This is a quiet peaceful day spa that was inviting as well as welcoming. The staff were very professional and friendly. I took my two older daughters here for a girls day and the treatments were relaxing and the estiticians were very knowledgeable of the products used will definitely return Thank you Blue Water day Spa :

This business has the worst customer service and rudest management I've ever encountered. First, they move my appointment to an earlier time because they made a booking error. I told them I was coming from a winery and will not be able to make that time and wanted the time that I booked. They said it's no longer available, so I had to rush to leave the winery early but still ended up 30 mins late to the appointment. Second, they charged me for the whole 1.5 hour massage but I only got 1 hour because I was late for the appointment they wrongly booked. Next, I email management about my disappointment in their customer service and how they treated me.

I explain that I'm not looking for compensation I just want to give feedback. Kimberley(manager/owner) straight up harassed me via email and said "we are not threatened by you and we don't bargain, we have standards" bla bla bla the email is lengthy and shockingly stupid. I can't believe they treat their customers like this. I'm not the only one the management fought. There are some pretty bad reviews out there. I should have listened to all the bad reviews. Will never come back.

Blue water day spa was the perfect place for my day of getting pampered. I started with the full body exfoliation, and shea butter wrap, it left my skin feeling so smooth, my massage after was divine, it was so relaxing and my therapist found all my tight spots. Left me feeling smooth and less tight. I ended my day with a facial. My frist ever and I loved it. The ladies were very knowledgeable on products, and recommended products best for my lifestyle.

The ladies were very professional and very nice. The place had a very clean and very calming vibe. I had a facial and actually fell asleep during the procedure. It was a lovely experience. This was my first time but I would probably go again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at your spa! We got a much-needed massage and left completely happy. The new place is beautiful! We were previously patrons at the last facility and love that one just as well but you guys did a great job creating a peaceful beautiful environment. We will be back for sure! We've been a patron for many years now but yesterday was the worst service we ever had. My sweetheart masseuse told him that she will be back in one minute and 10-15 minutes later her coworkers couldn't find her. The receptionist apologized to us and told us that the owner will call us but no phone call either. Definitely not happy about everything and definitely owe us a 90 minutes messages and an apology!

My husband and I were in town for a long weekend and decided at the last minute to visit a spa. With so many choices in the area, I made a decision based on the reviews. I am very happy I picked Napa Massage and Skin Care! Stella & Addine were amazing! While checking out, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner. Everyone was friendly and professional! We will definitely be returning next time we are in town!
