Great spa! For the price of one treatment at a fancy resort spa, you can get two treatments here. There aren't any facilities like a sauna or jacuzzi, so it's all business here but definitely relaxing and well worth it. Also, they give you a hot towel to wipe off the oils from the massage if you'd like. We got there early and just hung out in the lobby but the services were on time. Andrew gave me a fabulous massage and Susie did my facial. I will be back for sure!

I recently enjoyed the well being packaged at Greenhaus! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Lynn who was friendly and upbeat. I started with my massage with Idalia who was simply amazing! After my massage I had a facial with Eren who was just as amazing and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back. I recommend booking early if you need a specific date but, they really do their best to work with you. I highly recommend this spa! Thanks again to Lynn, Idalia and Eren for making my spa experience a grand one! (Ask for Idalia & Eren you will not be disappointed)

Greenhaus is the ONLY spa I'll go to! Not only is it beautiful and clean, but every technician there does a fantastic job. I had a spectacular pedicure from Jessica, who didn't blink an eye at my horrendous feet - they look great now, and it was SO relaxing. I also had a bikini wax from Jenny - she was so good at her job, with a sweet personality, that it was one of the few times I didn't get teary-eyed during a wax (I have a low pain threshold). And Lynne at the front desk? I just love how 'taken care of' I feel the moment I walk through the door, so efficient and warm. LOVE Greenhaus! xoxo

OMG Jenny is amazing! This was my first facial ever so I wasn't sure what to expect. When we entered the room, she walked me through what the facial process will be, going over the products she uses and the steps she goes through. The facial itself was absolutely amazing! I lived in Hawaii for some time and the music, ocean background noises, and warm air gently blowing on my face reminded me of being back on the island! Jenny was so extremely gentle, and let me know of the steps before doing them (ie, told me when a product would tingle, when a light was being used, when the extraction process was happening, etc etc).

She even sent me home with samples of the products she used for me to try before I buy the entire bottles! Seriously a 10/10 experience and I will continue going to her for as long as I live in Napa. I'm going to recommend all of my friends to her too!

I have been to many spas in the US and this really didn't meet my expectations. There was no shower/dressing room to clean up and redress in.most spas I have gone to have a place change, fix your hair and reapply make up. I had to do this in a bathroom! I was not offered a robe between services.had to get back in my street clothes from my massage before I went for my pedicure.was given 1 wet towel to wipe the massage oil off. Awkward! Also, my friend was offered wine during her pedicure.and I wasn't even given the option or told what the choices were! Finally the walls are paper thin and I could hear my friend talking to her masseuse in the next room.

This is probably my 4th to 5th time at this Spa. Friendly staff the place is cute and small a very boutique vibe. I just wish there's showers for customers to use after a massage. They have some cute refreshments in the waiting area. Overall I'd come back again.

I went to Greenhaus back in August due to severe and inflamed acne. At the time I was so self conscious and concerned with the appearance of the acne that I just needed it to be treated professionally, even if it just calmed down my skin's appearance. I was able to get a same day appointment for 30 minutes and my esthetician definitely helped to calm my skin.

She did however express concern that there wasn't much else she could do and that I would need to see a dermatologist. She was the first esthetician in Napa to do this and I GREATLY appreciated it! I booked an appointment with a local dermatologist and now I'm on my second month of Accutane, I would have never reached out to a doctor for my acne if hadn't been for Greenhaus staff.

It shows how honest and caring they are about each person who walks through their door. Thank you to my esthetician that day, I couldn't find her name, but I will respond to this if I do! Absolutely recommend Greenhaus even for those without acne.

This place was excellent! I highly recommend it. They treat you like royalty. It was the best massage that I have ever had. Kelsey is an excellent masseuse. The staff as a whole was great. The receptionist and nail tech were very kind and friendly.

First time getting a massage ever & I would definitely make this a monthly thing. My husband & I received a gift certificate for a couples massage & we decided we should try it out! I remember walking in & being a little nervous not knowing what to expect & when I was walking out I felt so calm & relaxed. The receptionist was super nice & very inviting. I had Kelsey as my masseuse & he was amazing! I would 100% recommend coming here.

This was the most fantastic experience I've had a day spa. Very clean very thorough very professional. Super happy with my treatments I will be definitely going there again.

Got massages, was medium. Nice clean place. We had a great day and experience, would not return though. Not at all worth top notch prices.

My boyfriend and I just did the Romantic Wine and Chocolate massage. Idelia was my massage therapist and she did a wonderful job. I almost fell asleep 6 times. Her strokes and pressure were spectacular. The room was set very nicely. Definitely a place I will be returning to soon.

We were gifted a couples massage from our kids for Christmas. The atmosphere here was very relaxing and clean. Our masseur name was Kelsey. He gave us an amazing massage. (I grew up in the massage business with my Mom owning a local massage school and I am pretty picky. )But he was beyond my expectation. He was very professional and released some knots. As well as it was vey relaxing. He really was knowledgeable too. We'll definitely have him again.

