haircut and the subtle color changed we decided on was exactly what I needed! Can't wait to work with her again!

I have had 1 bad experience with extensions before, but I wanted to give it another try. Cassidy went above and beyond my expectations and I am so amazed with my hair. The ladies at 22 changes are amazing and the vibes are immaculate. I highly recommend coming here for a new look, a fresh color, or any other service provided. Lauren also does my lashes and they are gorgeous.

I have gone to a few other lash artists, but she took her time and went out of her way to make them perfect. 22 Changes is simply a wonderful place and you will always walk out feeling beautiful and refreshed.

I've been seeing Cayla religiously every 6 weeks for a few years now, she's been a savior, brought my hair back to life after another salon completely destroyed it. She's kind, funny and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend her.

I saw Ryan 2 weeks ago for highlights and trim. She is very fresh out of school and inexperienced, unbeknownst to me at the time. I specifically asked for somebody with curly experience when I made the appointment. I asked for caramel-y honey toned highlights. Instead I got this atrocious white blonde highlights in the back and legit orange brassy highlights in the front around my face.

She severely over-processed the color (thus the white in the back) and thus severely damaging my hair health and curl structure. Also technique was severely lacking. She started the highlights 3/4" from my roots so it looks like I had almost 2 months of grow out from the get go. You can't even call the technique highlights - it legit looks like block all-over coloring because of how thick of pieces she took.

I called the next day because I was so upset. They offered to have me come back in to have Ryan fix the color and that it sounded like it needed a "toner correction". I told them under no circumstances would I allow Ryan to ever touch my hair ever again. I ended up going back in the following week and seeing Cayla. She took about an inch off (to help with the damage), hand painted some highlights on the top layer only, and finished with a toner.

She did a deep conditioner treatment as well as Olaplex treatment, and did the whole service at no cost (as should be expected from the salon). For about a week the color was decent. It's been about 2 1/2 weeks and the horrendous white is coming through meaning that the toner only lasted about a week and a half. I wash my half 2 times a week max so it's not a matter of over washing my hair.

I understand that she was working with another stylist's mistakes but she should have known that a non-permanent toner was not going to fix this. Also, the fact that Ryan had the audacity to charge me $180 is ludicrous. Avoid this salon at all costs.

I saw Ryan 2 weeks ago for a trim and highlights. I was very explicit when I made the appointment that I have very curly hair and I wanted someone with curly hair experience. I am fairly new to the area and 2 appointments ago at a different salon they put in too much blonde highlights. Last appointment I darkened it up but my hair has since lightened up to a really pretty caramel-y color that I wanted to re-create.

Not only did Ryan not match the color; she did SUPER SUPER blonde! There were sections of my hair in the back that were white because it was so over processed. The technique was a whole other mess. You can't even call what she did 'highlights'. The color started almost a whole inch from my roots, and the color was so thick it looked like all-over color, not highlights.

She left the color on way, way too long which completely destroyed and fried my hair. Literally. I could feel the fried ends the next day. I was able to go back in the next week to have the color corrected by Cayla and get about an inch trimmed but it's going to take months of deep conditioning and trimming to get my hair healthy again and my curl pattern back to its original state again. Zero stars to the original appointment but four stars for the follow up with Cayla.

She did the service no charge and spent several hours of her time on it. Pictures are from first highlights by Ryan showing 1 gap from roots and over-processed color, and next color correction by Cayla and you can see the curl pattern is destroyed by how frizzy and ill-defined my curls are. For reference I've included a picture of how my curls look when they've healthy. Update: A week after seeing Cayla, the color correction she did was completely faded.

I should have known better since it was primarily a toner and toners aren't permanent but for f*ck's sake it should have lasted longer than a week. Seriously. I emailed the salon several times, contacted them directly on Instagram a couple times, tried calling the salon to talk to the owner Darren only to be told he doesn't come into the salon unless it is for something pre-scheduled.

At this point I have given up on getting back any portion of my $200+ (who has the audacity to charge this much for this type of service and results?) and just taking it as a lesson learned. I am so embarrassed to go out in public right now with the health of my health and the color of my hair. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's a brassy orange frizzy mess that I have to live with for another month until my next appointment at a better salon.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value I got my hair done by Cayla and she's supposed to be a level 2. If they try to recommend her to you just don't do it. Go somewhere else. I paid $260 for my hair to be messed up. And she didn't even do my hair how I wanted it, instead she did it how she wanted. I hope they fire her. Came in today for a trim. It was my first time in a hair salon post-COVID and my hair was in desperate need of some TLC (my split ends had split ends. no joke). Whitney did an AMAZING job. I knew I'd have to chop off more than I wanted due to the level of damage, but she really listened to my concerns, we agreed on 2 inches off, and somehow she eliminated my breakage and split ends without compromising length.

It doesn't even look 1 inch shorter, this lady is a magical hair witch. My hair looks SO MUCH healthier without looking shorter. On top of being a skilled hair stylist, Whitney is a wonderful person and incredible communicator. I really enjoyed the time I spent at the salon. THANK YOU WHITNEY. At the end of the day, I paid less than $100 for a trim, deep conditioning treatment, some new product, and a 20% tip for the lovely hair witch. 10/10 I would recommend this place and Whitney's hair magic to anyone and everyone.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I will never ever go back here I went to get layers and bangs and the girl she was nice but absolutely did not know what she was doing at all! I had thick hair before coming in so instead of layers that I wanted she thinned my hair and gave me bangs that looked like I did them in my bathroom she definitely needs more experience before working at what is supposed to be a high end salon.

