Rachel did an amazing job with my color -listening and executing exactly what I was looking for! My cut was phenomenal as well and I left happy (not just satisfied which is usually the case) with the outcome. Will definitely be booking my next appointment with her soon!

It's was wonderful with a very relaxing atmosphere. We were from Texas so I was not familiar with not being able to add gratuity to our card. It would have been nice if the option to add the gratuity was verbalized since I did not have cash. We still enjoyed it

I have generally really loved my visits here over the years. I have always been able to find a stylist who is professional and creative. when my stylist left a few years ago I naturally found another one at the salon. My first cut was really nice and I was excited that I had found another artist that I could trust for many years to come. However, my last appointment I felt everything was just not comfortable.

From the nice girl who washed my hair, but who didn't make me feel relaxed, to my newly loved stylist who burned my scalp while blowing out my hair (that's never happened to me ever) he apologized. Then he flat ironed my hair and told me it was to check his cut(?). I don't wear my hair straight and why he did that I will never know. It got me thinking that before a stylist used to see you before your hair was washed so we could consult on what I was looking for.

Even the robes (smocks) are not made for someone who isn't naturally thin. I spent $150 only on a cut/blowout that I restyled when I got home. I'm a person who always respects the creative process and I generally give over to the stylist methods but the overall experience disappointed me. The environment has changed not sure if I will return

Mark was absolutely the best hairdresser I have ever had! I called last minute and did not know who was doing my color or cut, and he did both! I had no idea what I wanted my cut to be and it is great! I will certainly go back to him!

Mark has been cutting and coloring my hair for 2 years. His ability to truly listen to needs and then have the talent to execute, is notches above any hairstylist I have tried in the area. He's always on schedule, knowledgeable, and has an innate eye for color and style. I consistently receive compliments on my cut and color, all with credit to him. This combined with his calm, easy going demeanor makes him a stylist I would recommended many times over.

Love my appointments with Rachel! Color can be tricky-over time it can get too red or too blond-but she gets my color and highlights perfectly. She gives me a great cut and blow out too. Lanphier is a beautiful, spacious salon. I appreciate all the parking in the back!

I went in looking for a new approach to cut and color, and I was extremely happy when I left. Vanessa did an amazing job of suggesting and explaining what works and what might not, and then successfully carried it out! I feel good, look good, and I am very satisfied!

Always exceptional service from technicians and staff. Saw Mark for highlights to help blend gray. Great lift+no damage=beautiful results. Amazing blow out from Dafina. You can't go wrong with this well run salon.

I followed Vanessa here and I'm so glad I did! I get all the benefits of working with an excellent stylist and colorist in a really beautiful atmosphere! Highly recommended.

If you're looking for a luxury salon with utmost professionalism and the most talented & welcoming hair stylists ever, Lanphier is THE place to be! My favorite there is Vanessa - she has been my colorist and hair stylist for as long as I can remember. She is so professional, talented, sweet, and never fails to do an amazing job! I always leave an appointment with her feeling so confident. I would recommend Vanessa and Lanphier to anyone - I trust no one else with my hair! :

5 star services, but 1 star communication. Great, quality services but be careful with the add-ons and pricing. I was charged $15 extra for a deep tissue massage when I selected that I just wanted firm pressure (they later had to update the digital survey selection process and clearly call out the additional price because people finally realized what they are doing).

To top it off, I was checking out today and was charged separately for my services, instead of for the package I reserved. That's an additional $40, or rather $60 more than what they quoted me over the phone. A bit frustrating but they clearly are not used to people looking into their pricing.

Rachel has done my glaze a few times and has always done an amazing job. I wanted to be a richer brunette for the fall/winter. She picked the perfect glaze for me that it wasn't too dark but added great depth to my natural color. She's amazing!

Lanphier overall is a beautiful salon with talented people but my favorite person to see is Vanessa. Vanessa has been my stylist for so long and I'm always so excited for her to do my hair. She never disappoints and she makes me feel beautiful after every appointment. She is so talented and I only let her touch my hair. I'm always confident in her and she is just an amazing person overall

Enjoyed relaxing hot stone massage. Hallie was amazing. I fell asleep during the message! The showers are clean and well stocked. The place is immaculate. Everyone is super nice.

Very disappointed that my gift certificate was not accepted. Admittedly it was purchased years ago, however, with the pandemic, it should be understandable that there would be a delay in using it. They had just stopped accepting older gift cards a week before I came and they gave me a hard "no". If they were focused on customer service I would have thought they could have just acknowledged there was over $100 paid and perhaps at least given me 50% credit or even a discount off a future massage/service. They should not be risking their reputation for $50/$60. It's too bad because I will never go back.

Jurga runs a wonderful salon/spa and she gives the best haircut I've ever had. Mark is my colorist and honestly, he better not ever retire. The whole crew is professional, courteous and welcoming. If your looking for a full service salon/spa, Lanphier is the best!

I came here to do my hair for my senior prom, and I LOVED it! Everyone is so sweet and so obviously talented, and were willing to answer any questions I have about my hair needs! I felt absolutely pampered and would 100% come back.

I am really disappointed with the ownership and experience at Lanphier. I made the honest mistake of throwing away a significant gift card from my friend, and management has refused to do anything about it, although the transaction was easily found in their accounting system. Management was rude and non-responsive. Lanphier will keep the money from my friend, while never performing a service. It is not an honest way to do business, and I am really disheartened by the experience.