We did a couple's spa massage, my husband did deep tissue and I did the swedish massage, we both were extremely happy with the service provided.

I had a massage yesterday by Kelsey, he was FANTASTIC! The massage was so relaxing and he is ultra professional. I was in Napa for a birthday, I live about 30 minutes from Napa, I just might have to drive in and book again with Kelsey. I was beyond satisfied with his service and recommend him highly!

Critical: Communication Booked a massage and mani/pedi and they screwed up the dates. They offered a free visit later, but we were already either booked or vacation was over. If you plan something here, make sure they book it correctly.

I Had a 90 minute massage here yesterday and it was awesome! I did the combination cbd oils and it was just pure heaven! I wish I lived closer so this place could be my regular spot but I am happy I was fortunate enough to get to experience it with a friend I was on a trip with. I couldn't have been happier with the outstanding massage and service! Highly recommend this place.

I got the Greenhaus Signature Facial. If you want to get a facial massage, this treatment is for you! But I also wanted a facial to clear out any toxins residing just below the skin surface. I'm not so sure that a massage would clean them out. 3 stars for cleanliness, ease of online booking, and hospitality.

Last month I got a call about 2 hours before I was suppose to get a massage telling me that the reason they had to cancel was due to the therapist feeling sick (covid symptoms). I totally understood and rescheduled. I woke up an hour before my appointment with a sore throat and thought it would be responsible to cancel incase it was covid. I get charged $25. The day I was suppose to get a massage last month, they just call and say sorry. I call and get charged.

If you are prepared for ultimate bliss then this place is for you. My facial was done by Sophie, who was Amazing! She has a gentle touch and the right amount of pressure when needed. The massage of my neck and arms was beyond delightful. My experience was incredible, I would want to come back again no doubt.

This place is utterly superb! My sister and I went for micro derm and hot stone massages.

The staff was super nice.my full service Pedicure person was sweet. No complaints there, all staff nice. But, she did not push my cuticles back and I guess she cut on them some, but the nail polish was put on right over old cuticles that were not pushed back, leaving a line. She didn't clean old cuticles up at all. I actually do better on my own pedicures.

Also the foot rub was just ok. She was starting to put my foot back and I had to ask her to massage my arches, which she didn't even touch, like the biggest part of the foot. Also the door was open with cars and trucks racing down Pearl street like 20 feet away, super loud and annoying. I did ask them to close it. Not the spa vibe I remember when they were near Napa River Inn. I had a facial at this location a couple of years ago that was great, but the Pedi.not so much. Very disappointed for $60 plus tip.

Still the most friendly, most relaxing Spa I have been to in a long time. Always first-rate service. The staff is so attentive and helpful to make sure you have the best experience possible. Top-rated facial products. A must-visit for nothing else just to unplug.

Overall a very nice experience and great to get a long overdue massage from Andy. Will go back for waxing. I super appreciate that these services are offered during the pandemic.

Took the wife away for a Valentine's weekend. We booked a couple's massage for 90 minutes. Over the past year this place has been our "go to" place when restrictions were lifted. I've had Maria as my masseuse and my wife had Michelle. We absolutely love the time with these magic workers. We both feel so relaxed after our treatments. I highly recommend this place. The staff is very friendly as well. Come get a glass of wine and a little chocolate and leave yourself in their hands. Two thumbs up!

I went in with my wife today (10/11/20) for a massage. The lady at the front desk was friendly. No issues with the staff because they were very pleasant. My issue was purely the massage. I asked for a Swedish massage with medium pressure but she was barely putting any pressure. It felt more like caressing. I told her she could press harder and I don't mind hard pressure.

She still wasn't pressing hard at all. I easily fall asleep during a massage and I woke up at one point and she was just holding my hand and not doing anything. She held it for 30-60 seconds. I was like WTH is she doing? At that point I asked her again to press harder for my massage. Still she wasn't even trying to push hard. So either this girl did not know how to massage or she just was not good.

When I went to pay, the lady at the front desk asked me how the massage was. I shrugged my shoulders and said "EHH it was ok." Hoping she was going to ask me why it was just ok, instead she just said oh thats great. Either way I was very disappointed and I will not be back even if the massage was free. The total for both of us was $340 (tip included) for 90 minute massage each. My wife also was not satisfied with her massage. For this amount of money for 2 mediocre massages we will not being going back.

Had a nice time at greenhaus. Booked an appointment for a Friday and there was plenty of street parking so I didn't have to worry about being late. Staff was friendly and I got lance for my masseur, who gave me some feedback when we were done with my deep tissue massage. Come here for a nice, relaxing massage.

