I've been coming here a few years. Every time it's a great experience. I've had a few times where I came and the service was not what I had experienced previously. Upon kindly bringing it to their attention, it was corrected immediately. Beautiful spacious calming atmosphere. Love it here!

Serene facility. Very beautiful and calming. I've been getting waxed here for about a year. Only thing is, Moriah is no longer there. Since she left, I never sent my appointment reminder. I just feel like her clients are not getting attention needed. I didn't receive my appointment reminder, but I got an email that I missed an appointment. When I called to rescheduled I was asked 10 questions as if I was lying.

The customer service is no longer there. I am now asked to put a credit card on file in case I don't show. Yet they don't have a schedule big enough to get me in for another week out. At this point I'll just go somewhere else. I've really enjoyed this facility. I wish my old aesthetician was still there. I've never had so much of an issue to schedule and I'm always at my appointments. This is disappointing.

I absolutely LOVE this spa! My daughter introduced me a few years ago and I recently started getting regular monthly facials which I am giddy about! If you are looking for a place to pamper yourself in the Cypress area you need to try this hidden gem of a spa! The people, the atmosphere and the treatments are spot on!

Called and someone told me that they don't offer waxing services to men. Not really what I was expecting to hear but anyhow I'm not happy that I have to continue my search expecting to get turned down again. Hopefully in the future this company offers services no matter the gender.

Excellent service! I have been going to Dani every month for 2 years! She has definitely changed my skin. I have recommended her to so many friends and family; and, every single person becomes obsessed. Facials, waxing, perms, massages: everything is amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm so sad I moved to Austin because Dani is a whole angel. She does immaculate eyebrows and provides SUPERIOR customer service. I've been so lucky to watch this business grow over the years. Y'all deserve it all.

I come here for my monthly brazilian with kara and always receive excellent service. when kara is not available i book with daniela & she is so awesome too! this morning i mixed up my appointment time & came an hour early. daniela was so sweet and offered to still squeeze me in so i would not have to come back in an hour. the techs here always go above & beyond to make me feel comfortable and like a welcomed guest. thank y'all!

This place is amazing! So serene and just beautiful. The ladies here really know how to welcome you. My son and I got massages here and they were exquisite. Then I've come back for some lash lifts. And the have done an excellent job both times. Can't wait to try out other services!

I have gone twice now to Energe Spa and I have nothing but amazing things to say! First, the decor, music and environment of the spa has you already relaxing before you even have your treatment started. I received the dermaplane facial and Daniela talked me through my fears of getting it done. She is so knowledgeable and patient and has great bedside banner.

I struggle with hormonal acne also brought on by stress and since I've started coming for facials I see the breakouts have minimized. My nose also is a hotspot for blackheads but since the facials I have not had as many as before. She's finished off my facials with a chocolate mask that makes you want to eat your face! Haha it not only smells amazing but also leaves your skin feeling so soft, refreshed and glowy. I'm so glad I found Energe Spa and can't wait to be back soon!

Went in for an eyebrow/lip wax, the lady started without even asking me what I wanted or anything, just hot wax here it comes with no warning! I even had to ask her to tweeze the leftovers that didn't come up and she didn't even get them all. The worst part is I got home and saw there was wax left all over my eyes! Absolutely ridiculous and I will not be back!

Love this spa! Personnel is always professional, polite and welcoming. I'm always extremely happy with their service, I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love this place, I come here to get the hydra facial and my skin thanks me for it. The girls are knowledgeable and friendly. They recently moved from the strip mall into this gorgeous little cottage house and it's exactly what they needed. I get a facial once a month and this place is one of my favorites! Highly recommend

This was my first time here and first time doing a dermaplane facial. From the second I walked through the door the customer service was phenomenal. It's in the cutest little house and such a relaxing environment. Moriah did an amazing job of providing a relaxing experience. She made sure to explain what she was doing unlike other places who just throw stuff on your face and hope for the best.

I have sensitive skin and she made sure to examine it first then create the facial custom to my skins needs. Unfortunately due to COVID I was unable to get the full robe/spa experience which I completely respect, but the service more than made up for that. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend Moriah, go see her!

