Hello & thank you for the opportunity to give feedback. My massage was delightful and I felt really nurtured from my experience on Saturday afternoon. The reception staff were happy, helpful and accommodating. A little attention to the spas would have made the experience even better as a number of jets were not working. Bring back the teas & water please. Love Kiva spa :

Kaori is the most amazing massage therapist I've ever seen in my life. I got a pregnancy massage from her last year and just went back and requested her again and it truly was an amazing experience So treat yourself

Highlight of our little getaway to Byron for a weekend. What an experience Absolutely fantastic areas, such a relaxing atmosphere: so leafy and green, water dragons are chilling around. Loved no talking zones. And omg saunas plus friendly staff. Very very well priced. I'll be coming back.

Kiva is a dream place to visit and unwind. From the magnesium water to the tranquil music and lush plants, its the ultimate destination for healing. Massages aren't of uniform standard but are generally high remedial quality. My only critique would be that quite often there's jets which don't work so when its busy there's not enough places to sit in a spa and have a jet to yourself. That being said, come when its less busy.

The Kiva spa is definitely something to consider going too, with a variety of different spas, a sauna and a steam room. The staff are lovely and give you a quick tour if you haven't been there before. Make sure you book online and don't just rock up : great experience would definitely visit again.

I loved Kiva Spa when I lived in this region over 10 years ago, so I was excited to come back and introduce a friend to this tucked away gem. Didn't disappoint. Well priced, serene and great to have silent areas.

A lovely place to have a massage and enjoy the bath/ spa experience.felt like Bali, massage was great and the steam room is perfect, the dry sauna is another level.try it and you'll love it. I'm sure I'll go back again

I don't know who hires the massage therapists at Kiva Spa but I've had a different one every time and they are unbelievably phenomenal, each and every time it has been a different massage and therapist just blissful I cannot recommend high enough. This time around I had my first ever pregnancy massage and I will be coming back again and again. Thank you for the beautiful energy always

I booked the bath house, followed by a 90 minute massage. They suggested booking and doing the bath house before a massage treatment for maximum relaxation and Im really glad I did. My massage therapist, Lucy, was amazing and had a short consultation with me before hand to find out if I had any injuries or areas she should focus on to cater the experience to me. 10/10 would recommend!

The closest you can get to a travel experience without leaving the country. So many spas these days have the same look - streamlined, modern, almost clinical. Kiva is not like that. It feels more like an experience you might have in Thailand or Bali. A bit chaotic. But perfectly so. Lush gardens. A selection of spas plus a plunge pool to cool off.

Absolutely fantastic on a cold rainy day. There can be a bit of chatter among some guests but they do have ine silent spa so take advantage of that if you are after a more relaxing experience. Definitely recommend
