Amazing spa with excellent amenities. staff is a little weird, but my facial and massage was amazing. lunch here was mediocre though.

Maria --deep tissue massage is the best I've had in over 10 years! Neela/Nila for facial was wonderful as well. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Will book again during our next visit for sure! Very small space but Maria's skills are 10 out of 10. Definitely request Maria and Neela!

Maria read my massage intake form and prepared accordingly which resulted in a wonderful experience. I'm 57 and I have Parkinson's. After 60 minutes I felt transformed. Maria you are a G.O.A.T! Greatest of all Time. Thank you.

Serene from the moment you are in their premises. The dark muted colors was relaxing along with aroma. I felt like a queen .

Rocky Mountain Day Spa did a wonderful job with both hair and makeup for my wedding! They were professional, prepared and very accommodating! I would highly recommend for any other bride and bridal parties in Steamboat!

What a terrible experience with this spa. Over two days ago I submitted a booking request on their website for two separate services and it said they would contact me in 24 hrs. That time frame went by with zero communication and so this morning I called to book a specific date to be told I wouldn't be able to do the services I wanted. The guy said in the last day they had a booking of a group of 10 or so for that same day I needed so if they would have called me in the timeframe which they said on their website I probably could have gotten in for the service I wanted on the day I wanted.

To make it worse when I called they had zero information that I had submitted a booking request online and felt like the guy I spoke with didn't believe me. Which means they have a problem with their website. All he could do was say sorry and offer a different day. Well.that doesn't work because I will have my kids and only had one day during our trip that could have worked where they were skiing. Skip this spa.terrible customer service before even being able to go. The only way this would be rectified is if the spa calls me to tell me the services I wanted originally could be booked on the day I needed.

Front desk staff was kind & professional, facility was clean & had a beautiful aesthetic. My Dad loved his massage. Unfortunately the gal that did mine was quite odd & made some inappropriate comments, it was rather unprofessional. It was the most untraditional massage I've had, I didn't enjoy it.

We were there for our birthdays. As owners of a spa in Fort Collins, from the minute we walked in the staff and the owner were attentive and kind. Our service providers were very professional and thorough. It truly was one of the best experiences we've had at a day spa.

This has been the best massage I've ever had. This time I had a REAL massage. I've been to massage places before and I always end up being sore and just in pain afterwards. My masseuse was amazing. She really worked out my tense muscles and instead of feeling sore, I felt fantastic afterwards! My body was nice and loose and it wasn't as tense anymore. I would highly recommend if you want the real deal and to feel better after! Also, the place was super clean and beautiful.

Had one of the best Pedicures ever here. Usually a little painful for me but was very gentle and did not hurt. Also, has shop which as tons of beauty products. You can see in my pictures.
