The Detox Treatment was amazing. I'm normally uncomfortable with strangers touching me, but Dean put me completely at ease! I plan to add this treatment to my routine self maintenance. I highly recommend Dean and Synergy!

Exceptional spa - every time I go, the person I am with is like a friend I've had for years. Everyone who works there is easy to talk with and very warm. They offer an abundance of treatments and run promotions multiple times a year (winter/summer and more). The website is beautiful and easy to navigate. Atmosphere, which is very important to me, is top notch. Last time I went, I saw Dawn Marie and had an absolute blast. I really enjoyed my time with her. Abby is wonderful. Everyone there is lovely.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I got Botox and was very clear that I only wanted it between my eyes because i did not the eyebrows to be uneven I was convinced by the esthetician that they could fix this at any time. Well today, has been a week and I look worst every day so I called to get it fixed and I am told that they cannot inject anything prior to 2 weeks and that i could come in to see a PA to be told basically the same.

I look a lot worst today with one eye brow higher than the other and the inner part of the eyebrows pointing inward so I always have a MAD look. NEVER again will I buy any service at this place and if you do, do it at your own risk of being laughed at for a while

My wife has gone to Synergy for eight years now, every week it seems, and I wish to just share a few words of praise here. As her husband, I see the positive effect Synergy has on my wife's self-image, confidence, and mood. It's a place she goes for respite from what the world throws at her, and for that I appreciate Synergy a great deal. If you want to spoil someone you love, send them here.

You'll see what I mean. Anna Churchill and Duncan Hughes are experts in their fields. The staff are friendly and professional. Thank you Synergy, for making my wife happy. She's already beautiful, but the added confidence you give her makes her beauty all the more powerful.

I've been seeing Cheryl for almost two years now and have truly never had a greater experience with an esthetician! From facials to dermaplanes and chemical peels she has always done an incredible job with the service itself and following up on the status of my skin following treatments. Will be very hard to replace her as I will be moving soon and am so nervous to find someone else. Would highly recommend her for all facial treatments!

I have had dermaplaning done for years. Today I went to the North Raleigh location and ended up with a big cut on my forehead. So went to look refreshed for a weekend away and ended up $250 later with a gash on my forehead to show off for my weekend away. So disappointed. I've been a client for almost three years and the esthetician acted like it was no big deal.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for over 2 years. I highly recommend Rachel for facials etc and Katherine for any fillers and injections. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and the environment is overall very good!

Cheryl is hands down the absolute best when it comes to skin care knowledge and treatment. She is so gentle and attentive to my concerns. I highly recommend visiting Synergy North Raleigh and working with Cheryl if you have the chance. 10/10!

I visited this location in mid December & am wildly unimpressed with the results. I specifically asked for a DiamondGlow Plus facial multiple times while scheduling the appointment, then when I got to my appointment the individual providing my service asked what she would be doing for me that day. I suppose my multiple requests weren't relayed to this individual.

I reiterated, told her my concerns (redness & scarring), & she got started. She spent approximately 75% of the service on extractions, which after the initial irritation & redness from the extractions eased off the redness in my face seemed to be even worse than before I went in for the service. I feel this was likely due to the constant squeezing, pinching, & pushing on my skin that I in no way requested (I had no blemishes aside from a few blackheads, which weren't even removed after the service was over.

Not sure why she felt the need to do this for the majority of the time if there were no results whatsoever). I'm also nearly certain that she did not do the DiamondGlow Plus as I requested. The front desk told me they would email me a receipt, but instead of an itemized receipt for the services I just got a confirmation that I paid (as if I weren't aware that I paid).

I broke out for the first time in months after this service, in multiple places on my face. I'm still attempting to correct the damage this facial did 2-3 weeks later. I got a vitamin c face wash for $24.99 that did 10x more in one wash than this $200+ facial did. Absolutely not worth your time or money, not a pleasant experience whatsoever.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality The nail services at Synergy are exceptional. This is unlike any pedicure or manicure you'd get elsewhere in town. Excellent, friendly service from professionals who are gentle and well qualified. The nail techs have been working there for years and years. It's not inexpensive but the quality is worth it.

I went to Synergy Face & Body for the first time today. I had a facial with Morgan and she was wonderful. She made me feel so relaxed and I have already booked my next facial with her!

Best deep tissue massage that I have ever had. I'm 44 years old, and I have had a ton of massages over the last 20 years. He concentrated on my neck and shoulders. I am a Director of Development and on the computer a ton plus I have a toddler who weighs 30 pounds whom I left regularly. Run, don't walk, to see Jason if deep tissue massage is what you need! Thank YOU!

I have gone to Synergy for about a year and have loved every experience I have had there. From my fillers to having my surgery at synergy, everyone has been extremely nice and very knowledgeable. My surgery with Dr. Hughes last month went perfectly and I can't rave enough about how comfortable he made me feel as well as his nurses who were there every step of the way.

I was very nervous at the time of my surgery but the compassion from this office was outstanding. Emails are returned timely and any question you may have is answered. Love this office!

I have been seeing Brooke Studley PA for over 2 years- she is by far the most professionally trained injection specialist I have had the pleasure of seeing. Brooke diagnosed and corrected damage from injectables from another provider and is very conservative and proactive about suggestions for treatments and procedures. I am a breast cancer survivor with autoimmune issues and has always provided me with recommendations that work for me as an individual- Best experience at Synergy!
