Amazing customer service! I'm not sure who I talked to but I had to last minute fix some girls trip plans and they were so understanding and accommodating absolutely terrific definitely recommend this place for a relaxing comforting and welcoming experience.

Great place for the area! Have been here many times and they can usually accommodate last minute reservations! The location is east to get to and my friends enjoyed it too!

AMAZING! Came in for a couples massage during our trip to Tahoe. Deep tissue for him, prenatal for me. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional in what they do. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Their pregnancy pillow allowed me to lay on my front which I hadn't been able to do in MONTHS. We will be coming back every time we're in the area.

My wife and I visited BioSpirit twice during our vacation week in So Lake Tahoe. Age-defying Facials with Jenny and Halie and Hot Stone and Anti-Stress massages with Jenny and Chelsea. They were all great and so were their skills. Everybody in the spa was super nice. We felt wonderful both times we walked out of there. They're conveniently located - comfortable walk there from our resort on the stateline. Thanks BioSpirit team.

One of the best massages ever. It can be difficult to find a reliable massage therapist, and Chelsea was incredible. Personable, communicative, calming energy, and great technique. It was just what I needed while on vacation. The team was warm and welcoming creating a very relaxing atmosphere right when you walk in the door. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Tahoe. I had an excellent deep tissue massage from Chelsea this weekend. It was a 10 out of 10. Chelsea was professional, and knowledgeable. It was one of the most therapeutic, on point massages that I have ever had. I was having lower back, and shoulder pain, that was completely resolved in one 1.5 hr session. The spa was very clean and comfortable. The eucalyptus steam room was amazing! I highly recommend getting work done here, your back will thank you.

Came to biospirit for a couples massage with my girlfriend. The staff is really welcoming. We had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Chelsea and Coco. Coco's hands worked magic. It was my first professional massage and for Coco to have been my masseuse, she made quite the impact. I will definitely want to get another massage here or someplace else in the future.

If they can't match Coco or at least do as well or better, I don't want it. The ambiance could have been a bit better though. I wish they offered hot beverages such as tea or water for example, or had a lounge to relax.

Loved, loved, LOVED my massage with Beverly. Hands down, the best massage I have had in my life. Sad to say I live out of state. I will be back to South Lake Tahoe to enjoy the beautiful lake.yes. but mostly for the massage

My wife and I got a therapeutic massage. Beverly and Chelsea did a fantastic job! We left feeling so relaxed and satisfied. Chelsea was careful to avoid my wife's pressure points and Beverly helped work out the stiffness in my shoulder. We will be getting massages each time we come to Tahoe!

This was arguably the best massage I have ever gotten. Everyone at BioSpirit was so kind and personable. My husband and I used the steam room prior to our therapeutic massages which was a wonderful addition to the day! Would book again in a heartbeat.

I almost never write reviews but I got a prenatal massage with Chelsea and it was hands down the best massage I've ever had. She said she basically did her usual massage with a few slight modifications so I don't think my experience was prenatal specific. I was just in Lake Tahoe for vacation but I seriously wish I lived here so I could go back to her on a regular basis, it was that good! The spa itself is a little underwhelming but clean, neat, and the massage itself was just out of this world, can not recommend highly enough!

Scheduled two 90 min Stress Reliever appointments, for my Bestie and myself. Beverly and Toni are wonderful Massage Therapists! We highly recommend them and this clean, boutique Day Spa. I would definitely come back next time we visit.

This was exactly what I needed and whom I needed! Beverly was my masseuse and she had the perfect touch, checked in frequently to be sure I was comfortable, and offered such kindness. I would recommend the place to everyone. It's clean and fragrant but not overwhelmingly so. The linens are spotless and high thread count. I had the hot stone and it was perfect and I made another appointment before leaving.

My sister and I got massages here (our first time in a spa since the pandemic) and everyone made us feel very welcome and everything was very clean. I had Toni and she did a wonderful job with pressure on my hot stone massage. My sister had Kebbra for a Swedish massage and also raved about her massage. Highly recommend if you're looking for a lovely, relaxing way to spend some time in South Lake Tahoe!

I took a vacation to Tahoe recently and decided to book a massage. I recently was diagnosed with a few health issues, which has caused extreme upper back pain. My amazing massage lady Kebbra talked to me before hand to make sure she was focusing on the right spots and let me tell you I am in no pain even a week later! I got a massage with a CBD add on and I will never skip that part again! What a great experience! I'll be back next time I'm in town.

My wife and I loved our treatment here at the BioSpirit Spa. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were nice and clean. We both received facials and massage treatments that were out of this world. We will definitely return here the next time we're in South Lake Tahoe.

