This unique form of Swedish massage, originating in Tibet, incorporates more then fifty warm Basalt stones and conditioning almond oil to melt tension away.

Hand & foot Report

Your pedicure begins with a mineral foot soak and exfoliating scrub to remove calluses and smooth rough skin. Feet and legs are then refreshed with massage, cuticle attention, nail shaping and polishing. Our spa pedicure includes warm towels, a masque, and hot stone massage.

The ultimate spa experience for your body and mind! First, youll be wrapped in a nutrient-rich mud bath. While cocooned in warmth, youll receive a relaxing face and scalp massage. I just had a wonderful day of beauty at Essentials Day Spa. Tammy was my aesthetician for facial, Staci gave me a marvelous sugar scrub/massage, and my nail tech for the pedicure gave me a very careful and safe pedicure. I left "a new woman!" It's not fancy. It's in an old house in downtown Denton. I'm an old Dentonite, so it totally worked for me. The vibe is quiet and calm and everyone is friendly. Also, very affordable. I had a suite of services that cost me $305 plus 20% tip. I'd do it all over again. And I will.

They've been in Denton forever for good reason! I've gotten pedicures, facials and massages there over the years and have always left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Also, their prices are amazing for what you get. Check 'em out!

I get a massage here about once a month and literally, Staci is so good at what she does my legs are like baby giraffe legs when she is done. I also get a facial here, and Tami is the ONLY person (including the numerous dermatologists) i have gone to who has made a difference in my skin. LOVE LOVE LOVE it here, do yourself a favor and go! In fact all of our employees go here to get their body worked on and a majority of our clients.

I had been using Essentials Spa for waxing for about 3 years. They do a wonderful job and the facilities are beautiful, especially by Denton standards. They carry a great line of makeup and skin care products, but very pricey. My only qualm was always the unfortunate attitude of Tami, the owner. She runs an excellent business, and is good at what she does, but is just not always very friendly or caring.
