Had my hair and makeup done here for my wedding. They were amazing! Fantastic job. My hair and make lasted for 12 plus hours.

I was in dire need of a makeover and pick me up! On a whim I booked an appointment here with Pat. I was a nervous wreck as I'm an already an anxious person and Covid hasn't helped! Lol I had not had my haircut in a year and was looking like cousin it! Pat was so patient and positive with me. I wanted something low maintenance but still look polished.

I have super thick and wavy hair and have always struggled with finding someone who wasn't scared of it! Well let me tell you Pat is my hero! We cut 6+ inches off and it is the most flattering and low maintenance style I've ever had. I have felt like a million bucks all week! Thank you so much Pat and I look forward to seeing you again!

I had a referral to JR's and it was great! Megan was my massage therapist and did a fantastic job. Melinda did my waxing and she was thorough and quick. The staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating and the hometown atmosphere was a breath of fresh air. I can't wait die my next appointment! Thanks again Megan for the excellent massage!

I had an amazing experience at J.R.'s. When I arrived I was nicely greeted. I did not even wait 5 minutes. Pasty came and we went back to her chair. She asked very detailed question about my desire. She gave me a rough cut and then proceeded to the shampoo station were I received the Best shampoo of my life. It was like a scalp massage. Amazing. We returned to her chair and she worked her very gifted talent. It was the absolute best experience. I highly recommend J.R.'S.

I am 74 and have had massages from time to time, so I have some basis for my opinion. I have been getting massages from Meghan once a month for 7-8 months, and she is the best. She is very knowledgeable about massage and the body, so she knows her job well and performs it well. She can help specific issues with success. She is personable and I feel comfortable with her. Absolutely LOVED this place. Gabby took care of my curly hair so well and gave me some really good tips on how to style my hair. They also made me feel welcome and like a guest in someone's home. Before I got to sit and wait, I was offered a drink, and while I was getting set up under the dryer, my stylist asked me if I wanted something to snack on.

And after my hair was completely done, Gabby helped me in finding products and explaining what they do to me. Best hair cutting experience I've ever had. I'm going to stick with this place and with Gabby!

Just had my first Hot Stone Massage with Maeghan and it was amazing! She was very professional and friendly. She did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and not nervous. I definitely recommend asking for her especially if it's your first.

I called and scheduled a last minute appointment to get a hair cut and my brows done while I was in town visiting family and couldn't be more pleased. Scheduling was quick and painless, the staff was very friendly and everyone I dealt with was very attentive and helpful. Wish they were located close to me! I also picked up what has quickly become my new favorite hair product while I was in. If you have problems with frizz like I do, ask about the GK Hair Taming System! It even kept my crazy hair mostly in check a few hours later in the rain

I came in with a bad dye job and yellow/patchy hair. I wanted them to fix it and make my hair icy white blonde (picture I showed my stylist is attached), but it came out more dirty blonde & gray (aftermath also attached). Kind of sad that I spent 4 hours in a salon chair and gave up $140, yet my hair is still just not what I want. I didn't say anything or ask her to change it, because I had been there for so long at that point; and I really didn't want to sit there for any longer.

My stylist was SUPER sweet though, and she even styled my hair for free & gave me some product samples; but I don't see myself coming back to this salon. Definitely not hating on this facility; the employees were very professional and sweet. They had free refreshments & snacks, and everything was clean and appealing. Seems like a great atmosphere; I just wasn't personally 100% satisfied with my ending result.

I believe that they actually have a policy stating that if you don't like something, you can schedule a consultation / a possible free "re-do". But, like I said, I didn't want to say anything that would make my stylist sad, or cause me to sit there for a longer period of time to re-do my hair. I am not disproving or approving this salon. I am just stating the facts based on my one single experience.

I had a 1hr massage by Meghan and it was truly amazing. She made me feel so comfortable right away and made it such an enjoyable experience. She listened to my concerns and worked on my problem areas with great skill. I've had a fair few massages but she had technique I've not seen before for working on my shoulders. I can't wait to go back for another one!

I've had two wax appointments here. The first one was great, the second one.not so much, but didn't realize it until I was home. I called and spoke with Rhonda at the front desk and I must praise her for her customer service and attentiveness. She was very polite and listened to my concerns. She spoke with the owner and was then able to refund me a difference.