I also asked before coming in that I wanted someone who was experienced with doing curtain bangs and that is not what I got at all!.my hair now looks horrible, but luckly it will grow out.

Julie is amazing! I have been struggling with my skin care routine and she knew exactly what I needed! She is so knowledgeable, talented and you can tell she is very passionate about skin care & helping her guests to feel and look beautiful in their skin! She was extremely thorough every step and there was never a sales pitch and always keeps your budget in mind. Very good experience here for highlights and cut. Thorough review with stylist as to expectations led to review of prices of different services. Really professional, experienced, and caring stylists. Will return.

I have been to a professional salon a total of.0 times for a professional cut and color. I spoke briefly with Kelleigh over social media (after seeing her work on my family Members) and I loved her demeanor and positive attitude. I booked ASAP. I came in with quite the mess. I told her I "just wanted to love my hair again". She didn't disappoint!

The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish, I had delightful conversation with multiple staff members and everyone hyped me up. For a first timer, I felt like family from beginning to end. Needless to say, I already booked my next appointment and can't wait to return!

I had my very first salon experience here with the lovely Whitney and it was absolutely amazing! She was so very nice and fun and just made the experience so much better for me and gave me some products to try. I am absolutely in love with my hair and I will never go anywhere else! I was scheduled for a cut and style and left the salon with a wet head, not styled and she charged me 60.00. She did offer to put me under the dryer? really? The stylist had no interest in any ideas that I had. She just told me that I needed a trim I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I will absolutely never return to the salon. I sent a personal email before I wrote this review and I have not heard back as of this writing. DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon UPDATE 06/07/21 I attempted to contact the salon/ owner per reply to this review. I have left a voicemail, a message with the receptionist and I have emailed the Salon twice! NOTHING. No reply. No call. No refund as the owner stated.

I absolutely love this salon and everyone that works there! I've been seen by Julie who does my facials and she's totally transformed my skin from dry and sun damaged to healthy and radiant. I have a future appointment with Kelleigh for my wedding hair styling, and Whitney for my wedding makeup. All 3 girls are outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Honestly I struggled with even writing this review, but I felt it necessary after about a month of this eating at my heart.i came in to the salon and saw Lila, the first time I came in was a totally different person then when I had to come back in and have my super warm retouch foil toned down. after discussing and I told her I did not like the warmth she did another root smudge, thus leaving a hard line still. Therfore making it where I paid $200 to come in and leave with exactly what I started with. I've included pictures from before the service and after the service. No difference. Besides a little money piece in the front.

I have had my hair done a few times now here by Lila. Such a wonderful experience and the outcome fabulous. Lila listens to what you want, and then voil. I had my roots done and a cut this time. Love it. This place is a definite 10. They offer a lot of other services as well. If you're looking for a new Doo -give them a call

So happy I decided to get my haircut today. I called the salon this morning and they were able to squeeze me in. Love the cut! Super friendly and talented staff. Will be back for sure!

Made an appointment to have my eyebrows waxed and shaped. They sat me at a hair washing station chair which I found strange. Needless to say my neck was sore after the appointment. I explained exactly how I wanted my eyebrows and she somehow managed to do the complete opposite. Unfortunately she didn't hand me a mirror to see if I liked them when she was done, she just quickly ushered me out to the cashier, so I didn't even get to see the end results until I got to my car. I had to drive to Ulta to get a precision razor in a desperate attempt to fix the damage. Next time I'll go to an actual eyebrow salon.

This is literally my favorite salon. I came in to get my bangs cut for the first time and the lady made it not scary at all. She even curled my hair at the end and not many salons do that without extra payment!

Life changing place! As a naturally curly haired individual, I have always been deathly afraid of hair cuts. until Whitney! Sweet Whitney! At the time of my dreaded yearly haircut (baby steps), she compromised with trim lengths in exchange for a curl hydration regiment. I cannot say enough good things. My hair is growing at lightening speed and is soft like butta. I receive so many great compliments.

Decided to cut my hair one day and called them up. They were able to get me in the next day which was great. MY hair stylist was wendy and she was amazing! She took her time to really understand what kind of cut I wanted. She was so nice and made the whole thing fun and enjoyable. I would recommend Wendy to everyone!

Came in today for a haircut and Cassidy was very hospitable and paid attention to detail when cutting my hair. very friendly place and they even gave me a few coupons as well. Will be back for sure!

I have been coming to this salon for years and have never been disappointed! The stylists are amazing. I had the pleasure of having Cassidy do my hair today, and it was everything I have ever wanted and more! It's like she could read my mind; she knew exactly what I wanted my hair to look like. Let me start by saying: Kelleigh you are such a Beautiful Soul, I find it so amazing that despite everything everyone told you, you went for your passion and became such a Boss Mama! You are writing your own Story and owning it Your work and kindness shows the love and passion you have for this. What we did on my hair today was caramel highlights and lowlights and you Listened to all my wants and needs, that is such a huge Plus!

I also wanted to do bangs for so long but was always advised not to or was too scared to even try, I could cry tears of how amazing you did them you achieved the perfect shaggy look I wanted FOREVER now! The atmosphere at 22 Changes was so relaxed and felt like Home, with magazines on table, coffee and people around wanting to engage in genuine conversations.

Because of all the positive I have experienced today there is a 100% chance I'll be coming back again and again. Thank you Kelleigh for your Lovely work on my hair, for making it exactly what I pictured.

I met Kelleigh Strange when she was still at the Aveda Institute, and she did such a great job cutting and coloring my hair that I followed her to 22 Changes. She's a great stylist, and pays attention to her clients - she has a great memory for details. I highly recommend her!
