I used to go to Helendale Dermatology, and this place is so much better than what I have been used to at Helendale. They have a system kit for acne called Obagi and I bought it because I was desperate for better skin and in just a few days my skin is clearing up! I highly recommend Newgenesis Dermatology over any other place in rochester!

I have been a patient of New Genesis spa for almost 2 years. My experience have been always positive. I received honest, professional opinion form Mr. Leathersich regarding a procedure. He was readily available and extremely helpful, when I had a skin reaction to one of the products. I had wonderful results with my CO2 treatments and Restylane treatments. Overall I am very happy with the treatments and particularly with a great PA, Jeff and the staff.

I went for the free consultation -- the people are pleasant. However, they sell botox by the region and not the unit, which is a bad deal if you are not that old, according to two other professionals I spoke to. For example a 65 old person will get a much better deal than let's say a 40 years old if they do by the region. I was not happy about it, but they weren't willing to accomadate me.
They used to do by the unit, but then they changed. Problem is that I asked for a gift certificate to use for that -- which was a waste, because it can't be returned. bad deal all around for me. I can speak about the work, because I didn't actually do anything, so it wouldn't be right to rate as poor.
