From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I was taken care of by someone with genuine care - greeting to shampoo to cut to check out. Although it is a large salon with lots of people, I felt like I was in my own little world. Svetlana listened to me and helped me figure out what cut and style I really wanted, and showed me multiple ways how to style it.
I appreciated understanding more about how and why it was cut in such a way to allow for the style. I had about 3 hairstylists in a row previous to this (not at this salon) that either did not listen to me or understand what I wanted but this time I ended up getting exactly what I wanted along with some suggestions to improve it even more. Finding someone to trust your hair in is hard so I am very happy to say I will be back!

Patricia helped me decide on a new style for my hair and did a wonderful job with my cut and teaching me how to style it. I also love getting my hair shampooed here (the aromatherapy is such a nice treat), and everyone is pleasant and welcoming. I've tried countless salons, and this is my favorite. Service: Haircut

Abigail is awesome! My hair was at shoulder length and came in for a bob cut with some layers, and asked for a color consultation. I like how professional they are, so I booked a second appointment to get balayage. I told her I wanted light brown with subtle dusty pink. Under the sunlight I can see a hint of pink and I just love the mix of reddish light tbrown!
The quick hand massages in the middle of the toning process was a surprise - I've never been to one offering that. They're professional and friendly. The recliner is more comfortable (especially for the neck) than most salons I've been to. Overall it's great experience! I'd definitely come back when I stay in town a lot longer!

Today was the first time in 3 years I received a haircut from a salon I had never been to before. I had a horrible experience at an Ulta salon and have only trusted a friend to cut my hair for several years now. Andrea has restored my faith in hairstylist and I will definitely be returning to her in the future. Not only was she fast and sweet but she cut my hair exactly how I asked. Thank you for being great at what you do.

LOVED my experience here. Katelynn did an absolutely amazing job transforming my hair. As a first time customer, I didn't know what to expect. From my consultation service to the actual day of, the staff was professional and knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. Salon was clean and the Aveda products are amazing. Totally recommend if you want an incredible hair experience. Will definitely be coming back!

Called on a Thursday to see about scheduling a consultation appointment. The first woman I spoke to was very nice, and did all she could to help me schedule. We agreed upon a 4:00pm appointment the very next day. I explained to her that with the profession I am in, I was a bit worried I wouldn't make it in time. She assured me that it was fine and if i had any time issues, to just call and let them know and they will try to push my appointment a little further back.
I told her thank you and I really appreciate all the help. Fast forward to today ( appointment day) and I called around 3:30 is to let them know I was about to leave work, but traffic was very heavy and I didn't think I could be there for 4:00. This time I spoke with a man, and he told me it's no problem that we could push my appointment to 4:55. I said thank you very much and that I would be there as soon as I can.
He told me to drive safe! As I was on my way, traffic was extremely heavy and my ETA wasn't going to be until 4:55pm. Knowing the stylist leaves at 5pm I tried to call to tell them I wouldn't be able to make it. I called 2 times before leaving a voice-mail informing them that I wasn't going to be able to make it. I also called 2 more times AFTER leaving the voice-mail to try and reach them just in case they didn't listen to the voice-mail so the stylist wouldn't be just waiting for me. ( I also live about 5 minutes away from the salon) as soon as I got home (@5pm) I get a call from the salon.
It's the same man I had spoke to. As soon as I picked up he said hello and introduced himself, and I explained to give that I had just got home, and lived about 5 minutes away so I was sorry I didn't keep it. He then asked me in a rude way " Well what time will you be getting here because your stylist is just here waiting for you?" I felt a little shocked at his tone, and told him that I had tried to call multiple times and even left a voice mail letting them know I wasn't going to make it in time.
I was going to try and schedule for another day, but he immediately rushed off the phone with me not even offering me another opportunity to schedule. I felt as though I had did something wrong even though I did my best to keep the appointment time and give them proper notice. I was looking forward to getting my hair done as the reviews were so wonderful. But now I feel to embarrassed to even attempt to go.

Janet is by far the best and most expert stylist I have ever gone to! I've gone to her for years for cuts, heat and color damage control, and balayage and was always super happy about the experience and got tons of compliments for my hair. I even recommended my sister and she got a fantastic curly hair cut! I moved out of the area a year ago but honestly might drive back just to go to her because I haven't found another stylist I like half as much
