Molly is an excellent and skilled esthetician! She knows exactly what my skin needs when I come in. She is my go to girl when it comes to me needing a relaxing facial, eyebrows shaped up and my favorite dermaplaning! Molly has been a blessing for my skin! I have been coming to her for facials monthly for about 5 years now and every time I leave Larimar I feel like I'm glowing and my skin is so refreshed. She pays attention to detail and always make sure she is doing what is best for my skin. When trying to schedule an appointment last minute she's always able to keep in touch and work to fit me in!

I moved to Chattanooga last summer and was hoping to find an esthetician who knows the latest and best in skincare, anti-aging and prevention. Larimar was recommended to me by two different friends so I tried it first. I haven't gone anywhere else and won't. Molly is so knowledgeable, talented, professional and personable. I look forward to appointments with her every time and feel like I have not only a partner in taking care of my skin but a dear friend. I've been a client at Larimar for the past few years. The space is lovely and the staff is friendly. If I could leave 6 stars for Molly I would. She has helped me establish a routine that has improved the overall texture and appearance of my skin. She is professional and knowledgeable. The regular treatments I receive include dermaplaning in combination with a HydraFacial or peel. I always leave feeling relaxed and my skin is glowing. I would highly recommend Molly at Larimar Medspa for your skincare needs.

Larimar is the best! Everyone is SO GOOD, and the facility itself is easy to get to, lovely, and relaxing. It's as though Larimar sought out the very best providers in the spa world and gathered them all here. I have been going to Jackie McCraw for laser for years and she is incredibly skilled, kind, quick, a total delight. My newest find is Molly - and ohmygoodness she is a magician. She gives the most perfect facial I've ever had. If I could give 10 stars I would; LOVE it here.

Jackie made laser hair removal painless and comfortable. She's so friendly and knows how to put you at ease. After not having the best experience at another local spa, I know where I will be getting all my future services done.

I went into this spa to have Jenna, give me schlero injections for my spider veins. She said the spider veins were too small to inject (I've had injections for over 20 years & they work well) so she did laser on my legs. This was on June 4, 2021. Since then I've sent her numerous pictures and gone in for a consultation, concerned about how much worse my legs are.

She assured me that they get worse and then get better. That "this means it's working". And that if it doesn't get better we would try something else. I wouldn't be left like this. I trusted her. I sent her a picture on Sept 16. She called me the next day telling me that my money was being refunded because it wasn't working. I said but my legs are 10x worse than they were before I came in there.

Can we do injections or something? She said no "they're too small." She said she was sorry. Thanks to her, they are not too small now They know they ruined my legs. Summary: I went to this spa to take care of just a few red spider veins. Jenna did laser on them and now I have many more and they are much more prominent and darker. She assured me this wouldn't be permanent and if it was she would help.

My legs have never been this bad. I have to find someone to fix the mess they made of my legs. I haven't been able to wear shorts since before June. I did before my visit. They make matters worse and then just send you away to find someone else to fix it. Walking in this spa was a terrible decision. If they ruin some part of your body they don't have the decency to help you. You're left alone with: I'm sorry.

Got a hydro facial with microdermabrasion facial from Paige and it was fantastic! She was kind, knowledgeable and walked me through everything she did. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and the spa is set up for relaxation. Due to Covid-19, masks are required, which I appreciate. I will definitely be back for more services in the future!

Went today for a treatment and was both well catered to and pleased at the various health and safety precautions in place given the current situation! The staff is so so nice, the spa itself is beautiful, and there was generous signage posted that spoke to the measures being taken to distance and protect one another. Felt completely comfortable through the whole experience and would definitely recommend.

I have had a few services done at Larimar, ever time it's been good experience! They are friendly and professional. More recently I have been getting laser hair removal done by Jackie McGraw she is amazing! She makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to do thorough job and give you good results! She makes the whole experience great! I highly recommend her!

I've been going to see Deidre and Valerie for facials and eyebrow waxings for years. It has always been a wonderful experience -- the best in town by far. They are both so incredibly warm and kind while being relaxing and making the experience the best it could be. Couldn't recommend them more.

Absolutely, hands down, best spa in town! Very professional and Summer always works to get you scheduled right away. Diedra is the best with facials and eyebrows! Love the atmosphere and the spa is sooo beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend for Botox as well. Will be a regular at Larimar.

I'm going to let you in on a little secret- MICRODERMABRASION. Foolishly I'd been afraid of technically having the top layer of my skin gentlely scraped off. Did I mention it's your face that they're doing to? Did I mention my skin is now nicer then my unblemished 6 month old niece's? If I pass a reflective surface I will stop and stare, cause damn I look good!

When you walk into Larimar you immediately get a sense of the experience you are about to have. You will be led to a handsomely appointed waiting lounge that is stocked with plenty of beverages and snacks. You will next go into the changing area to put on a robe and put your belongings in a locker. Then the good stuff starts. I happened to get a massage from Amy and this woman has magic hands.

My next treatment was a hydrating facial with microdermabrasion. What I have to say is - I've had facials and massages I thought were amazing, until I had my experiences here and had my mind blown. They took things to the next level. Interesting that we're content with pretty good until we find or experience exceptional.

I had a facial today with Dierdre. She was very knowledgeable about my skin type and what I should be doing for skin at my stage of life. Also, the office is beautiful and very relaxing. Will definitely be going back to see her.
