I visited Insight Wellness after going through difficult lower back pain for almost two weeks. I was very happy with the experience. Tom is a very knowledgeable practitioner who listens carefully to your symptoms and suggests treatment options that will help you. He made the experience very comfortable and provided a lot of information about the acupuncture process and gave some interesting insight into the muscular structure that was giving me pain.
I was also impressed that Tom provided information, recommendations and "homework" for me to take control of my health and improve managing my back pain in the long term. I felt an almost immediate improvement after seeing him for the first time.

Very professional and honest I have seen great changes in my face since I started receiving acupuncture. I have had bell palsy since 2014 and I haven't seen this much improvement with any other therapy. I can't wait to continue and I will start massage therapy as well. He is very professional and you will enjoy his sessions. I always leave so relaxed and happier than I was walking in. I would recommend his services to anyone.

I bought a groupon to try out. The Accupunture stress relieve session make me feel asleep and tired for rest of the day. at my second 1h session (accupunture + massage), a thing come up and i could not make it on time. I called Tom 1h in advance to see if i can move it to another time but he rudely said "what are you trying to do?" and his policy requires 24h cancel so he mark me no show and charge the money.
I would NOT RECOMMEND to book here. The 24h policy is unrealistic since anything can come up during the date. it is only 1h session why it takes a whole 24h prior to cancel. I REGET I EVER TRY.
