Evie is one of the best masseuse I have ever run. She knows what she is doing. Plan to go back in 3 or 4 weeks.

Shiva is probably one of the best masseuses out there. After a couple of massages I've become addicted. :

Booked a scalp massage and Swedish massage as part of a package. Ladies in the building seemed nice enough. The scalp massage was nice for the first 20-25 minutes but then she stopped adding oil and was essentially scratching at my head and pulling at my hair. Then the Swedish massage. Doesn't seem like she was a certified masseuse, she was basically just rubbing oil on my skin.

As someone who regularly gets massages and has a background in kinesiology I was extremely disappointed with this virtually useless and expensive experience. Save yourself the $165 plus tip and go somewhere else.

Asked for an aroma facial, got an acne facial instead even though I said no 3 times. She continued to do it anyway, she laughed and shrugged it off, saying she can't just leave it. It was painful and left me bleeding and there was no aroma at all. A few days later I'm still red and swollen and bleeding. Now I dont have acne, I have scabs. Very displeased.

Also got the package that included an aromatherapy massage. My masseuse did not seem like a certified professional as she just rubbed some oil on. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for services.

I love this place on a Thursday afternoon. My sister friend and I go to relax. It is usually quiet in the afternoon. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. You can't beat the price. It is so much better than that noisy WI Spa. We go often. Try it you will like it. Bring an extra towel!

I pray that this place goes out of business. I seriously do. They will waste your time, disrespect you and steal from you. I schedule an appointment for 3:00PM and there's no one there. I waited for about 30 minutes until someone bothers comes to the front desk. During the massage, the therapist casually mentions that my back is tight. She says she suggests acupuncture or cupping to fix it.

I tell her I only want a massage. After the massage, the damn therapist and receptionist demand $90 for a deep tissue massage. I tell them that I requested a regular massage which was at a lower price but they have the god damn gall to reply that since my back was tight they had to do a deep tissue massage without even asking me. The idiot receptionist looks at me and demands $90.

They then take my insurance and ID and start scanning it. They claim the insurance can cover it. When I ask them to return the cash I paid since I'd like it to go through my insurance, the dumb receptionist tells me that it can only go through next time. I tell her that I will not be coming back next time and leave. Overall, the massage was mediocre, 100% not worth $90, almost any other massage place will do a better job. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND THEN ROB YOU. I went in looking to relieve my stress but I left 10x more stressed than before. Fuck this place, do NOT go here.

Have going to Nina for over 30 years. Great facials, and cosmetic tattoos.

I just had the 90 minute Aromatherapy massage with Shiva and I feel fantastic! It is one of the best massages I've had in my life and easily worth the cost of 2 hours elsewhere. Shiva's technique is neither too hard or too soft. Further, she incorporated gentle stretches of my neck, shoulders and hips allowing all tension to release. She is very pleasant and checks in with you throughout the massage to see how you're feeling.

I couldn't be happier. I plan on visiting again. The spa's facilities are nice as well complete with bathrooms, showers, waiting room, etc. The photos here on Yelp speak for themselves. There are plenty of budget spas in town (I mean nothing negative by that) but, if you're looking for an experience, set up an appointment with Serenity Day Spa.

I decided to get a facial here and it was worth it. Nina did a great job and fixed my dry skin. It is reasonably priced and I felt very comfortable and accommodated. Will be coming in again soon!

Very sweet lady, but I wouldn't go back for a manicure without a gift certificate, which is why I went the 2 times that I did. I think they must be better at their massage services, but they don't seem to do a lot of gel manicures. Only a handful of polishes to choose from, & all are pink or red. The polish did stay 2 weeks, at least the first time I went, but it really needed another coat or two both times, & the edges aren't really clean. The picture is of the most recent time, 3 days later.

I opted for the Relax and Revive package. It was totally worth every penny. My masseuse was awesome, sadly I can't remember her name. She gave me the best massage I've ever had. The mani/pedi was great as well. Very limited color selection though. The facial was a great expense as well. The facility was clean and decorated appropriately. I highly recommend visiting this place.

I took my 8 year old for her bday, the staff was so kind and accommodating, I was very satisfied.

After waiting for too long, I decided to make an appointment with Serenity Day Spa, to use my gift certificate for a Relax and Revive package. Reservations through the phone was simple and easy, and they accomodated a change in appointment 2 days prior to my scheduled appointment. The Relax and Revive package is a 3+ hours ordeal with facial, massage, manicure and pedicure.

On the day of my appointment, I filled out a basic form before getting started. The first one was the facial. It starts out all nice and fine, and towards the end, the lady was bent on removing all the black heads from my face and unfortunately the process was painful. At the end of the facial, I looked at my face in the mirror and saw a few small bumpy spots on my face.

They fortunately disappeared after a day. Anyway, the next one was the swedish massage. My masseuse was fabulous. This was my favorite of all. The pressure level was perfect and she did a fantastic job. And then I walk over to another room for my manicure and pedicure. It started out all good, but I was very very disappointed with the lady who did a poor job cleaning my nails and a ridiculous job painting the nails.

The colors went way out of line and she was using her nails to wipe off the extras every single time. I may (MAY) come back just for the massage, but in general, I'd avoid this place.

Love love love this place. I've been going here to get my eyebrows waxed for 8 years! Vicky and Nina have both done my eyebrows. They both do an amazing job. The spa smells like lavender so it's very calming and it has some nice back ground music. I still get nervous each time they do my eyebrows but it's painless. This is the only place I'll get my eyebrows done.

Mani and Pedi by Mimi - Sweet woman, great massaging.but worst polish job ever. I didn't really notice until I left but man.terrible. I could do better and I probably will tomorrow, this is embarrassing.

Nina is the best! Her facials always give me a glow and I feel so great while I am there and after I leave. Her staff is warm and friendly as well. The massage services are great too! A perfect way to spend an afternoon if you just want to get away from it all. The atmosphere is so nice. Love the scents that fill the air there. Very peaceful environment. "Save your money from $20 massages -- this place is the real deal!" I keep going to those $20/hr foot spas and being disappointed. I now just save my money and spent all of it on this place. Clean environment, awesome ambiance, and professional staff. They are polite and friendly at the counter. Both Nina and Jill give Fan-Tas-Tic massages! Jill, in particular, listens to what you want and makes sure you get exactly the correct pressure you like.

The weirdest thing is I hate foot massages (too ticklish), but when Jill gives me them, I love them! Go figure! :) Tip: The spa is easy to spot from Almaden Expressway, because of their big sign, but the small store sign is hard to spot if you are walking directly, right next to the building from the front. Be sure you don't walk past it. The parking lot is located in the back.

Have been a patron for 2+ years and like this place enough to admit to the world that I spend money on facials and massages. The extra cost pays for a professional (licensed!) staff, clean locale, and the added touch of someone who cares. Totally worth it to me. FACIALS~Nina. Thorough with acne but has a gentle touch. My skin looks good (not overly red) after a facial - even after extractions and waxing. Eyelash tinting lasts for a month.

I have experienced results -- fewer breakouts, fading of acne scars, smoother/shinier skin, and lots of compliments lately. Yes, Nina makes me pretty. MASSAGE~ From one exercising person to another. Kathleen. Kathleen is awesome the day before a competition. She does Swedish massage. Shizar. Thorough, deep, strong sports massage. Fantastic resource after a tough day of training. Shiva. Detailed and attentive. She focused on areas that needed work and made my back feel a lot better.
