My husband and I vacationed here for our 22nd anniversary. For my gift he finally committed to a couples massage. Relax and Rejuvenate is in a small strip mall and we almost missed it; glad we didn't! We were greeted and taken care of by the sweet young lady at the front desk. Solomon and Bailey did our massages. They were professional and truly paid attention to our needs. Next time we are in town we will definitely visit again.

Our experience was lovely, from the beginning. Marissa (receptionist) was AWESOME! She was patient with our questions and was happy to go above and beyond for our couples massage session! Our massage therapists were super skilled and professional. I am partial to Rebecca, since she massaged me! Lol. They both were AWESOME! THE HOUR WENT BY TOO FAST! So happy we came.

Kelly Davis does an amazing job with wax! My husband and I are both regular customers for years with her, and when she left L'eau De Vie, I followed her to this fantastic location. Go see her! The entire staff is professional yet very relatable. From massage to salon services, Relax and Rejuvenate is awesome!

Great place! I was worried since it's in this little strip center in town but I was so glad I picked it. I've got horrible chronic neck problems and am usually always disappointed when I get a massage out of town but Alex knew what he was doing. Strong amazing hands. I got a myofacial release deep DEEP tissue massage. Painful, but it got the job done. I'm still doing good 4 days later and 15 hours riding in a car. That's unheard of for me. I'd almost fly to North Carolina just to see Alex and get that again!

I had Alex for my deep tissue massage today, he has amazing strong hands and a great technique. Let me say I get regular massages since 2006 and have chronic pain with extremely stiff muscles and trigger point pain so I know a good massage therapist within the first 10 minutes and this guy is a good one. His technique is different from my regular girls but I felt better than I normally do immediately after. Whatever he did it worked and I'm out of pain right now!

This place is great, therapist are really good. I would have given 5 stars but it's a bit to cold with the a/c. They offer extra blankets or heating pad but I personally don't like to feel constricted when getting a massage or half my body warm and the other half cold. Other than that I highly recommend this place :

I'm impressed by the level of professionalism and knowledge the massage therapists possess. They listen to your needs and keep excellent ongoing notes about any chronic issues you may have. I appreciate that I can get same day appointments, which is a rarity in this business. It's close to downtown which makes it convenient for locals and tourists. I've referred numerous friends and acquaintances to R&R, all of whom have been appreciative of the advice.

I loved this place so much! I went here during my honeymoon for a couple's massage and felt amazing after leaving. They are only a few minutes outside of downtown, yet their prices are much better than the downtown spas. I had never had a massage so I was a bit nervous, but my therapist made me feel extremely comfortable. I cannot remember my therapist's name for the life of me, but she had multiple tattoos. She was very friendly and did a great massage. My husband also really enjoyed his massage. You should definitely go here! :

I can't say enough positive things about my experiences here. The staff is always courteous and professional but at the same time also warm and friendly. I've been three times for a massage and each time I had a different therapist. Each time my therapist was not only knowledgeable but also very tuned in to my body and responsive to my needs and requests.
I leave every time feeling so much lighter, less tense, and at the same time, more grounded in my body than before I came. If you want a great massage from a stellar group of people I can't recommend Relax & Rejuvenate enough!
