This salon (and it's former location in Strawberry Hill) has been my only salon since 1996. I rarely go any other place and then only when I'm traveling. The service is excellent and has been the same consistency since the beginning which is rare for any personal service salon. The owners and their staff are personable and stay current with the trends. They expanded when they moved exclusively to the Ardrey Kell spot and I've tried and enjoy other spa offerings. I highly recommend.

We have consistently had an excellent experience. My wife and I go for our "date nights" and it never disappoints. The facility is clean, we never have to wait, and all the staff is friendly. We especially appreciate they make you feel as though you're being rushed out the door. It's definitely a relaxing visit.

This is the best manicure experience I've had since moving to the area a year ago. Not only was my person professional and highly competent, she was friendly too. And the atmosphere was very soothing. Too many other manicure places are set up like assembly lines and rush you through. Lavender Spa had soothing music, a fountain, and a layout that felt very lush. Their prices are competitive with all the other shops in the area. I have finally found my perfect salon

I travel back from uptown because I love these ladies (and Scott too!). Always a wonderful experience and they do amazing pedicures and SNS. Would highly recommend them! Jackie and Scott do a phenomenal job of keeping this salon very clean and always a relaxing environment.