New ownership! Hallelujah! Was always a gorgeous facility with many talented employees, and now management is much improved! Its a win-win!

Went for massages today and it was alright, was kind of expecting a lot more. The place is stunning and very professional, covid prevention procedures are put in place which is great. The massage was okay, it wasn't ground breaking like I was expecting it. I didn't get to choose the oil I wanted, and was also given the wrong add on treatment (I didn't know if I had made the mistake or not, so I didn't say anything) The massage was good, but not ground breaking for me anyways. Husband had a totally different experience, he loved it, It's unfortunate that I didn't share the same enthusiasm.

I finally found a place that provides good service and quality color/cuts. Chrissy is amazing for color and Ilya is my go to for hair cuts/styling. I've actually followed Ilya from one salon to Lanphier. Although it's on the pricey side, I think it's definitely worth it. They pay attention to details and are customer/service oriented. Overall, it's a pretty pleasant experience but the best part is I always leave very satisfied.

The product knowledge here is great. Always helpful on ingredients and substitutions for all kinds of skin. Lizzy is amazing for facials for teens (as well as adults)

The best spa and salon in Fairfield county! Kyle did an amazing job on my moms blowout and she was so happy with the treatment.

Fantastic massage and facial with Gracie and Daja. However the front desk staff are unwelcoming and not helpful. Their lounge is too small so I wouldn't recommend planning to relax between treatments.

Murial did an good job with my bayalage but my haircut is really bad. I made the appt last minute and my mom treated me to this appt. I am from out of state and was expecting an amazingly professional service for the price and area. I didn't feel very welcomed when I came in. I had to say hi before they did and it was like I was breaking up their conversation.

I had a long lob so my hair was longer in the front. I just wanted it cleaned up and just a straight cut through. Samantha cut several inches off the front of my hair and now it's short in the front long in the back and will take a year to grow back out to where it was. Literally said I didn't want any length removed just a clean up. I'm really sad.

My mom loves this place and I think my experience was great but the haircut can make or break it and this broke it. My hair is very important to me. Next time I'll take the train to nyc

Ilya is amazing. He did exactly what I asked, and my hair looks great. I will definitely return. The salon is clean and quiet, and the staff are efficient and friendly. I recommend highly.

Love Lanphier! Great stylists, always happy with my haircut and color. But what makes them really exceptional is that I am always able to add services last minute, such as brows, massage, etc. They coordinate it and make my services seamless. Super happy to have found them.

Kyle is amazing! I've been to him about 5 times now over the past couple of years and he never disappoints. I used to struggle with my thick, semi-wavy/ hair and he continues to give me haircuts that help me to maintain my low maintenance lifestyle. He really listens and works with you to create a cut and style that works. I recently recommended him to my friend who has extremely curly hair and a true fear of haircuts and she is still beaming over her cut a month later! Truly worth every penny!

One of my favorite Spas in Connecticut! As soon as you walk in you're showered with luxury and instantly step into an uplifting trance. The services I got done were highlights for my hair, nails and face wax and I can't wait to try their popular facials too! P.S they also offer reflexology massages! *bonus points*

I had a wonderful facial from Jackie. I would have given five stars but the owners need to have motorized tables so people who can't stand can transfer onto the table easily. The staff was very accommodating and helpful in getting me on the table but it would have been a much better experience for everyone if the table were able to be lowered to wheelchair height. Jackie mentioned that some of the massage rooms have these tables but not the skin care rooms.

Along with the facial Jackie gave a relaxing massage. I was completely de-stressed by the time I left. The spa has ample parking and automatic door openers. The waiting area is bright and airy. If you are getting a spa treatment there is a private waiting room you may want to ask to wait in while you are waiting for your appointment. That room is more meditative.

I'm giving this salon a five star review based on one person. Kate. I have been going to Kate for just over a year and she's spectacular. I have very long thick hair that's difficult for most stylists to manage, let alone actually give me what I want. I came to Kate with dark brown/burgundy hair that needed a a complete over haul. I had received a bad cut in another state and wanted to change the color to look like Jlo with the highlights and lowlights. Kate took her time with me and explained the process to achieve what I was looking for.

She corrected the awful haircut and gave me something perfect for my type of hair. She excelled with the color in every way being cautious not to damage my hair. Kate is a truly amazing artist and I would not trust my hair to anyone else. If you want great results, Kate will make it happen.

Just had a wonderful massage from Kelsey Lear therapist at Lanphier day spa she was attentive to problem areas in neck, knee replacement and past shoulder issues. I left feeling relaxed and very comforted. Fabulous massage Thank You Kelsey!

I have had my haircut by Stephanie for several years now. She is the best! I come from a family of hairdressers and am very picky She always gives me a great cut. So glad shes back from maternity leave. Congrats on the birth of her beautiful baby boy

One word. FRANCISCO! They took me last minute because he had a cancelation, and it was so worth it. The best massage I've ever had in my life and I've been to top spas all over the world, four seasons, breakers etc. I have never had anymore pay more attention to my body than this, I found myself not being able to catch my breath because it felt so good! I had a cold and asked for a lymphatic massage and I woke up the next day feeling 100%. I've already booked for next month. so excited I found him!

LOVE this spa! I went to see Morgan for the longest time for facials. Sadly she's not there anymore. I also have seen Michelle for massages several times. She's incredible. Now I have my father going to her as well. Great atmosphere and lovely staff.