She also asked that I give them another try maybe with someone else at the salon and she would make a note in my account so I could get a discount the next time I came in. Thank you to Rhonda and the owner for being so understanding and listening to my concerns. I hadn't planned to go back, but Rhonda changed that for me and next time I go back, I'll visit with Armani, who I originally saw on my first visit. She did a great job. Thank you!

After calling to multiple salon's to get a next day appointment for a surprise for my wife, they were the only ones to be able to do it. On top of that they asked plenty of questions and needed pictures to make sure they would get the hair just right for the surprise. The wife absolutely loved it, very friendly and free coffee!

I have found my massage therapist soul mate! Some of my PiYo students bought me a Spa gift card for a wedding gift and I booked my first massage with Meghan at JR's 4 days before the wedding. I was thinking with my intense work out habits, I would need a deep tissue massage but Meghan was very honest and professional and let me know that since it had been more than a year since having a massage, deep tissue would make me very sore and it being my wedding week- that probably wasn't the best.

She instead gave me customized pressure and some hot towels and hot stones. It was perfect and I felt amazing. Meghan is the best massage therapist I have ever had and the salon is so cute and friendly. My experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out was fantastic. They also have a referral program with $20 off your next service when you refer a friend and they schedule their appointment I went back today for another massage with Meghan and it was just as incredible as the first.

She is very in tune with problem areas and knows where to focus attention where it is needed. If you are looking for a great massage in a friendly environment- this is the spot!

I just can't say enough wonderful things about the facials, massages and skin care treatments at JR's. I've been going there since 2015. the people are down to earth and professional, great pricing and experience is out of this world! Meghan, one of the massage therapist is OUT of this World! Plus love the online booking for appointments and can always get in! Go check them out!

I decided yesterday I wanted to get a hair cut so I got on JRs website to see opening appointments. I was able to book the appointment online for later that day. I saw Karen and she did an amazing job! She was so sweet. I will definitely be coming back!

I will NEVER go here again. I booked an appointment earlier in the week online and also called to confirm that I was assigned someone good with color. I have black hair and wanted to lighten a bit on the ends so inquired about a balayage I was told that the person I was assigned to, Karen, is good with balayage. I received a call a few hours before the appointment from Karen stating she doesn't do them and telling me I would have to reschedule.

She moved me to another stylist, Stacy, for the next day after I told her this week is the only week I can make the appointment for quite some time. I actually took two days off total to have this done! I arrive today and Stacy then tells me that the best she could do would be a little bit of red, not even guaranteed anything at the tips, and she then proceeded to dissuade me.

At this point I have given up trying but had a gift card that I had to use or I would have walked out. So I tell her to just touch up my black and do a trim. Again, I was defeated at this point! The only positive thing I can say is the cut was decent. Finally, and the most outrageous part of the story, I walk to the counter to pay after the hair was complete and was told $145?!? What? How? Really? Needless to say the gift card didn't begin to cover the expense of this cluster (blank) that I could have done myself with box color for less than $10.

The cherry on top of this experience, I look at my color when I get home and my roots have a reddish brown tint to them. Who can mess up black?!? And to think I actually still gave a small tip because the cut was ok? I feel robbed. UPDATE: I finally broke down and complained to the owner and found that the stylist lied. She said I told her I attempted to have another salon do the color and they also refused?

That was NEVER said. He offered to arrange to have someone else fix this mess but do I even trust it at this point. And I am not willing to lose a third vacation day for this! It may be time to request a refund or complain to the better business bureau.

Patsy is a sweetheart. Did a great job cutting my son's hair (age 6). I was desperate to get his hair cut today and after 3 failed attempts at other salons Patsy must have seen I was hanging by a thread and made time for us. Thank you, Patsy!

I flew to Louisville from Phoenix three days ago. My neck and shoulders were killing me from the flight due to having Rheumatoid Arthrtis. Today I saw Tami for a massage.best massage I've ever had! She was knowledgable about my disease, gave me tons of tips for relieving my body aches, listened intently to my massage preferences and issues with pain and even used a special cream for helping with arthritis/fibromyalgia pain (sent me home with a sample also).

By the end, I was able to open my mouth without pain, my knees bent slightly easier than normal, I had full range of motion back in my neck and my shoulders were much less tense and painful. I'd move to Louisville if I could just to have Tami in my life!
