I always love my time at Graeber & Company. My facials from Gabby are so special to me. Gabby is incredibly talented and knowledgeable about skin and products. My hair team is Odell on cut and Deb on color. I love the job they do on my hair from day 1 until I visit them again. The atmosphere at Graeber & Company is very professional from the front desk to the smiles from all the stylists as you pass by.

I'm moving to Boise and after a ton of looking/ reading reviews I went with Graeber and Co and absolutely happy I did. From the second you enter, you're treated as first class. My stylist listened to my wishes, gave great recommendations, and executed it flawlessly. I was so happy with my experience I booked my next appointment before leaving. Prices are reasonable, everything is clean and relaxing, and your cut will come sweet extra perks too. Absolutely recommend Kaitlyn as a stylist!

Updated 5/5/22: If you know what you want and are looking for more unique styles, opt for a more senior stylist. I would also highly recommend calling to ask about your hair type and who might be a good fit for you. I do love coming to this gorgeous salon, and Laura is incredibly professional and passionate about what she does. So happy to have found a stylist who is passionate and avant-garde in their cuts. Laura rivals some of the most cutting edge stylists I've seen in big cities. Also, the Aveda Tea they serve is heavenly! Thanks, G&C for going above and beyond.

I highly recommend Graeber & Company. My brother recommended this place to me and I'm so happy I took his advice. Danny cut my hair and I was very impressed by his skills. I was a bit nervous to get layers, since last time I went to a salon the stylist cut them to short after I told them I wanted to still be able to put my hair in a ponytail and a bun. Danny did an amazing job layering my hair.

I was able to still put my hair in a ponytail and a bun. He walked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable the entire time I was there. Dannys assistant Alex was very nice and fun to talk to. Everyone at G&C was very professional and nice. I will definitely be coming back for my next hair cut.

I was thrilled to get a last-minute appointment for a haircut. My hair was in awful shape. It hadn't been cut for 9 months. Tia greeted me and took time to listen to what I wanted and ask lots of questions. I have been to countless salons and the stylist ALWAYS cuts my hair shorter or in a completely different shape than I asked for. Tia gave me exactly what I asked for!

She didn't believe me when I told her she wouldn't be able to style my hair curly (even though that's how I wear it every day). She refused to let me leave with wet, unsettled hair (which was very sweet). My hair is a bit wild immediately after a haircut and it looked bad. I got home, took a shower (I always have to after a salon) and I styled it with some product and a diffuser. Tia, it looks beautiful. You did a wonderful job! It's curly, has a perfect shape and there's no frizz in sight. I will come to you again and I won't wait 9 months next time.

I had an amazing haircut from Danny a couple of days ago.and the entire experience was wonderful! My hair looks great, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I met with Sahara for a extension consult and had a lot of questions about the process, the cost, which one was best, ect. She was kind and patient and walked me through the entire thing. She was able to match the strawberry blond on the first shot and it blended amazing in my natural hair. I am so happy with the results and rebooked with her right away because I have every confidence in her. I am a forever client!

Today was the second time Alex has cut/groomed my hair and beard. And today was the second time I've received compliments of; "best cut you've had, " "symmetrically perfect, " and "movie set quality." A completely different cut this time, but the compliments were just as good, if not better. It's also important to add that Alex is a pleasure to talk to.

He is relatable, candid, and just plain fun to be around. In my experience; Alex doesn't give you a "haircut, " he gives you an experience that is properly articulated when your friends say "damn you look good."

Sahara - thank you! Today is day 2 post color & haircut, and it's looking great. You nailed the color and I appreciate you offering (on a Friday night!) that if it wasn't exactly what I wanted to do a toner cleanse and try again. Luckily, it was perfect! I went with Tia. She massaged my scalp while shampooing and WOW. What a nice surprise. Tia was very detailed in cutting and styling my hair and I miss that kind of attention. I get my hair cut by Grizz and he always be getting me right never left. His fades be rockin like some stones. Olivia is cool too.

Always love visiting Graeber in downtown Boise for all my spa and salon needs. Today I saw Brizz and he took great care of my beard and my hair. It was my first hot shave and his skills are amazing and now I am super fresh for my birthday. Then I saw Joy in the Spa and I had a back wax for the first time and my eyebrows done. It was absolutely an amazing experience!

What I love so much is I usually see Gabby for my eyebrows and seeing Joy today shows that there is no gap in the service or the quality. I love that, I've heard about their academy and they must have a high level of training to be so consistent between service providers. Lastly the front desk was awesome, Jessica welcomed me in and asked me about a trip I went on, I was blown away she remembered.

Definitely Graeber and their staff have genuine care and concern for their clients and that not only says this is a high end spot, it's says to me they take the time to stop and pay attention and make me feel special, thank you for the experience Graeber, you know I will be back!

