Don't second guess it! Just go! I had the most luxurious exfoliating facial with Alicia today. This spa is everything I needed a few weeks before my wedding. It was an absolute dream. Alicia was very sweet and helpful addressing my skin concerns and took her time massaging and extracting my skin. This spa is unlike anything I have ever experienced.

She didn't just work on my face but also massaged my scalp, neck, arms and hands. All of their products smell incredible. A truly exceptional experience worth every dime. Thank you so much Alicia!

I am suffering from lower back pain, my own fault, too much sitting, and not enough stretching before exercise. KYLIE gave me an amazing 30 minute deep tissue massage. I told her to do her worst haha and she really gave it to me. I am still a little achey but feel way way better than I did when I arrived. Going back for another in 2 weeks. Highly Recommend this place and Kylie. She knows what she is doing. Very sweet and professional!

We visiting Saratoga Springs this week for our anniversary and I planned massages for us both here. The place is very calming and Relaxing and all the staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Samantha was our massage therapist and she was very skilled at her craft. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his massage and he goes often to another place near home but said this was an amazing experience she didn't miss a beat!

I also enjoyed my experience as well. She did everything to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend this place We had the aromatherapy massage and it was wonderful! I would make this part of your trip to Saratoga Springs for sure!

I visited the spa yesterday for the "Day at the Spa" package, which my husband gifted to me for my birthday. The day started with a hot stone massage with Kylie which was heaven sent - I will definitely be back to see her. She was attentive, kind, and continuously checked on me to ensure I was enjoying myself throughout the day - not to mention she is an extremely skilled therapist!

Next I was with Maria for the Coconut Cream Body Glow treatment and a facial. Maria was fantastic, and super knowledgeable. She made several recommendations to allow me to continue to care for my skin with the high quality products they offer. She tailored the recommendations to suit my concerns, and gave me a detailed schedule of when to use each product.

The Coconut Cream Body Glow was just OK in my opinion, I probably wouldn't have opted for it outside of the package. Last but not least I visited with Mimi for a mani/pedi. She was as lovely as the other women, and her attention to detail was outstanding. My nails leave a lot to be desired because I habitually pick at my cuticles when I'm anxious.

She made my hands look and feel like a million bucks. All in all, from the receptionist to each and every employee I interacted with, it was a lovely experience and I will definitely be back to spend time with them again! I told my husband he never needs to buy me a different gift - Spa Cascada gift cards for life!

Had an amazing time. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I learned things that I didn't know where possible to fix! Will definitely be coming back. Stephanie, mimi, and Kylie were the best!

My friend and I had body scrubs, massage and facial during our girls' getaway weekend.wow, the services were so relaxing and felt amazing! The staff was super friendly, professional and even gave us a great lunch recommendation! We aren't from the area but if we visit again, we'll be sure to book another service with the great staff at Spa Cascada!

Had a facial with Alicia which was amazing. So relaxing and felt great. Also had a massage with Samantha which was absolutely wonderful. I have back and neck issues and they were gone after my massage. I will definitely return to Spa Cascada.

Good idea, poor execution. I booked a gentleman's spa day that was advertised on their site. They said they weren't able to do half of the package. I was fine with that and went ahead and booked for 4 people ($700) with a 50% deposit. They called me a week before saying they could no longer do half of the service I booked -- keep in mind this was half of the original service.

So we got 1/4 of the original package. I ended up overpaying for everything with my initial deposit and they wouldn't refund me. I bought overpriced product with some of the balance and still have a balance there. The massage itself was good, but not offering what you advertise and then cancelling what we booked and not giving a refund was kinda bad customer service. I went a different time and had no issues but I probably won't be going back. I still have money held hostage there so I guess I'll buy more products

This is hands down the best spa in Saratoga Springs! The atmosphere is so relaxing and they are following all the COVID guidelines to keep everyone safe. The massages are just so wonderful and Eliza really makes sure the pressure is good for your needs. I get pedicures here and they are the best I have ever gotten! Mimi is great!

Spa was clean and staff friendly, but DO NOT come here if you are looking for laser hair removal. I did not expect any amazing results after 1 treatment - but I expected SOMETHING to happen. Typically, your hair singes during treatment to indicate that the hair is responding to the laser. I was told during mine that I was "having great hair singe".

I then followed up with a question about the shedding process. I have had other areas of my body treated at other facilities in the past and wanted to know if I could expect the same process. Typically the treated hairs fall out over the next few days, giving you smooth hairless skin until the next hair cycle. This step never happened. I shaved 1 day before treatment, and now 9 days later, my hair is at the length it would be if I had not been treated / not shaved for 9 days. $410 for ABSOLUTELY nothing to happen.

I called and asked for either another treatment for free at a higher energy or my money back - and the store manager told me no refunds and didn't offer a free treatment. She only referred me to the women who did the treatment to explain the process better. I'm appalled. $410 is SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than any other treatment center for 1 treatment.

I came here and was willing to pay more due to proximity to my house and being told it wouldn't be as painful due to their newer laser. I hope that this review prevents anyone else from making that same mistake. This spa may be wonderful for other services, but are a complete rip off when it comes to laser hair removal.

Honestly I had one of the best experiences. I am currently 39weeks pregnant and have lots of knots/pains everywhere. Perks of being pregnant lol I was in desperate need of a good deep tissue back massage and that's exactly what I received. I chose the 60 min prenatal massage. Josh was amazing. I mentioned to Josh in the beginning that I was okay with a deep tissue massage and am very happy with results.

