Kelly is not a pleasant person and can be quite rude. The service I got from her wasn't great either. I don't recommend her at all. Very unhappy with how I was treated there.

I love getting my face SUGARING with Kelly. Getting a full face wax can definitely be rough and painful on the skin. But sugaring has definitely changed my way of seeing skincare, and so has Kelly! She is soooo amazing with any type of question or skeptical fear on skincare/procedures. I didn't meet her @ this location, but I am 100% sure she will only work at a place that offers the BEST services towards your skin's needs!

If you need any type of hair removal my girl Kelly "got your back". Extreme hygiene, patience, genuine, beyond professional, gentle and most importantly highly educated on what skincare is really about, are only a few characteristics that define the Esthetician that she is. Recommend her 100%.

Great atmosphere, fantastic work, from nails, pedicure, haircut, hairstyle or hair color if you're in Ashland this is the place to go. . The owner ( Kelly) is AMAZING.

I visited Abbinto regularly for three months and happily left when my lash technician Stephanie moved on to Chill Out. I don't care for the decor, the cramped space or the overall vibe of this salon. Abbinito seems to cater to an older demographic. This is hard feedback, but it needs to be said: the owner of the salon isn't friendly - at least to people who aren't her clients, it seems.

I was literally in the salon every week for fills and she would still ask me what I was doing there every time I walked in, coldly snapping "can I help you?" each time I walked through the door. This left me feeling awkward and unwelcome - after several weeks of repeat visits, it was odd, to say the least. She knew why I was there and who I was there to see.

I got one pedicure there and while the service itself was delightful - thanks to Stephanie and her stellar customer service skills and talent - getting the pedicure in a plastic bucket was uncomfortable and strange. If Abbinito would invest in some redecorating and decent pedicure chairs, and the owner would work on her people skills, it might be worth a visit but I personally have no plans to return. If it weren't for my loyalty to my wonderful technician I would not have come back after the first few visits.

Had a recent appointment at such time. Arrived few minutes early. Walked in & no Receptionist (there is an area for one). One other person in salon waiting for her friend having services done. I asked if Receptionist & she didn't know. Just waiting for her friend. Could hear chatter behind closed doors. Still waiting.nothing. Why doesn't a salon (which states "by appointment only") wouldn't have someone to greet you?

I wouldn't except the Technician to have to be interrupted in the middle of a session to greet clients! Well.25 minutes later finally ready for my appointment. I probably should have left. Reading your "fancy" brochure under "our customs and culture" - Cancellations- no shows. What about your "No Show" 25 minutes later? Seems to be a high-end salon too.

The "Spa Pedicure" is merely a plastic tub. Yikes. Expensive - $80 way too much to pay. I won't be returning. Even called to note all this.no return call from owner. Reason for Yelp review. Although my Technician did a wonderful job on feet & hands! This was NO reflection on her.

I have come to Morgan off and on throughout my time of visiting Oregon before I officially moved back. Now Morgan is my go to stylist and does a fantastic job! Morgan takes the time to listen and understand what I want before she cuts my hair and that to me is important. More importantly my hair always looks amazing! She did my eyebrows the day and omg I don't think my eye brows have ever matched those of my old stylist in Germany but Morgan made it happen and they are on Fleek!

This place is wonderful! Kelly and her staff are true artists who take pride in everything they do. My acrylic nails look beautiful and natural now. So much better than anything I had experienced at my previous nail shop in California. My daughters loved their manicures by Morgan. Another true artist. If you want to be pampered, this is the place to go!

Who knew a guitar player can have "guitar picks" attached to his fingers - and they work great!

Got my first gel nail polish here with Kelly. I agree with other reviews that she is awesome. She did a perfect professional job and she's fun to talk with. One week later update - nails still look fantastic even after gardening (with gloves on)

Kelly is awesome! An eye for detail with lashes and a great personality to top it off. Best lashes I have been able to find in Southern Oregon, since moving from So Cal. No unnecessary shedding. I constantly get compliments on my lashes and I always have a card ready to give them. Who doesn't want to feel beautiful?! Super cute Salon with ample street parking.

Kelly is outstanding Aesthetician and Nail Technician. It's always an enjoyable experience having Kelly perform her magic on my skin and nails. I highly recommend Kelly for your next nail or facial appointment! #pedicure

Rude, unprofessional, over priced, no thanks! Pedicures are not done in a bucket, get a real pedicure chair, you charge enough! And also an etiquette book on not discussing your former employees would also help. FYI no one cares why they left the salon, but I have a pretty good idea after being at this salon.

I absolutely love this salon! I called last minute around 5pm for an appointment and Kelly actually stayed late just to get me in that same day! She was such a pleasure to chat with and super open and willing to answer all my questions. I've seen some complaints about the high price-- $65 for a full set of acrylics with tips, but in my opinion, the quality is worth it!

You get what you pay for. She has this great policy of fixing any chips or accidental damage for free within two weeks, and is completely upfront about all aspects of her services. I'm looking forward to going back! Thanks Kelly!

All of the talented ladies at Abbinito are sweet and welcoming. Lovely cheerful atmosphere in a beautiful old Victorian. Kelly's eyebrow-shaping abilities are masterful, and her waxes are skillful and relaxing as waxes can get!

Great quality and wonderful ambiance. Full service salon with manicures and pedicures. They also have hair cuts and color, facials and waxing. I have returned to this salon many times, always have received top notch services.

Best manicures in Ashland! Both Kelly and Tracy are fantastic! The manicures really last and the ladies take very good care of your nails.

Audra took the time to understand my personality and the things I like, so that when I told her I just want something different that will make me look good, she got it right. Audra took her time to understand me and my personality, and was creative when all I told her was that I wanted something different that would make me look good. Always a great experience with Kelly and her crew. She really explains her services well. The Manicures and Pedicures are expertly done and last at least 2 weeks. Great color variety and nice fresh bottles of OPI. I added a relaxing facial and felt terrific!

I'm not someone who typically goes online and reviews however I felt Traci's work deserved this. I initially came to her for eyelash extensions. She listened to what I wanted and delivered. I have since returned to have my hair cut. Not only did she give me the best cut I have ever had but the blowout was simply outstanding. I have never received so many compliments on my hair.

I can't even express my happiness at my new pixie cut. Traci did such an amazing job! I love my new hair style! I brought in a picture of the hair style I wanted, and she gave me exactly what I asked for! As well as having incredibly talented stylists, Abbinito is adorable, and very welcoming. Traci made me feel right at home, and had really great music playing. Fantastic place, highly recommended!

Every pedicure I have gotten here (I've had a few) has been great, lasted a long time, and was a relaxing, fun experience. I love the overstuffed chairs! Also Kelly's waxing services are fab, she makes you feel happy and comfortable. Everything is always clean and professional too.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! I came in for a full set of acrylics, which normally runs $35-$45 anywhere. They had the NERVE to charge $70.00! Not only that, but then they proceeded to insult me by explaining that this included "all the nail prep and filing." No kidding, you file the nails? Do yourself a favor--go to Ashland Nails! I got that fill for $30.

I had a mani and my friend a pedi and they both were terrible quality. They ladies are very nice and the atmosphere is fine. Overpriced for less than mediocre service. I can see why people would rate this highly as they are sweet and treat you well during the visit. Zero stars for quality - 2 for how nice they are.

A great full service salon! Staff is awesome! Always smiling, very friendly and professional! The atmosphere of the salon is very warm and welcoming, with an aesthetically pleasing set up and soft music playing it's a very inviting place. Highly recommend!