I had a tremendous time with Alex and Danny, both of which were genuine and sincere and kind. Alex gives the best scalp massage and is so much fun to talk to and Danny is just flat out awesome. I love how they listen to the whole person about hair needs-- and develop a cut and style that fits personality as well as aesthetic. Danny is a genius and a craftsman.

A true artist. But also a wonderful conversationalist and a beautiful being. I also appreciate that there wasn't any pressure to buy more product or more services or guilt for not doing so. That is always so awkward. In fact, not pushing it makes me more likely to buy. All in all, from the minute I walked in until I left with shiny, fresh, stylish hair, it was an awesome experience!

Megan was great! I've been living in NY for the past 5+ years and have had a hard time finding quality service at an affordable price when it comes to my hair. My experience at Graeber & Co. with Megan exceeded all expectations. I had her brighten my highlights and specifically wanted the warm tones lifted out. She understood and gave me exactly what I was asking for. I would definitely recommend her and hope to have her touch up my roots next time I'm in town!

I went here for my first hair cut in two years specifically because of the good reviews and the fact that they're taking covid seriously. I was so happy to find a salon that requires masks for both staff and customers, and everyone was wearing them properly, too! Julie gave me a great haircut and was very nice. Found this gem on Yelp and we were so happy we did. Thanks Yelp reviewers! We called early afternoon and were able to get appts for 2 of us on the same day! We were lucky to get in and thrilled with the service, upbeat atmosphere, and welcoming crew! Stylist's listened to what we were looking for with updated haircuts and styles! The Aveda products she used left my hair feeling wonderful! So happy we've already scheduled future appointment's.

Update in response to owners comments: Shelby, I am truly sorry you have chosen to respond publicly by defending your business while making me look like I am lying, simply because I left a negative review. It's not a good look. It would seem to me that if you were customer focused, you would have picked up the phone and contacted me directly.

Your response and lack of contact with me speaks volumes about your definition of customer service. To set the record straight, First, I did not tell the 2nd stylist I was happy with the color, however, had you reached out to me directly, I could have personally provided my perspective; but you didn't ask and you weren't there. Second, to this day I have not received a call from anyone, but I have received automated messages so I know you have the correct number.

To say someone reached out and left me a message is completely false. I was fully expecting to get a call but there was none--no missed call and no voicemail. Again, had you simply reached out to me, none of this would have been necessary.

I just had hair extensions put in by Olivia and all I can say is wow! I am elated! She provided superb service. Olivia listened to me, answered all my questions, allayed all of my fears and I walked out of the salon today looking and feeling fantastic. If you are even considering hair extensions, give Olivia a call, she is a master of her craft!

Julie is absolutely the BEST! She listens and offers input and really takes pride in ensuring the outcome is what you desire. I have highlighted my hair for years and can honestly say that her style of weaving/coloring is the best I've experienced. Even when it's time for a highlight, my roots still blend as she is mindful of maintaining the natural look I asked for.

She trims and cares for my fine hair exactly as I ask. She is a MOST skillful and talented cosmetologist. And, she's adorable, kind hearted and super fun to visit with! You will love her!

Olivia took care of me from start to finish. I got one of the best cuts I've ever had. It's hard to convey your thoughts about what you want, but Olivia got it and her vision exceeded my expectations!

I'm usually avoiding mirrors but today I was happy to take a moment to admire my beautiful highlights! It's all thanks to Kerrilynn who worked some magic! This lady knows her stuff!

I had an idea what I wanted and she made it happen! Kinda like when you attempt a Pinterest project but it actually looks exactly like the picture! Everyone at the salon was great but my stylist was extra awesome! She ran out to put money in the parking meter for me! I honestly wish I had met Kerrilynn years ago! 100% recommend! I can't wait to come back!

If you're looking for a place to feel pampered, beautiful and safe, then this is the place for you! Literally the BEST COVID practices! And months later they've stayed consistent in providing an environment you don't have to worry about. Also, their stylists don't rush but rather take time to truly listen. During the Fall I decided to mix up my traditional look. Megan (my stylist) literally sat down to consult and guide me.

I am happy she did as had I gone with the picture I showed her, I would've been miserable. But with her recommendations, I got a lovely rich new color and a fun short Bob. This company cares about their clients and community.

So I never had a hot stone massage before I met Jaicey.and now I am NEVER going back to a massage without them. Jaicey is 100%, hands down, the best masseuse I have ever had. I love that she checks in with my state of mind before and after the massage. She ALWAYS gets all the spots. If you need a massage I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Jaicey. Also, you gotta do the hot stones! You will leave feeling like butter! They are taking amazing precautions for COVID as well.

I've been camping and roadtripping for months and needed a solid cut and I was looking for something fresh! Andy made my every rocket shag dream come true! Really like the salon, staff is friendly and it was nice and clean. I'll be back!
