We are located at 10294 Shelbyville Road, three-quarters (.73) of a mile east of Hurstbourne - before you reach Blankenbaker, in the Dorsey Plaza. We highly recommend booking a reservation to ensure we have a service provider available for you. Reservations for weekends typically book quite a few weeks in advance.

Wow, I just had the best experience at TRANQUILITY spa in Notting hill. The staff were beyond professional and kind and attentive. I had a very relaxing mani and pedi done for me at the same time so it was quick and every. I then had my eyebrows threaded and tinted and I am so unbelievably happy with the result. I highly recommend this place to you:

I received a gift card and then COVID came and when I asked if I could schedule my appointment they told me NO! Terrible service for a pandemic! They said it expired. So if you can't get in in case of emergency or PANDEMiC within their timeline, get a gift card somewhere else. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Very disappointed on customer service.

I called ahead to confirm the services I wanted. From the beginning the stylist/esthetician seemed to understand that I wanted a deep cleaning facial. She did a peel with only a few extractions. I asked for waxing and brows and she hesitated and waxed the lip area. I had to ask again to clean up brows which was not done. I had random hairs all over my face and did not have the clean skin i paid for.
She had said I could get highlights and the did three foils. She said she didn't have time to do any more than three. She repeatedly left the area for 10-15 minutes. She didn't have time to cut or finish highlights. She washed my hair and blew it dry and it looked awful. Basically, nothing I asked for was done. I paid 130 dollars. I caution anyone away from this place.

Will not honor gift certificates that have expired, even though we've had a pandemic. Cindy, the owners told me I could have used it since June when they opened back up. My certificate was actually good till November (based on their 12 month rule) but I explained my husband is high risk and couldn't take chances. This is simply a bad and greedy business practice. I certainly won't be going back. Too many good & honest spas around to give my business.

These people were great! From the receptionist who sold me the package and was so helpful, to Victoria & Renee who took care of my mother during her visit. My mom has terminal cancer and had never received any of these treatments. She LOVED it! She got the deep tissue massage & facial, but decided to opt out of the hair treatments due to chemo taking her hair. Instead, she's going to go back for another massage. Thank you all for making it easy, and making her feel like the queen she is!