Being pregnant doesn't allow for the full ability to sink deep into the massage bed but in my opinion Josh did a wonderful job. One thing I regret is not booking for a longer slot. Overall very happy with today's experience at Cascada Spa:

Wow. Diana (DEE-ANA) was AMAZING. the spa was very nice too, but Diana was the highlight. I've had quite a few massages in my day. This was up there among the best. Why was it so great you ask? Diana was a skilled massage therapist, but what really set her apart was that really tailored it to my needs and helped me get the most out of the experience. I will be back next time I'm in Saratoga.

Sat 8;45 AM Day at the Spa- started out well. Plenty of on street parking at that time! (The spa is well appointed and is upstairs and overlooks Broadway. Dont think they have an elevator). My mani/pedi with Mimi was great. Her work was meticulous. Facial with Stephanie was fabulous. Massage and exfoliating treatment with Josh was average. Timewise, it was more about the scrub than the massage.

Several times the hot stones he used were WAY to HOT and I told him so but it still felt like my skin was being burned. Then the room became ice cold. I was not comfortable which left me anxious for his services to end! It wasn't until after when I came out of the room that he asked me how the pressure was! Well It was not deep enough and I had even requested a male masseuse in hopes he'd put some muscle into the massage.

It was a Swedish massage which is not what I requested. The icing on the cake was when I learned that the 20% tip the spa expects u to leave is not based on the price of the package ($365) but is based on the individual prices of each service! The receptionist explained in a hushed tone that the package prices are discounted. Who knew! The Spa had $365 paid to them a year ago, earning interest as it was a gift card.

You can prob figure out how I based my tip! The receptionist seemed annoyed at the amount I tipped as it seemed to screw up her bookkeeping. Lol. Overall good experience but could have and should have been better.

The place is very nicely designed. The music in the waiting area was a little weird, even though it is a spa music I didn't feel it soothing but rather irritating and I was there with my sister and she pointed it out too. I did hydrofacial for the first time and the girl that did my facial was super friendly and explained everything nicely and gave some suggestions too.

The music in the treatment room was much better than in the waiting area. Upon check in on the yelp I was offered 10% off coupon and I felt that the First Lady I asked at the front desk about ignored me and my request. Then upon checkout I was offered a full price, but after Mentioning the coupon the girl at the front felt irritated about it. Other than that it was a good experience and I'd give them another try.

I went in for a massage and facial at this place. The facialist and the massage therapist were both quite good. However, the massage room was terrible. It was FREEZING in there! The massage lady apologized for that and said there's a draft coming in but I understand it's not her fault. It wasn't a relaxing massage at all because of how cold it was in the room. It ruined the whole experience. For $85+, they should atleast provide a warm comfy massage room.

Had an amazing Facial yesterday by Lindsay. It was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing! I Highly recommend Lindsay at Spa Cascada! I ended up getting their line of skincare. Can't wait to see the long term benefits to help with help with aging and hydrating my dry skin. Also bought the line for my teenager who is struggling with Acne. She's been using samples for the past month and loves it! Her skin has cleared up so much! I also had my lashes tinted while I was there. What a great idea so you don't have to wear mascara! Love it!

Came in to start my best friend's bachelorette party. There were six of us who all required facials, massages, and/or manicure and pedicures. The staff was well equipped to handle our group. I received the best massage I've had in a long time. My manicure was great, and I managed to not freak out when my sensitive feet were getting a pedicure. The estheticians were all friendly and helpful with giving us ideas of places to go for dinner and dancing. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had my first professional waxing a few months ago and loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is very relaxing and clean. Some of the wax decided to be stubborn on one knee so it went longer then my scheduled time. I will be returning here many more times not just for waxing but also mani/pedi's!

My friend and I booked a spa package for a girls getaway weekend trip to Saratoga. The package includes an hour massage, manicure, and pedicure wine and a cheese plate. Both of our massages were excellent, and the staff was very attentive and curtious. The manicure and pedicure were very thorough and relaxing. We would highly recommend spa cascada!

I visited Spa Cascada this past Saturday with 3 other ladies in my party. I had a lovely hr long massage, and the best, just absolute best facial ever. And a nice manicure. It was clean and the women there were very nice to us, and the water was very crisp and refreshing, and the wine was a nice treat. I will definatly return again, and have talked the spa up to several people. Thank you for a great experience

Gave our daughter a gift certificate for a spa package for her birthday in September. She decided to use the massage and medi/pedi as a stress relief during finals in December. They charged her an extra amount of money (I believe she said $15) at the time of the service because the rates had increased since we bought the package. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. She said that the package was "awesome" and she loved the spa, but I am so disappointed in their policy that we will find another place for her next package.

I bought some really unique jewelry there a few years ago in there boutique and I still have it and love it! However when I called recently to see if they still run specials they used to run a ladies night on Thursdays the girl was kinda rude on the phone saying well they must of ran that really long time ago it was only a few years ago she acted like I was talking 50 years ago I thought she was snobby and rude complete turned me off from the place

I absolutely love this salon for massages and eyebrow waxes. Victoria does an amazing job on the waxes with almost zero pain. I am astonished every time!

I am not one to play fast and loose with 5 start reviews, but for what this spa holds itself out to be, it was really wonderful. No, there are no robes or dressing rooms but it is a wonderful place for reasonably priced spa services. I enjoyed a massage and a manicure there and both were excellent (even to someone picky like me). First off, the staff was warm and welcoming and the ambience was very conducive to relaxation.

My masseuse expertly handles my tense muscles while making sure to check in with me about the pressure. The manicurist used high end products and didn't cut my cuticles without me even telling her, a sure sign of a high end service. Overall, I wish I lived closer so I could patronize this spa more often, as is, I'll have to wait until my next mini-getaway.