So I got the well being package and a Swedish massage the massage was good I felt very relaxed and I also got a 75 minute facial which was also good but what I'm very disappointed with is the manicure I had my appointment July 8th four days after my manicure the polish is already coming off how disappointing and my cuticles look dry when you spend so much money and leave a tip you except for your polish to at-least last a week

~ As of 7/13/2020 closed again temporarily due to Governor's order according to newsletter. ~ Went for the first time for a body scrub and a deep tissue massage and they did an excellent job with the COVID situation - I think I overheard them say they only allow one customer at a time. I didn't see any other clients while I was. Cute atmosphere in the lobby and treatment room.

I enjoyed some hot camomile tea before the treatment. The scrub was relaxing and left my skin feeling great. The massage was also awesome. They give you a robe to use if you need a bathroom break between treatments. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Lance. He was great!

Kristin gave me the best pedicure! She was so sweet and did a great job on my cuticles. Plus the warm neck wrap and cozy chair made the experience even better

Had an absolutely lovely facial from Sophie that just left my skin glowing. At the same time my boyfriend got a massage (his first ever) and wants to come back for another ASAP. Totally relaxing atmosphere: very clean, smelled lovely, soft music, etc. All the staff we dealt with were very kind: Sophie was very sweet and did such an excellent job tailoring to my skin. Will definitely be back again in the future to try out more services!

My friends husband decided to treat her and I to a day at the spa. He gifted us with a facial and chocolate scrub massage, IT WAS HEAVEN! I WAS SO RELAXED. the facial was great. My face felt so refreshed. The masage came with a sample of chocolate before they began. They have tons of treatments here to choose from, all that make you feel like a Queen for a day. From the moment we walked in we were met with such kind and professional service and it continued throughout our day. Thank you for rejuvenating us hard working women!

Sad to say I was disappointed in the mani/pedicure I scheduled-- here's the scoop as to why--- I SPECIFICALLY scheduled a "gel" mani/pedi. NOW, FOR REFERENCE, THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED: "Shellac-Pedi Combo: A Shellac Manicure with an Essential Pedicure." AGAIN FOR REFERENCE, THIS IS HOW THEY DESCRIBE AN ESSENTIAL PEDICURE: "Essential Pedicure: The perfect balance of brilliant nail work with just enough spa touches. Feet are exfoliated, massaged, buffed and polished." **NO MENTION ANYWHERE THAT THEY DO NOT PERFORM GEL PEDICURES** But when I arrived the gal informed me they would only perform a gel manicure-- not a gel pedicure. Why?

I have no idea. She simply stated the nail polish they use would last as long as gel. Okay. Well, no. No, it does not. It was simply Opi-brand. Nothing that was going to magically extend the length of time the nail polish would last on my toes-- and it did not last. In addition, neither the mani or pedi had much of a massage aspect to it-- at all.

In fact. I felt very rushed. Apparently, I was the last customer of her day, so possibly she was just tired or in a hurry to get home?! Bummer, since the massage is my favorite part. So, $100+ later-- I left pretty disappointedly-- and likely won't be back. For folks who like the sanitary factor of individual bowls, they do use them, so there was that. :o

Came here for a last minute massage during our Napa stay. A+ for fitting me in with less than 3 hours' notice! The woman who did my massage asked several times if the pressure was ok - appreciated her willingness to make sure the experience was perfect. The spa itself doesn't have a waiting area outside of the reception area, but they do their best to make it very relaxing with snacks and water/tea and aromatherapy. Overall, I would definitely recommend Greenhaus for someone looking for a massage in Napa.

I had a great 90 minute hot stone massage with Saskia. AMAZING! One of the best I've had!

Stephanie is the best with brows. My brows will be hairy caterpillars until I'm able to come in to have her fix them. My brows are two complete different shapes and she whips them into shape better Than anyone I've ever been to before.

Got my first facial from Amber, I believe. I am hoping that's her name because she totally deserves this review! My experience was absolutely amazing. The treatment was so relaxing and she was so knowledgeable, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Even while my mask was setting, she massaged my arms and hands, it was magical. I felt totally at ease. I will return without a doubt. I am so pleased with my experience, I wish I could afford to make this a monthly habit.

After carefully reading the reviews and looking over package options, we chose Greenhaus Spa. We were so glad we did. It was the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. It was a definite plus having a welcoming receptionist who made us feel at home. Our facials and massages were top notch and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We will definitely return when we are in the area.

This is the second time I've gotten a massage at Greenhaus Day Spa. They are always friendly and the place is beautiful and relaxing. Both times I've gotten a massage with Alfonso and he is absolutely amazing! He really works the knots out and manipulates the body to get those hard to reach places like under the shoulder blade that are really the root of a lot of other issues. When I walked out after my massage a woman in the waiting room asked me what treatment I got as I was glowing. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a great massage.

Wonderful massage, they really got the spots that needed the work. Front staff was also very gracious with calling me afterwards to offer a partial credit that I didn't even ask for or! Would definitely come back.
