The Petite Retreat

My boyfriend and I had massages here recently and the experience was great! We are from out of town and were delighted to find such a great little place. We did the jacuzzi soak and then had a 60 minute couples massage. The staff was very kind and the atmosphere was very welcoming and calming. They even provided us with complimentary mimosas. The massages themselves were fantastic and we came out feeling like we were floating on clouds. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend :

I had good experiences at this place pre-covid but the two times I have gone in the past couple months have not gone well. I've left the appointments more tense. The staff's technical skills need significant improvement.

Got the Hugh Hefner package which includes a massage, facial, and foot treatment. The massage was not great. The masseuse kept cleaning her supplies in between every single action so there was a ton of time where I was just lying there. Her massage movements were so slow that I felt like I was getting zero benefits from the massage, as in the tension was NOT getting worked out.

Normally in a facial they explain to you what products they are using, what it does for your skin, and typically do an extraction. This woman didn't explain when the facial was even starting so I had no idea what was happening, what benefits my skin was getting, and did not get an extraction. Also they put a generic face mask (the paper kind you get at Kroger) and I was not impressed by that.

Will not be returning as this was my second time trying it out. Not up to spa standards in the area for the price. Plenty of other great places to go to but just wanted to see if I'd like it!

A 55 minute wait time for a massage you booked 3 weeks in advance is unacceptable and frankly kills the attempt at relaxing anyways. The staff communicated that they were running 15 minutes behind schedule which turned into a 55 minute wait. Don't bother with this place. If they can't have organized policies in place and take care of people who make timely reservations then they don't deserve our business.

Love it! Customer service was a1! We went on Valentine's Day for couple massage plus 30 minutes in the jacuzzi. From the massage to the champagne and mimosas was marvelous. My man thoroughly enjoyed this as he isn't one to pamper hisself. All the staff was friendly and the rose petals in the bed, massage area, and jacuzzi was a nice touch! Well worth the pretty penny spent.

Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Our experience was more of a body rub than a massage. I would go again but be more specific about what I want. 3 stars because we were not seen at the time we booked. Another couple was running late and therefore our massage was late starting although we were on time. I still enjoyed the experience. Little things matter though

The reviews don't lie when they say best massage ever. Jennifer is ah. MAZE.ing. I literally almost cried. It felt otherworldly, like she knew me even though it was my first session with her. Additionally the atmosphere was lovely. We were greeted by friendly staff with water and a mimosa. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

My girlfriend and I did a couple's massage and added a cupcake. Upon walking in, the dim lighting and fresh aromas felt extremely relaxing. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Our actual massage was amazing. The ladies who worked on us made sure we were comfortable and the fake roses on the beds were a cute add on. The massage included aromatherapy which smelled amazing.

I was given an hour and a half package as a gift that included a massage, facial, and use of the jacuzzi. From start to finish, my experience was wonderful and relaxing. There is calm music playing and the entire house smells magnificent and they have mimosas, champagne, water, etc to offer. Mrs. Minerva was my massage therapist and also did my facial and she is absolutely delightful.

She made sure I was comfortable and asked me questions about my problem areas before getting started and she did a magnificent job. There was calming music and scents in the room that made it extra cozy. After my massage and facial, I changed and spent some time in the jacuzzi and it was such a great experience full of privacy and peace. Just what I needed! The staff is very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning for another day of rest and relaxation!
