V Spa

My girlfriend booked me a massage here. It was great. My first massage and they were very friendly and helpful.

I am not fortunate in that I didn't get one of these amazing massages (yet) - but I did have a lash tint by Christina and she did an excellent job. I have extremely sensitive skin, and she was able to also wax my brows a bit without ripping too much skin off. So far I like the relaxed atmosphere and privacy of the shop.

Jennifer Larreynage is the absolute best Master Esthetician I have ever been to! And there have been many. I followed her from Gig Harbor to The Vspa. I live in Seattle and make the trip once a month. I make the trip haven't found anyone near me that has her insight and skills. She not only understands what my skin needs she educates me one professional skincare techniques and the best products for my skin. I would highly recommended Jennifer!

Of the many spas I have been too, V Spa is by far the best! Every service, staff member and provider I have been scheduled with/for have been great. Jennifer L is my absolute favorite massage therapist in the world, and an incredibly kind person as well! She is also an esthetician, so I see her for facials and scrubs too. She is a treasure! This spa is an off the grid oasis;with fair pricing, wonderful locally sourced products and caring and professional staff from front desk to therapists.

If I could give it a zero star I would. They have canceled on me twice now. TWICE! How can I recommend a place that I've never been. I originally booked a massage because of my back pain, and stress and the recommendations that I kept reading. Who knows if this is a good spa place if they cannot even keep their appointments. I'd say if they're bumping the SAME people twice knowing I've been bumped before they don't know what they are doing business wise.

They want to offer "special extras" but for what!?! So I can be bumped a third time. Trash. Marianna and Kristen are two of the worst employees I have ever dealt with and they have no idea how to deal with customer relations. DONT BOOK HERE, THEY WILL CANCEL ON YOU!

Jennifer is a miracle worker and I've thoroughly enjoyed every appointment I've had with her so far. She hits the mark, in my opinion! The dynamic duo - some relaxation but discusses the science part of what she's doing and what she recommends to do in between appointments for your body and skin. Love that!

Amazing experience. My massage therapist Stephanie is recommended for a great massage. Very good at what she does.

Stephanie is hands down the most amazing massage therapist. She listens and is always doing above and beyond, very knowledgeable with what she is doing.

I have always had great services here! Everything is super clean and well maintained and follow covid-19 guidelines. I felt completely safe and comfortable getting my facial. Ask for Jennifer shes fabulous!

I went in today for a pre-wedding hot stone massage. My therapist was Jennifer and she was AMAZING! Gave the perfect amount of pressure and relaxation. I can't wait to go back and 1000/10 recommend to others.

Had "The Works" treatment with esthetician Jennifer. Such an amazing experience! The facial was wonderful right along with treatments with hot towels on my feet arms/hands. Oh.my gosh.delightful! Thank you Jennifer! I just love everything about The Valley. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Glad to see them open as they are a tremendous asset to Olympia and Tumwater.

Hands down BEST couple's massage ever! I had plenty of massages before, but Gail did a combo of hot rocks, deep tissue, lomi lomi, etc. We felt so relaxed and so refreshed! My daughter said Crystal literally was the best masseuse ever! I was a little hesitant since the spa entry looked small and a little outdated but as soon as you walk in, the smell, the customer service, the quiet rooms, everything was amazing! I will definitely come back here again!

This place is a clown show: I purchased a high value gift certificate for my girlfriend on her birthday. She filled out her paperwork in advance and went to her appointment. She got to the facility, dressed, and to massage room when the therapist informed her that she wouldn't provide a massage because my girlfriend is a cancer patient. Seriously.

This clown show then sent her home, in tears, completely embarrassed and humiliated. This is customer service by way of the V Spa. Horrific. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place.

The massage helped my shoulder pain immensely. I had a scalp oil massage added on which was ok. If they can practice on the hand synchronization that would have made it a five star. When the hands and fingers move in harmony with even strokes it makes any and all massage experiences even more memorable and makes you want to come back to it. They have friendly staff, a clean and inviting space.

While the massage therapists are certainly well trained and in tune with clients, beware of the spa's policies.called in to cancel due to illness and was happily charged a full 90-min session. Understand people need to get paid, but VSpa clearly values cash over clients in the end.

I, hands down, just had the BEST MASSAGE I have ever had by Jenny. Truly amazing. She gave me the massage that I actually wanted and listened to what I wanted and needed. She is incredibly knowledgeable about what she's doing and can walk you through everything she's doing. She's passionate and wants to help and heal. I haven't felt this much body relaxation since I was a teenager. Truly! She's amazing. She fills up fast so if you can, get her when possible. Absolutely amazing, Jenny. Thank you and I'll be back!

My husband and I did a couples massage today. This was our first time in this salon. We had Gail and Jen and let me tell you they are amazing! Best massages we have ever had. We will be doing this every couple months and requesting these two ladies!

I try to come to V Spa monthly, alternating between facials and massages. I formerly went to Katie for facials and she was AMAZING but then left :( but now I see Rachel and she is wonderful. Very kind and patient--I've felt very relaxed after my appointments, and I appreciate her suggestions re: skincare. I see Andrea for massages and she is hands down the best masseuse I've ever gone to. I'm very ticklish and she adjusts her techniques (rather than some masseuses telling you to relax or continuing to use the same technique that's uncomfortable!) so I am able to tolerate a full body massage. Whenever I try other places I'm often disappointed! This is my go-to place. :)

Ahhhh.writing this review nice and relaxed.feeling rejuvenated. Enjoyed another facial from Kate and massage from Christopher. V-Spa is fantastic! I've enjoyed many different spas and I must say that V-spa rates as one of my favs!

Got a massage from Andrea today for an hour. Such a relaxing and quiet environment and she was amazing. I feel completely relaxed and de-stressed! Thank you Andrea, I will be coming back most definitely!

I absolutely love the massage therapists at V Spa. I frequently need an appt quickly so having a choice of which therapist to see is not an option, however it doesn't matter because a mediocre one doesn't exist. They are all FANTASTIC! The atmosphere, music, professionalism is all A+.

I've had 2 amazing massages and 1 awful. At $80 each, when I complained about the awful one (politely) I expected either a refund or gift certificate so I would return. The manager listened, took my number, then never called. I'm leaving a 3 because you're taking a chance you may have a good one.

Massage therapists are very skilled! There are too many to choose one, so I'm always open to see anyone. I always feel so relaxed when I leave.