Look no further, this is the best in the area by far. My partner and I booked a couples massage with Biospirit (as locals) and I have to say, that was easily the BEST massage I have ever had in my life. As someone who has chronic pain due to extreme sport injuries, most everyone that lives here does lol, I have had many massages and nothing even comes close to this. My masseuse was Midge, an absolute legend at her practice. It was insanely good. We both walked away saying the same praise.

Been a local since 1990 and my entire family had received services. We all have positive things to report back and would highly recommend to both locals/visitors. The staff is kind, qualified and the variety of services offered is great. So happy my parents were able to go in recently and get a much needed massage. Closing remarks: glad this business has survived the pandemic.

While on my vacation to Lake Tahoe, my mother and I came to Bio Spirit Day Spa for a relaxing massage. I had a great experience. They were on the second floor of a small building and I was happy to see that they had a tiny elevator because I had my walker with me. I let Toni know what my needs were and she accommodated me. With the higher elevation, I needed a fan to blow in my face to help me breathe and she placed a fan on the floor to blow in my face. Also with my massage needs. If I were to return to Lake Tahoe, I would return for another massage.

I had a massage with Coco and it was underwhelming, very spotty, she pour cold oil on my body first, instead of rubbing it in hands, talked too much. I had way better massages in Tahoe.

My sister and I booked a spa day at Bio Spirit the end of March. The first thing we said to each other after we left was that was the best massage we'd ever had. We did the body and soul massage and highly recommend. I customized my massage to deep tissue and was not disappointed. If you go to bio spirit request Coco! she was great!

I had the stone massage with Toni, and it was great. I have sciatic nerve pain and usually massage therapists will use too much pressure and hurt me, but not Toni. She used the right amount of pressure to where I didn't feel any pain afterwards. The stones felt nice, too. I will come back here when I visit Tahoe again.

While on a family ski trip I decided I needed some therapeutic ME time. I did an internet search and found BioSpirit. I saw that they offered spa packages. I did not find a package that fit my needs, so I called to see if they would create a custom therapeutic spa package that fit my needs and my budget: 90 min. Deep Tissue, IR, Foot acupressure, and a detoxing wrap.

The day spa is quaint and really peaceful. Toni P. was my practitioner. She has GREAT energy. She asked me about areas I wanted her to focus on. I pointed out 3 areas. Unfortunately, I paid for a deep tissue massage, but what I received was more of a fluffy, soft touch relaxing massage - not Swedish and definitely not deep tissue and she did not address my 3 areas that needed focused attention.

I was definitely relaxed afterwards though. Unfortunately, my stiff aching areas were still stiff and achy. I let the owner know that I did not receive the deep tissue that I paid for. I was not offered a refund for the extra I paid for the deep tissue, which was disappointing.

I had the 'Body & Sole' massage today by Beverly. She. Was. Amazing. The staff was great with communication, and the environment was very comfortable. I will definitely book again next time I am in the area.

Just had my 2-hr session (Body + Soul pkg) with Toni and I am in heaven! We had just finished the hike to Eagle Lake and the massage was absolutely perfect. The combination of full body scrub, hot shower and hot stone infused massage was just the thing needed for our weekend Tahoe trip. This place is absolutely amazing - definitely a must stop if one is ever in Tahoe.

She definitely focused on the areas that needed loosening and now I want them to open a location in SoCal so I can get my monthly fix. With so many businesses around the area but have to say that this is a true, hidden gem of Tahoe; fantastically glad we decided on Biospirit over all others.

I had a wonderful anti-stress massage by Toni. If you're a guest at Tahoe Seasons Resort, you get a free hot stone or aromatherapy upgrade. I went with the hot stone and it was amazing! I've been looking forward to this massage to enjoy on my honeymoon and Toni did not disappoint!

We came here for an activity on our bachlorette trip, massages and facials for 8 of us. Every single person was completely in love with their assigned tech. The services that we received were absolutely impeccable. I had Toby, he was fantastic. He worked all the knots and stressed areas on my body, literally the best massage I have ever had. I heard the same about Midge and Coco. Whenever we road trip back to Tahoe, this is definitely on the agenda. It is an absolute must for anyone looking for a massage in S. Lake Tahoe

Me and the wife went to BioSpirit spa for a 3 hour Tahoe body renewal for our 1 year anniversary. We had an amazing time. The staff was very friendly and considerate. We arrived early and enjoyed the sauna before our exfoliation and body wrap, and wrapped it up with a massage. Coco did an amazing job working out all my knots and was overall amazing.

My wife was very satisfied with Loren as well. My wife was so relaxed she fell into slumber during the massage. We definitely recommend coming here if you get the chance when visiting Lake Tahoe. Best place to come to feel rejuvenated.