I have mixed feelings about this spa. The owner was very kind and the location is adorable! My issue was with the service itself. I booked a full brazilian, eyebrow, and underarm. I've had this service done at european wax several times and it takes about 40 min. Here I walked in and was out in 20 min flat. when I went home and kinda checked it all out.

There were manyyyy hairs still left in my armpits and bikini line. I wish she had taken her time and taken/plucked more. I will say I am picky but when you pay 110 with tip I want zero hair. Sadly, I won't be going back even though it was so cute!

I love going here to get my eyebrows threaded! The ladies are very nice and quick. They have very fair prices too!

The staff is very friendly and the facility is sleek and clean. I got my eyebrows threaded and she did them very quick and painless and they look great! I also did they eyelash curl and dye and my lashes look great!

My daughter and I got our eyebrows threaded by Dani of the magic hands this afternoon. Magic hands. Seriously. We had some seriously overgrown brows and expected the pain, but there was NONE. Dani was amazingly speedy, painless and professional. We loved the spa atmosphere and look forward to using our new punch card to work toward a free eyebrow threading. I plan to avail myself of some of the other treatments available as well. There's a CBD facial that looks amazing!

This place is heaven! I always book with Dani and she is absolutely amazing, along with the rest of her staff. They are always friendly, super knowledgeable and stay on top of all the industry trends. Dani always caters to my specific skincare needs, making the experience unique to me. I most often get the signature facial as well as eyebrow threading and tint. I promise, you'll never want to go anywhere else! I'm already having withdrawals and I was just there yesterday haha

I was nervous about getting a facial, because I have super-sensitive skin (way more so than most people who say their skin is sensitive). The staff were really friendly, listened to my concerns, tested small areas before going fully forward, and did a few other things to ensure I didn't end up looking like a lobster (which is normally what happens - super-red skin for like a week; not this time!). I will be going back, for sure.

Dani is absolutely the best there is! She tints & threads my brows every 3-4 weeks and I refuse to go anywhere else. My sister actually introduced me to her, as I was always extremely envious of how amazing her brows always looked. I had to find out for myself who she was going to and am so glad I did. Dani is now the only one I trust to even come near mine! I couldn't be more satisfied.

Daniela is amazing! She makes a Brazilian wax feel like you are talking to a friend. I've been to many waxers and wax places. She is professional and clearly knows what's she's doing. The best part is I've yet to one ingrown hair! Thanks Dani!

New to the area and heard about this place through yelp. I'm always kind of nervous about going to new a place, especially when dealing with my eyebrows! Daniela did my threading today and my eyebrows look great! Quick, painless and I will definitely be back! Thanks ladies!

This place is amazing. I went in for eyebrow threading to correct a messed up job from another place. Was very impressed how my brows turned out! I then scheduled an appointment for the brow lesson. I not only learned some tips on how to shape and fill my brows in; I also received an eyebrow kit to take home!

Home for the holidays and needed a brow place. I got ahold of the last available appointment of the day and tinting and threading was only $25! I've always been interested in tinting and somehow the lady convinced me to do it in less than a minute! Love the way my brows look! Will be returning Edit: 4.5 hours after my tinting, I shower. Not sure if I had to go 24 hours without washing my face but the tinting completely came off but most websites say to wait at least 1-2 hours.

Visited Daniela after reading the Yelp reviews. New in town and was very hesitant about finding someone new to do my eyebrows. Daniela totally understood this and made it a very relaxed and comfortable environment. She made sure that I liked the shape and we chatted the whole time about a number of things. We clicked automatically. The salon was very well decorated, clean, and offered a good ambiance. It's official, Daniela is my new eyebrow lady! I look forward to checking out her makeup services as well.

Dani did my makeup this Saturday for an event. Best makeup application I have ever had done! Dani is fantastic and I would highly recommend her to anyone! The customer service at Energe spa is impeccable, easy to access on 290 and Barker Cypress, and their services are top notch. I have spent hundreds of dollars at other places to get the same thing done, but here it's much better and less expensive. Thank you and I will be back soon!
