Possibly the worst experience. The lady did not know how to carry out a massage. At random use of fingers and elbow only. When I paid 15% tip she was quick to react that Indians and Latinos give 15% and whites pay 25%. Not only the old Asian lady is incompetent, she is also a racist.

Wow. Website said you could call ahead and book a time w locations in A or B concourse. I called and was told it was walk in only. I confirmed I could get my nails done. When I arrived at B concourse I was told they lost nail services on the website but needed to hire someone and currently are providing that service! I went to A concourse. There is no location there that I could find. Called again. They are no longer picking up the phone! If I had known all this, I would have gotten my nails done before I left. Which I strongly recommend that you do as well.

They quoted me a higher price than the menu out front to re-do my nails and were defensive when I pointed it out. Then they magically did not have acetone to take off my polish.

Buyer beware the pricing on their website is NOT up to date. Don't make my mistake. I got a gel mani (with gel removal) and I was beside myself when they said my total was $84, before tip. The pricing is at least double what they say online. The spa is nice and they do a decent job but it is not worth the price I paid for the service I received.

Very relaxing and professional massage - an excellent way to kill some time if you're early for a flight.

Good conversation. I received a manicure while waiting for my flight. The spa was very relaxing and the environment was inviting and clean.

I signed up for a chair massage and had about a 45 minute wait, but they let me sit in the comfy chairs inside of the salon while I got some work done. The chair massage was great, and the service was friendly and professional.

The therapist that had the pony tail is the worst ever. I'm sure she is lovely personally but she has no technique, she breathes heavily, and she spends more time walking around you and breathing and sort of pushing on you than actually giving you a massage. Don't waste your money!

When my flight was delayed 2 hours I made lemonade from lemons and had a very needed and very enjoyable pedicure here. They have quick 20 minute and 40 minute pedicures but it's all walking no appointments.

Just arrived at the airport, with a long delay, my daughter and I decided to get 1 manicure and a ManiPedi combo. The Nail Tech tried everything possible to no service us. There was a "line" and it would be a while. Then she advised she could do a quick mani and polish change, then let the male go (who was getting a massage) and then do my daughters Mani/Pedi.

When she discovered I had gel polish - she said she could not do it. Literally was so rude that I decided that I could find a person at my destination that would do a good job for way less money. They were going to earn a quick $150 - but decided to give every reason that she could not do it. No other employee attempted to make the situation any better. I fly in and out of IND at least 50 times a year (I am a business traveler), and EnRoute did not just loose my business today. I will never return to this "spa".
